What do you like best about Trustmary?

The interface is clean and clear and all is well organized.

It is capable of capturing written or short video testimonials, and through widget, reviews can be integrated into your own website.

Analytics are available to monitor how effective the testimonials have been, so automatic requests for feedback can further reduce manual efforts.

The great advantage is with the reports and the option to add calls to action right within the testimonials for better control over the overall effect.

What do you like best about Trustmary?

Setting up the system is super easy and you access via a browser. Basically you can gather first feedback in an hour. And another hour to publish reviews/feedbacks to your website. The whole process is done easy, clear and simple but still support full customization. I like that with Trustmary we have a great system for feedback and as addition we can show it to the world and generate more sales with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trustmary?

At the moment the generated report output is .xlsx, would love to have visually appealing PDF-file or something available out of reports also.

But have to say that in the dashboard you see the overview, summary and details of answers clearly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trustmary?

Easy to collect feedback from our clients. Surveys are very easy to build. I like personally like the simple dashboard where you can see right away your NPS, the people that recommend your services etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trustmary?

What do you like best about Trustmary?

I like how the customer feedback just appears for on the front page. From there I can instantly utilize the feedback to provide social proof on my landing page. That saves my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In addition to NPS you can also measure CSAT for example, but I agree with you, we can still improve our reporting and actually are putting effort into that currently. It is nice to notice that you are actively using our product to collect feedback continuously and it is a good way to engage with all of your customers when they return to think about their experience with you :)

What do you like best about Trustmary?

Very effective for collecting feedback and promote sales. I like how effortless it is to collect feedback and sort positive ones to the website for customers to see.
