My favourite feature is the ability to replace a video with a slight tweak and keep the stats (something you can't do with YouTube). **What do you dislike about Wistia?** I wish we could add our brand fonts for CTAs, similar to how we can add our brand colours to the player. **What problems is Wistia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wistia allows us to add videos in a beautiful player to our website, and track analytics. We would use YouTube otherwise but there would be too many distractions in the player (poor user experience and people might leave our website). We can see which parts people are watching the most, and for how long they're watching. This data helps us make informed decisions for future videos' strategy and creative. The amount of times I have emailed to request a feature/provide feedback/ask about a process/workflow, they are on it! They listen and do everything they can to support you. I think of Wistia as a Subject Matter Expert in Video Marketing field. I look to Wistia for their annual video reports, webinars about strategy, industry topics, and analytics, etc. Constant innovation in their UI, UX adn developing new features. Not only new features, but also the "boring system upgrades" that most people don't notice but that definitely make their lives easier. Easy account administration, media editing/customization. Heavy media player customization options. Integrations with other apps. From an enterprise pricing standpoint, I feel they are one of the more affordable options that a) have advanced features and b) feel good from both a viewer and account user perspective. **What do you dislike about Wistia?** Can be somewhat pricey for small to medium sized businesses depending on your usage, but the bang for buck is better than you will get anywhere else, especially when you factor in Wistia's customer support and account rep support. Uploading, editing (a nice recent addition), and sharing internally with colleagues is super simple even for non-video pros. The embeds work flawlessly on any site I've ever tried them on and being able to adjust the player controls and branding to suit our company really helps professionalise our product demo videos. They also put out a ton of useful (and fun) educational content for doing business video better, which has been immensely helpful as a marketer with no formal background in video. **What do you dislike about Wistia?** No real downsides at all in my view. The price is high for a single blog author or a small business. I can easily choose which users from my list access each video and that is very useful when making content focused on different groups. From getting help migrating all our content from our old service, to getting our folders and channels set up and having an easy to use implementation into our CMS, we've really benefited from switching to Wistia. Wistia makes it so easy to manage that video content with the project folders, easy to use tools to enhance the videos with chapters and in-video action buttons, options to replace media with new versions and archive old content without losing it completely. I also love the automated transcript and captioning tools, which help me make the video content more accessible. Could not do my job nearly this well without Wistia! **What do you dislike about Wistia?** My only complaint is that for their live webinar hosting tools, each webinar has its own registration link. We used to use a different program that allowed us to have one persistent registration link for our ongoing weekly live webinar where clients could select their desired upcoming date and we didn't have to have separate links for each session. Wistia's live hosting tools are still a pretty new feature though, so hopefully this is an option they'll consider adding in the future.
