**What do you like best about Trustmary?**

The interface is clean and clear and all is well organized.
It is capable of capturing written or short video testimonials, and through widget, reviews can be integrated into your own website.
Analytics are available to monitor how effective the testimonials have been, so automatic requests for feedback can further reduce manual efforts.
The great advantage is with the reports and the option to add calls to action right within the testimonials for better control over the overall effect.

It's a very professional and versatile tool for those who would like to increase the credibility of their product or service in a more target-driven and effective manner and monitor their online reputation.

**What do you dislike about Trustmary?**

Everything works well; implementing additional native integrations could make everything even more fluid and faster.

**What problems is Trustmary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem in managing reviews was the handling of various platforms, and with Trustmary, we managed to solve it. Being able to manage them all from a single console and the possibility of manual entry is a real help.
Among the most useful features for which we chose it, manual uploading is definitely included, as it allows us to include reviews from any platform; the same applies to bulk import (csv).

**What do you like best about Trustmary?**

Setting up the system is super easy and you access via a browser.  Basically you can gather first feedback in an hour. And another hour to publish reviews/feedbacks to your website. The whole process is done easy, clear and simple but still support full customization.  I like that with Trustmary we have a great system for feedback and as addition we can show it to the world and generate more sales with it.

**What do you dislike about Trustmary?**

At the moment the generated report output is .xlsx, would love to have visually appealing PDF-file or something available out of reports also. 
But have to say that in the dashboard you see the overview, summary and details of answers clearly and easily.

**What problems is Trustmary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First is to know our customer satisfaction better. We can find out where we succeed and where we haven't fulfilled our promises. We listen our customer better and believe that feedback gives us the tools to improve. Second is that we can show authentic references on our websites, and that is appealing to our website users, so it gives boost to our sales.  And finally we save time when we have created our feedback system, we don't have to ask every customer separately how did things go -> Trustmary gives us the tools to do it more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Trustmary?**

I like the ease of use and constant improvements the best. New features coming every month it seems. Collecting feedback is easy and sharing it or presenting it on your website is simple.

**What do you dislike about Trustmary?**

At first it felt like it wasn't quite yet finished but it was more than a year ago and now I have no such concerns.

**What problems is Trustmary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm collecting feedback from our B2B and B2C customers. It is amazing to see what customers think of our product and how we can improve it and then reap the rewards as we implement the suggested improvements.

**What do you like best about Trustmary?**

Easy to collect feedback from our clients. Surveys are very easy to build. I like personally like the simple dashboard where you can see right away your NPS, the people that recommend your services etc.

**What do you dislike about Trustmary?**

I would prefer more features for the widget that you can add to your website. But that's probably already possible with some coding skills ;)

**What problems is Trustmary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we used multiple different platforms to send out surveys but now we can do it all in one place. Saves us a lot of time!

The solution is easy to use, and you don't need to be IT-guru to use the product.

**What do you dislike about Trustmary?**

The product is quite ready for use. It might need some advanced tools to some organizations, but to us (medium-sized company) it suits well.

**Recommendations to others considering Trustmary:**

Great solution for companies that want to get easily feedback, and thus use that feedback in their marketing!

Customer experience, customer reviews and employee feedback, NPS.  The system is really easy to use and visualisation and automated reports to e-mail about NPS are great!

**What do you like best about Trustmary?**

I like how the customer feedback just appears for on the front page. From there I can instantly utilize the feedback to provide social proof on my landing page. That saves my time.

**What do you dislike about Trustmary?**

I would like to see other possible ways for measuring customer satisfaction beside NPS also. The overall view would be more holistic.

**What problems is Trustmary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers tend to remain silent when they are happy with our product and only voice their feedback out loud when they are unhappy. It is important to us to prevent them from becoming unhappy and rather be able to provide solutions on their problems proactively.

With Trustmary app it's easy to collect feedback from our customers. With automation we don't forget to ask feedback from every customer.

**What do you dislike about Trustmary?**

Sometimes you need to think how you can do something with the app that you want it to do but eventually I find what i need from the app.

**What problems is Trustmary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get a lot more positive feedback now with Trustmary. Trustmary also makes it easier to use positive feedback part of our ads.

Very effective for collecting feedback and promote sales. I like how effortless it is to collect feedback and sort positive ones to the website for customers to see. I think it's never been more easy to collect video reviews from customers and get the permission to use it for marketing.

Yet I haven't found anything to complain. Everything is working well.

Real-time NPS and better conversion rate with public recommendations.

Integration with HubSpot is essential feature.

**What do you dislike about Trustmary?**

I would like to analyse more forms/questionnaire. Sorting of answers could be more intuitive.

Trying to find most effortless way to get feedback from my work. Hubspot integration works well with that!
