Very easy to use, technical or not, thanks to a very user-intuitive UI

**What do you dislike about Deacom ERP?**

There is a slow turnaround time with support, especially with items needing fixing on their end

**What problems is Deacom ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything for all day-to-day operations. I do administrative consulting work.

**What do you like best about Deacom ERP?**

Deacon ERP has one of best user interface which enable end users to work at ease and efficiently with maximum information at hand.

**What do you dislike about Deacom ERP?**

As end user I am not sure wether it's integrated with other software like performance management which could be scope for improvement.

**What problems is Deacom ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory management and production order management.

**What do you like best about Deacom ERP?**

I like it has the feature of creating report previews so you can easily access them with just one click. Also, it does have shortcuts to access information while you are actively doing a task.

**What do you dislike about Deacom ERP?**

It is not a user-friendly ERP system. You have to play a lot of trial and error to know how to work with it. Also, the support system is decent for some things, but there is room for improvement.

**What problems is Deacom ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DEACOM can synchronize multiple departments so that the information inputted in the system is available cross-functionally.

**What do you like best about Deacom ERP?**

We went from a system that struggled to identify shortages for upcoming production runs.  Deacom works great!  The aspects that I personally appreciate are Inventory Management, Instant MRP, and Ticketing functionality.  It was such a leap up from what we were using.

**What do you dislike about Deacom ERP?**

Getting information out of Deacom, in a pretty report form, can be difficult.  We have tried our best to design a few basic forms, however that is not our area of expertise so it has proved challenging working within the Deacom report builder.

**What problems is Deacom ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility for all upcoming orders and better production planning.  When making sure that all dates and quantities are updated the system can provide so much information which allows us to make better decisions and to communicate potential issues weeks ahead of time.

I like the shortcuts to make data entry faster for our Accounting department.

**What do you dislike about Deacom ERP?**

We can only have so many users on at one time.

**Recommendations to others considering Deacom ERP:**

It works with our payroll roll system & along with Excel.

**What problems is Deacom ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It interfaces with our Payroll software to import our GL entries.
