The standout feature for our team is the SugarBPM engine. Unlike other CRMs with basic “if/then” rules, Sugar lets us build complex, multi-step workflows that actually match our real-world sales process.
I’m also a huge fan of the new “Last Interaction” column in the list view. It sounds like a small UI update, but it has completely changed how our reps prioritize their daily outreach.
Additionally, Sugar Predict 2.0 AI has become surprisingly accurate at scoring leads based on external buyer intent signals we didn’t even know were available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve is definitely steeper than a tool like HubSpot. If you aren’t careful with your configurations in Sugar Studio, the UI can start to feel a bit cluttered and harder to navigate. We’ve also found that some of the deeper data queries in the Advanced Analytics module can be slow to load, especially when pulling multi-year reports. Lastly, pricing for the “Sell Premier” tier is a noticeable jump, so you really need to be using the AI features to justify the ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
