What I like most about Leadinfo is how easy it is to implement. The setup process is straightforward and doesn’t require advanced technical knowledge, which makes onboarding smooth and hassle-free. I also really appreciate the interface: it’s intuitive, clearly structured, and easy to navigate, so I can quickly find the company insights and website visitor data we need. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Visitor Queue has been a great tool to start getting real visibility into our website traffic. We’ve been using it for a few weeks, and it’s already confirmed that direct links to our site are being looked at, while also showing us which specific areas prospective clients are focusing on. It’s also useful to see organic traffic we’re receiving from Google, Bing, and even ChatGPT referrals. This visibility is helping us pass qualified insights from the marketing team to sales for follow-up. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and makes reporting straightforward. What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

So far, I don’t have any major dislikes—it’s been smooth to use and provides valuable insights. One small thing I haven’t figured out yet is how to exclude certain companies (like our own business, ITI) from showing up in the results. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

I like how Visitor Queue gives you the contact information to view. I also like the details it gathers to give an idea of how far your site is being viewed. This makes a huge difference when looking at the visibility of the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

I disliked how the software gave me a lot of contacts for one company. One of my contacts had over 15 different business emails for the one company and unless you know how to data mine, you're stuck trying to figure out who visited the website. It's not a good idea to take 15 or more business emails and send all of them emails hoping to "hit the target" of the person who visited your website. With the service our company provides, finding out that a business emailed you and 15 or 20 of your colleagues can create possible embarrassment or more. We are a tax resolution firm who deals with clients who have significant financial issues. That person(s) who visited our website may not want people to know that there's an issue with their finances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Super easy setup — drop a tracking script on your site and you’re good to go.

The data is actionable, which is a big step up from traditional analytics.

Sales teams love it because it points them directly to warm leads.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

You won’t always get individual-level data; sometimes it’s just company info.

If you’re in B2C, it won’t add much value — this tool is very much B2B-focused.

Pricing may feel a little steep if you’re a small team just getting started.

What do you like best about Leadinfo?

I came to Vistor Queue after Hubspot acquired Clearbit. What I liked most was how straightforward it was to see the landing page of my visitors, the location from which they came and the time they spent on the page. I didn’t have to dig for this information, the interface was straightforward and had its advantages over Clearbit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

There were some limitations that had us look at another tool in the market. In the end, we were able to get some discounts and special pricing with that vendor which swayed our decision but it was a tough one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's great at identify companies that are visiting your website, which is really a powerful tool for re-marketing to companies using automated outreach or a number of other approaches to get in front of companies that are paying attention to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, we don't really have a dislike with the tool. We are wondering if the service may become cost prohibitive at some point because the pricing model is based on the amount of leads that are identified.
