**What do you like best about BRAVO?**

I like that BRAVO has a very comprehensive range of items because it allows me to select what I want to redeem my points for, making me feel like I'm getting good value for my extra work. I also find the initial setup of BRAVO to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about BRAVO?**

I find it hard to earn points. The current lowest amount to give is £25 worth (830 points), which is quite a lot to give someone. I wish there was an option for smaller point recognition amounts.

BRAVO helps me recognize my colleagues for their hard work, and I appreciate the comprehensive range of items for redeeming points, which makes me feel like I'm getting good value for my extra work.

Not having enough points to buy something and the point system equals the same price if you paid with money instead. No real deal here

One aspect of BRAVO that I find challenging is that it uses up all points within a month. It would be beneficial if BRAVO offered an option to carry forward unused points to the following month.

The notification system should be customizable. I do not like that we receive every notification whenever an employee has clicked a button. It should be customizable so that I can see the analysis that I want.

What I enjoy about Bravo is that it changes the game for rewards and recognition. We can customise recognition through its AI-driven interface while yet making sure it reaches every part of our organisation. The frequency and authenticity of recognition have greatly increased because to the platform's accessibility, including mobile integration. Our ability to clearly see the results of our efforts is also made possible by the analytical analytics provided by BRAVO.

BRAVO has a tonne of options, but it takes some careful balancing to strike the ideal balance between personalization and simplicity. Clearer integration rules could make the process run more smoothly because we initially ran into some difficulties integrating the platform with our current systems. Having a larger collection of actual use cases might inspire different sectors.

I really appreciate the wide range of options available on BRAVO for recognizing and thanking my peers. The company-specific items are always a hit, and there are plenty of gift cards for food and entertainment to choose from. The product options are also high value and interesting, which is important in a larger organization like ours where there are many different interests and preferences. I also like that there are options for thanking people who give recognition to me.

I haven't experienced any downsides or dislikes with the BRAVO platform so far. All the information and acknowledgement opportunities have been great.

**What problems is BRAVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BRAVO is helping our company recognize and appreciate our peers in an interactive but not overly burdensome way. The categories of support and recognition provided by the platform are helpful in getting started with writing comments about why recognition is being given. The option to add personal and specific details to the recognition points is a nice personal touch that makes the recognition feel more meaningful. Group awards are also helpful, particularly for group projects.

It automatically increases our XP if we just like or comment on others' posts and get appreciation just as congrats for achieving Team Player level by earning 100 XP.

Bravos are fewer in number which we have to give to others. It should be more than enough to utilize efficiently and to spend on others.

It is a cheaper approach to the appreciation and we don't need to take others to a pizza party.

The variety of items and gift cards available. Amazon. There is almost everything available. That I require and desire. And the shipping time is excellent.

**What do you dislike about BRAVO?**

You must use the Bravo points before the end of the month; they do not roll over. We should be able to roll them over and collect more to claim a large prize. Bravo, I believe, should make it clear that the rewards do not roll over.

Bravo is assisting my company's employees to become more physically active and regularly participate in group activities. I've made new friends at work and discovered common interests with them. I can also use bravo to recognize employees without incurring financial costs.

I love how convenient Bravo is to use! I can send and receive bravo points quickly and choose which gift card merchant I want to use. It's an excellent service.

There's nothing I don't like about Bravo! They offer all my favorite retailers, and their platform is user-friendly and straightforward.

**What do you like best about BRAVO?**

It is one of the greatest tools to recognize and reward coworkers for their best work in the industry.

1) When it comes to recognizing somebody through bravo it offers three programs: 
    
     a) Kudos Award: Show appreciation and gratitude by sending messages and acknowledging how someone has demonstrated associate behaviors. 
     
     b) Applause Award: Recognize a fellow associate with award points for their greater work.

     c) Celebrate: To celebrate momentous life occasions, associates may recognize others for birthdays, weddings, etc.

2) It has a concept of points that we can redeem across many online stores, hotels, etc. and we can also send the accumulated points to other coworkers for 
      their best performance.

3) It shows with a sequential progress bar to the user with 'who', 'what', and 'why' tags to systematically use the Bravo platform. It is very helpful for a new user.

**What do you dislike about BRAVO?**

Overall it is good. I would say that industries must use it to recognize their best work and hence motivate other employees.

**What problems is BRAVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Bravo we can recognize and reward our coworkers for their best work and performance across the industry. When somebody recognizes someone through this platform then the receiver gets some Bravo points that can be redeemed for many things at online stores, hotels, etc.

One best things that can be done through this platform is that employees can send their extra points to other employees for use. 

Finally, I would say it motivates many employees in the industry to perform better as others who got recognition and rewards through this platform.

