I only use products that my team will understand and where I can present coherent information to them without the need for extra training. If you want to get everyone invested then this is a great start. **What do you dislike about Hotjar by Contentsquare?** Nothing really. You'll need at least 500 users a day to get results in a meaningful amount of time. Definite pros: heatmap, visual presentation of data, and recording function. It's a very versatile tool that have use for multiple departments withing the company. **What do you dislike about Hotjar by Contentsquare?** No support for native apps.
