What do you like best about Livestorm?

I got my first event organized in less than 15 minutes, complete with a registration page list, automatic reminder emails, and even my company logo. I was glad that I didn't have to install anything. Everything worked smoothly from the browser and didn't ask me to download anything strange. I liked how the tool made me feel like I was truly talking to the audience during the show. The live chat, polls, and questions section were so well put together that I felt like I was leading a conversation instead of just giving a speech. I once observed in real time how people answered a survey, and it affected what I was talking about. That dynamic was worth its weight in gold. I never worried that someone who wasn't invited would break into my account or steal my data. The accesses were apparent, and the system made me feel safe that everything was under control. We learned how valuable Livestorm was in a certain situation at the organization. We had to tell clients in several nations about a big update to a product with little notice. For the most part, that meant endless calls, emails that no one answered, or recordings that almost no one watched. We chose to do it for Livestorm this time.

It was almost like magic: we got the session scheduled, the invitation sent, and the panel ready all in one morning. A customer from Brazil asked a very important question concerning price during the webinar. I shared my screen with a click and exhibited the updated model while the support crew answered other inquiries in the chat at the same time. After we were done, we downloaded the report and noticed that more than 80% of the people who came stayed until the end. I have never heard of any sort of content system, whether for writing or for webinars, not having any kind of fail safe if someone accidentally deletes a page. No archive section or deleted folder where you can restore something that was accidentally removed at all. I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was an AI chatbot saying "Sorry, but if you downloaded the registrants, then you can manually add them."
