What I like most about Dynamics 365 Commerce is how everything is connected in one place. It also works really well with other Microsoft tools, which makes day-to-day work easier. Once I got used to it, it helped me manage both online and in-store operations without constantly jumping between different systems. It feels reliable and handles large amounts of data pretty well. I’ve actually used this software for my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside is that it isn’t very easy to learn at first. The initial setup can take a while, and you often need technical help to get everything configured correctly. Even simple tasks can require changes that feel more complicated than they should be, and the system can sometimes feel a bit heavy to use. On top of that, the cost can be somewhat high, depending on the size of the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
