What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Commerce?

What I like most about Dynamics 365 Commerce is how everything is connected in one place. It also works really well with other Microsoft tools, which makes day-to-day work easier. Once I got used to it, it helped me manage both online and in-store operations without constantly jumping between different systems. It feels reliable and handles large amounts of data pretty well. What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Commerce?

The biggest downside is that it isn’t very easy to learn at first. The initial setup can take a while, and you often need technical help to get everything configured correctly. D365 has been a great erp system from managing hours of the worker to final invoicing and collection of the client it took time to implement after our company shifted from Microsoft AX to D365 but it was worth the wait it is fast and way easier to use as compared to others. it can be easily integrated with software's like chrome river.
