**What do you like best about Gnatta?**

We can include the existing communication channels of the business or brand (company), such as website, Facebook, Instagram, email, responding to the interactions that occur. Also updating the catalogs of leads or prospects and services provided to export them to other tools. Assigning contact status and directing to team members.

**What do you dislike about Gnatta?**

The phone and WhatsApp connections only work for the United Kingdom and Australia, and some functions like creating workflows still need to be improved in the trial version.

**What problems is Gnatta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Control the contacts received from the website, Instagram, email, and Facebook, requesting information and/or service proposals. It is helping to organize what has already been forwarded or responded to and to update the contact list.

**What do you like best about Gnatta?**

Excellent interaction management in multiple service channels, offering a service history, with the possibility of forwarding to another team member based on previous interactions.

**What do you dislike about Gnatta?**

n addition to the fact that some other languages are not available, the tool has some options that make it difficult to use, for example, the integration with whastapp only in two regions

**What problems is Gnatta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having control of registered interactions, where they come from, who has already been assisted or not, facilitating the interaction of team members. In addition to providing an Analytics of all prospecting and service carried out on the site.

Gnatta allows businesses of all sizes to listen and speak to their customers on an individual basis, quickly and effectively via one single interface.

**What do you dislike about Gnatta?**

Nothing at the moment. Have been very happy with their services provided so far

**What problems is Gnatta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling customer services to be handled at scale, Gnatta ensures operators can be agnostic towards communication channels, reacting to tweets, Facebook messages, SMS messages, email, marketplace and review sites without the need of deep channel knowledge.
