While the platform offers excellent features, the pricing might feel a bit high for smaller teams or startups with limited budgets. A more flexible pricing structure could make it more accessible to a broader range of users.

What do you like best about Cognism?

Cognism is a key piece in helping conduct new business expansion and growh plans but also drilling down into contacts that we identify with high intent and are likely to engage with our products and services. The interface is easy to navigate (the AI search piece reduces the admin in locating information) and the integration piece (along with creating 'lists') makes it easy to pull data out - and fast.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

The major issue is combating data degredation - where data integrity and accuracy rapdily decays. But behind that: we use Cognism to solve gaps in account intelligence (i.e. how to find the right buyers in a wide pool of team members); it's also useful for understanding likeliness to engage. I love its usability and the quality of the data provided. One of my favorite features is the Contact Data Quality filter. It allows you to choose between emails or phone numbers based on your needs, which makes it easy to refine your searches and quickly get the most relevant contacts.

What do you like best about Cognism?

Accuracy of numbers. Usually about 90% of the numbers input in the platform are accurate. This has saved me so much time in prospecting customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

Continuous upsells. Initially you get access to the platform for around €4-5k, depending on your negotiation skills. Then while you browse, things are alright & good/easy to use. But if you want to start exporting information, which you've already paid for a ton, into lists, then push these lists to some mailing software, then you have to purchase additional export credits.

Terrible, as there are continuous hidden upsells in the platform. I paid €4.5k access, and if i want to export 1.5k contacts, I have to pay an additional €2k just to earn export credits. As ridiculous as it seems, that's the reality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?

Direct numbers to decsion makers, which saves me a ton of time compared to the normal route of reaching out to people from office, email and so on.

What do you like best about Cognism?

Cognism helps us break into the EMEA market. Other data sources had great US data, but the EMEA data was lacking. Our users were constantly telling us the info they're getting from the other platforms weren't helpful. Once we brought on Cognism, the data quality has been night and day. Ontop of all that, the tool is easy to admin-- you rarely get pulled into end user questions after setup. There support is quick, and integrations are easy. Overal can't recommend it enough. What do you dislike about Cognism?

Some data enrichment platforms offer the ability to create campaign sequences natively, eliminating the need for integration with external CRM systems. Perhaps this is a feature Cognism could consider incorporating into its platform. I think the biggest problem Cognism has solved for me is the absence of hidden charges or add-ons. For example, many data enrichment tools I’ve used in the past required extra payments for each new contact detail extracted. With Cognism, there’s none of that—just one flat fee that’s all-inclusive. This simplicity has made my life so much easier, as I no longer have to monitor a budget of available credits to do my job. What do you like best about Cognism?

I think Cognism is the most complete, complex, and user-friendly software there is, at this time, and I can say that as I have been using it daily for multiple hours/day for more than 4 months. The web extension is a really great feature, due to its accessibility and user-friendly interaction. It has a very complete database regarding leads, with a lot of verified contact details, along with a great way to better qualify your leads, and not waste time on low-quality ones. Our CSM is very prompt and easy to talk to. He is always there whenever we have a problem and always finds a solution to the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

I would say the thing that I somewhat dislike are the cases in which the Chrome extension cannot get information details from some of the LinkedIn leads, especially from countries in Asia more specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
