The recording studio in Wistia is much easier to use than QuickTime or other video tools we've been using. I recently used it to edit a video for our CEO, and the final product turned out great. We have options for channels, but sometimes run into a bit of confusion. We have five or six videos we wanna pull into a small group and share that out. To do things like that, we have to create a whole channel for it. Sometimes there's a matter of videos being copied, so the old versions are in one place and the new versions in another. Just being able to create a quick playlist, similar to YouTube, would be helpful. Another issue is that Wistia doesn't fully connect with all types of HubSpot fields. We can't map drop-down field collections from webinars to Wistia's form submissions. **Recommendations to others considering Wistia:** I've looked at other video platform tools over the years and they just don't have the ease of use that Wistia allows. So we are experiencing some slow-down on the backend. The AI features are great, however editing transcripts doesn't update AI descriptions. We haven't had a chance to use the webinar feature yet, but I've viewed videos on this and it looks super impressive. **What do you dislike about Wistia?** The social clips portion of the video editing feature could have more detail. It's hard to crop right at a certain moment like you would in a real editing software. It's also hard to re-size videos in the social clips editor because if you zoom in, it cuts off the play button. **What problems is Wistia solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need a place to store all types of videos. We host long form webinars, short form ads, and much more. Wistia gives us a clean place to store and share these out without being public or more complicated like Youtube.
