What I like most about Leadinfo is how easy it makes it to identify website visitors and turn them into actionable leads. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it integrates smoothly with other tools, which keeps the overall workflow straightforward, efficient, and easy to manage.

One drawback of Leadinfo is that the data isn’t always completely accurate, particularly when it comes to smaller companies or visitors who aren’t very active. I’ve also found that some of the more advanced features and integrations could be broadened to make the platform more flexible and better suited to complex workflows.

**What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

I really like the visibility of the companies and the impressive database that Leadinfo has. It's great being able to see the company history, individual contacts, their LinkedIn profiles, and sometimes snag their email addresses right off the dashboard. Setting up filters for the sales team by ZIP code has been really helpful—something we didn't have before. It automatically tags the appropriate sales rep so they can see it. I can set up filters for each individual sales guy so they only see their territory, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

The only thing that I know it's already in the work is being able to send said contacts that they find for each company to Leadinfo or to Zoho, our CRM. Right now, it's just a you can only send the account name, the company, over to lead Zoho CRM as a lead. Having it on a contact lead level would be amazing.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Leadinfo to identify potential leads who visit our website daily. It fills in the blanks by providing detailed insights on who fills out forms, their activities, and helps us reach specific contacts. It's very helpful for our sales team, especially with CRM integration in progress.

**What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

Visitor Queue has been a great tool to start getting real visibility into our website traffic. We’ve been using it for a few weeks, and it’s already confirmed that direct links to our site are being looked at, while also showing us which specific areas prospective clients are focusing on. It’s also useful to see organic traffic we’re receiving from Google, Bing, and even ChatGPT referrals. This visibility is helping us pass qualified insights from the marketing team to sales for follow-up. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and makes reporting straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

So far, I don’t have any major dislikes—it’s been smooth to use and provides valuable insights. One small thing I haven’t figured out yet is how to exclude certain companies (like our own business, ITI) from showing up in the results. It would be helpful to have a clear way to filter out internal traffic.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor Queue is helping us solve the problem of limited visibility into who is actually visiting our website and what they’re engaging with. **What do you like best about Leadinfo?**

I like how Visitor Queue gives you the contact information to view. I also like the details it gathers to give an idea of how far your site is being viewed. This makes a huge difference when looking at the visibility of the site.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

I disliked how the software gave me a lot of contacts for one company. One of my contacts had over 15 different business emails for the one company and unless you know how to data mine, you're stuck trying to figure out who visited the website. It's not a good idea to take 15 or more business emails and send all of them emails hoping to "hit the target" of the person who visited your website. With the service our company provides, finding out that a business emailed you and 15 or 20 of your colleagues can create possible embarrassment or more. We are a tax resolution firm who deals with clients who have significant financial issues. That person(s) who visited our website may not want people to know that there's an issue with their finances.

Visitor Queue is solving the problem of not knowing who is visiting your website. This is benefiting me in many ways. The biggest way is finally allowing me to see how far of a reach our website is showing up. It's also showing us the types of people we are attracting by showing us the company they work for. This helps our Marketing department know that we are targeting the right client.

Super easy setup — drop a tracking script on your site and you’re good to go.

The data is actionable, which is a big step up from traditional analytics.

Sales teams love it because it points them directly to warm leads.

Customer support is responsive and friendly.

You won’t always get individual-level data; sometimes it’s just company info.

If you’re in B2C, it won’t add much value — this tool is very much B2B-focused.

Pricing may feel a little steep if you’re a small team just getting started.

The platform is incredibly easy to use and configure and is the most competitively priced compared to other solutions on the market making it startup budget friendly.

I came to Vistor Queue after Hubspot acquired Clearbit. What I liked most was how straightforward it was to see the landing page of my visitors, the location from which they came and the time they spent on the page. I didn’t have to dig for this information, the interface was straightforward and had its advantages over Clearbit.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

There were some limitations that had us look at another tool in the market. In the end, we were able to get some discounts and special pricing with that vendor which swayed our decision but it was a tough one.

**What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor Queue helped us go beyond a solution that underwent acquisition and rolled under a new pricing model. Through the tool, we were able to continue understanding our ABM companies on site, what content they landed on and how long they stayed (more of a signal regarding interest). This all benefitted us in providing us continuity into insights we would have otherwise lost.

It's great at identify companies that are visiting your website, which is really a powerful tool for re-marketing to companies using automated outreach or a number of other approaches to get in front of companies that are paying attention to you.

So far, we don't really have a dislike with the tool. We are wondering if the service may become cost prohibitive at some point because the pricing model is based on the amount of leads that are identified. We do like that multiple organizational leads only count as 1 towards your total leads.

