You get to try out the software before you invest heavily. That said, after using it repeatedly, it does get easier to navigate. Service is also not the best. The cost of premier support is prohibitive, especially when considering scaling over time. The standard support has a very long turnaround time and is so technical that only the admin can use it. The system's soft crediting method is awful and makes for many reporting difficulties. If someone is familiar with the standard Salesforce platform, they will find NPSP an easy adjustment. There are also ample training materials available for new users too which offer sandbox test environments. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** Unlike other non-profit CRM tools, NPSP needs a few additional modules to be a fully-functional CRM tool for non-profits. Fortunately, these are available but unfortunately, they come at an additional cost. Our nonprofit had used a variety of other CRMs over the years, and as our nonprofit was growing, we quickly outgrow (and feel like we outsmarted) each CRM we had that was built for nonprofits. Salesforce is the next level, and we feel confident that this is the best tool to grow with and move us to be more sophisticated in our data, tech, marketing, and fundraising. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** Salesforce still has features in the nonprofit cloud that don't make sense. Donations are labeled like big software sales, like pitch made, closed, won. Doesn't apply to the donation process. Wish they would eliminate aspects of their software like that. Also the learning curve is a little steep for understanding data - contacts vs. files vs. families and where to leave applicable notes for each. **Recommendations to others considering Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud):** If you're debating this vs. a Blackbaud product, choose Salesforce. Salesforce is what so many businesses use, and there's upside in that. Blackbaud makes you buy into all their other software, which isn't great. Also, if you have the insight that your nonprofit data and donor needs are growing and that you need a more advanced CRM, move to something like this that will take you to the next level. **What problems is Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed more sophisticated data management than the previous tools we were using. We also needed something that was more sophisticated and advanced than our current needs at the moment. The version we currently use is free. The price point is nice but with that price point comes limitations. Lots of potential for tracking the history of interactions with a given individual. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** Unfortunately, my nonprofit did not have salesforce set up well, or the software just wasn't made for what we wanted. I spent hours entering new people and their email addresses from paper forms. It took much longer to add a large number of people that it could have, with a more streamlined input method.