I really appreciate how Bravo has helped us to create and maintain a fantastic team culture where everyone feels valued and appreciated. Bravo's recognition tool has been a great asset and has contributed to the great team atmosphere.

One issue I have encountered is that sometimes I receive no notification and I have to keep reloading the server. It can be a bit inconvenient at times.

While using bravo I can easily see which employee needs a little help to shine. It is a great tool for boosting employee morale. I have seen that our company culture has improved and informed all employees about a little achievement of every second peer.

On the homepage where we share our thoughts and appreciate our teamate it should not be on the main page. I mean the icon also be added next to the home button.

I like how you can personalize rewards and use GIFs to recognize others. It's a fun way of communicating in modern spaces. We've switched to a remote-first work environment, which has transformed our monthly recognition meetings into a place where we give each other compliments almost every day.

Bonusly has no drawbacks that I can think of. It is a simple and enjoyable tool. It is very simple to use once you get used to the commands. I have nothing to complain about.

Everyone enjoys being recognized for a well-done job, and Bonusly allows you to do so. It is nice to express gratitude and award recognition points. Before Bravo, it was more difficult to recognize people for minor details.

We are using BRAVO in our organization for the following reasons: Employees are rewarded for completing their tasks; it's a good idea to give them a bonus because it keeps them motivated. Incentives can also be based on work anniversaries, new hires, or other events such as employee appreciation day.

**What do you dislike about BRAVO?**

There is no dark mode option available in Bravo. If it could be incorporated, then my biggest problem will be solved.

Bravo has solved the problem of an AI tool itself; we just have to add words to this, and it will create an automatic appreciation message that is time-saving for us.

The benefits are significant and simple to get. I have a friendly budget of points each month, which I can use to perform peer recognition. Moreover, I like how someone recognizes my work and gives away the Bravo points. I do the same when I have to appreciate my coworkers.

Images, gifs, and links can be posted in the comment box, but videos cannot. If it is added, it'll be a fantastic new feature that every employee would appreciate.

I like the fact that it enabled as to reward my peers without any monetary investment. Plus, its features of adding hashtags and GIFs make recognization really a fun.

Bravo is fun initially, but the drawback I faced was that it does not make us consistent, like you can easily forget to come back to it and  start the activity again.

BRAVO is easy to use and the platform is user-friendly.  Our contact person at BRAVO has been great to work with and is very responsive when I have questions.

**What do you dislike about BRAVO?**

There are only two negatives about BRAVO - the first being the limited options for spending BRAVOs.  The second is that the system gives an error if the @ symbol is not used before a user's name or if a # is not used before choosing a value.  Many of our employees encountered this problem and were not sure why they were receiving errors.

BRAVO is working on adding additional reward options for employees to spend their BRAVOs on.

Bravo provides gratification. When merely saying ""thank you"" in an email answer doesn't feel sufficient, thanking a coworker in public is a terrific feeling. I adore how the collection of Bravo posts perfectly captures our corporate culture. It's lovely to log into Bravo while working remotely and take in all the beautiful things that are happening. I also want to thank you for making GIFs popular at work.

**What do you dislike about BRAVO?**

It makes the words of your comments concealed, which makes the relevant GIF less appropriate. So, with the context removed, things sometimes may not make sense!

The thing that most inspires me is that Bravo is designed in such a way that it creates a beautiful culture within the organization. I, including other co-workers, enjoy awards and bonuses through this app and even check for our peer reviews. Every employee in our team can easily track their performance and improve it through Bravo.

Bravo needs to improve the bonus points redemption network and variation of gifs. Also, I think Bravo could improve with some UI changes to make it more catchy for new users.

I recommend using Bravo if your organization wants to track and improve employee performances. I am personally delighted with its efficiency at all levels within our organization.

The most significant advantage I have witnessed is the connectivity. Master group has a big staff, so ensuring that everyone has access to other individuals is not easy. Bravo has fostered an inter-departmental engagement by offering custom rewards (i.e., paid time off, local restaurant coupons, custom swags, etc.) as redemption options through its application. So, it's the most significant advantage that I have realized.

It is simple, have shifted the mood of my team completely. Now people are more encouraged to share the positive feedback of their peers. Every feedback counts and furthermore with this feedback you are given certain points which can be used for online purchases.

The reporting can be improved a bit more from the usability point of view for the managers to see who is actively collaborating and who are silent in the team. Furthermore what I would like is that managers should be able to see in the forms of hints and so like which particular employees need more encouragement and appreciation.

It's a good product. Helps greatly in increasing the overall team spirit which eventually has a positive impact on the productivity of the whole team.