Good for sales intel and ability to tag contacts - this will only operate in some sales processes as it's difficult to dechiper who is visiting your site. Luckily for us it's usually the owner so we can look them up on Linkedin

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

They are the only month to month SaaS I am aware of that will lock you in for two months - when you cancel you have to give them a notice period - this is was not stated when you sign up. Also they keep billing and their support is lacking with no telephone number to call - i have had mutiple charges to my credit card since cancelling in Feburary - it's now June and still waiting on refund based on what they described as a technical error.

The User Interface is lacking a bit. Less intuitive than other tools I've been using, but still manageable especially when you've tried so many other platforms before

Having used Visitor Queue with 3 companies I find it a great tool to see who is visiting our site. For existing customers it helps us understand their interest in our products and enables targeted follow-up. For new customers it enables us to add them to our CRM and then target a cold call to make and introduction and see how we can help them. 

As the sales and marketing lead, it makes my life easier and my team also find the new insight very helpful.

It worked out of the box as described. Generous trial period and support was quick and helpful. I did really appreciate that it integrated really well with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

It's not so much Visitor Queue itself more this type of product. I wish we were able to get more specific information on leads. It it likely just the industry in which I work; no data services have ever worked well. 

Knowing theres a website visitor is cool and all but something many pieces of software can do. What would be really cool is some AI based segmentation and reply automation. Like first steps an SDR might take. For example leads is on the website, look at certain characteristics, make some determinations via AI and a reply email (based on the leads known info and my company's offerings) boom click send done would be nice.

Speed to lead and uncovering who is actually visiting certain sites. 

Capturing these people while they are actively searchign for or even on our website can be helpful. 

It's boils down to capturing an interested lead, getting them into the pipeline and moving them through the pipeline as efficiently as possible.

Visitor Queue has been a really helpful tool for identifying which companies are visiting our website. The ability to see detailed company info along with the pages they viewed gives us solid insight into potential leads. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I like how it integrates with other platforms we use like Google Analytics. It saves our team a lot of time that we’d otherwise spend guessing who’s actually engaging with our content.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

While the tool works well for the most part, I’ve noticed that sometimes it picks up irrelevant traffic or mislabels some company names. Also, filtering and exporting leads could be a bit more flexible — right now, it feels slightly limited when you want to segment your data in more customized ways. It’s not a dealbreaker, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of lead accuracy and reporting features.

Before using Visitor Queue, we had very little visibility into who was actually visiting our site — we could see traffic numbers in Google Analytics, but not who those visitors were. Visitor Queue fills that gap by giving us real company data tied to website activity. This has helped us uncover warm leads that would’ve otherwise gone unnoticed, improved how we qualify prospects, and allowed our outreach efforts to be much more targeted and timely.

Ability to view who has visitor our website and be able to marry that to our TAM and in addition, see behaviours that enable us to fine tune outbound marketing plans.  Good to send direct to the sales team without re-keying.

Having to open an account to respond to this survey in an already busy day!  And it would be good to get an email for the domain name visit - although we know that's a tough call.

I will qualify my "dislike" of Visitor Queue by first saying that, in the space of website visitor tracking services, companies like Visitor Queue use a variety of data sources to build a picture of the "most likely" identity of an IP address.  In other words, there is no guarantee that 100% of IPs will be accurately identified.  So my primary dislike of Visitor Queue is the uncertainty with respect to data reliability, although I have no reason to believe their data accuracy is any worse than other companies in the space.

I like the ability to add multiple Users to the account.

There's a lot of low-quality leads. Integration with Google Analytics seems to require a "Pro" account.

I think there could be improved segmentation functionality to help identify the most valuable leads.

I've tested a lot of similar products to Visitor Queue and they're my #1 choice. They have daily emails telling you about specific companies that have visited your website and they provide company info, location, and a link to their website. You can also frequently find target employees at the visiting company that match the people you need to talk to. We'll never know exactly who visited, but this is about as close as you can come to finding the right people, at the right time, at the right place. These warm leads are great for any sales team or sales person. Because you can also see the navigation path taken through your website, you'll also have an idea of what the site visitor was most interested in. This seriously warms up the dreaded cold calling. It's also very affordable compared to most other competitors.

**What do you dislike about Leadinfo?**

It was a bit perplexing at first, but after an call with their support team, I was able to understand everything and dig in to the various settings that help you narrow the leads your receiving to those that you actually want to have. I'm hopeful about finding great new business opportunities with Visitor Queue. It only takes one sale to easily cover the costs!

Website analtyics only give you numbers, trends, and user behavior in aggregate. VQ provides actionable information in a timely manner. Sales people often look down on marketing because they provide more fluff than substance. Now marketing can provide real substance to the sales team!
