We can easily integrate the API into the website. **What do you dislike about Google API Analytics?** What I really don't like about the Google API analytics is the website page speed can be slower because of the API js files. For a first-time user, it will not be intuitive to work with, it will take some time to familiarize with it. **Recommendations to others considering Google API Analytics:** Google API analytics can do wonders for your business, it provides valuable insights that can be used to improve the performance of your website. **What problems is Google API Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to analyze the internal site search with google API. What I like best about Google API Analytics is the quantity of useful information you've able to retrieve from this platform. Not only the volume of data, but the quality of the data you're able to review is excellent. This platform has been helpful in understanding more about user behaviors, which ultimately allowed us to make changes to things on the back end, which would drive a better user experience and increase retention rates. **What do you dislike about Google API Analytics?** There's not a lot I really disliked about using Google API Analytics, it really is a great resource to use. Though if I had to name something I didn't like (at first) it would be the fact that I felt a little lost/confused when I initially started using this platform. While it actually is easy to use, there are a lot of areas one can navigate and features to access. It felt a little confusing at first or like I was doing things incorrectly. Though after spending a little time reviewing and actually using API Analytics, everything started to fall into place and it was quite easy to use. **Recommendations to others considering Google API Analytics:** One of the biggest recommendations I can provide about Google API Analytics would be to absolutely try it. Even if you just give it a trial run, I would say you'd easily discover just how useful and valuable this platform is for anyone with a website or application. Additionally, give yourself a little time to get used to the features and different things you can do within the platform, there's a lot of information you can get and a lot of benefits you'll gain by really using this. **What problems is Google API Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the problems we were solving by using Google API Analytics was the need to capture even more information about our users and their interactions across websites/applications. If you want to drive more people to your site, you can use the API to give you tips and show you how many people are currently seeing it to collect data for improvement. **What do you dislike about Google API Analytics?** Honestly there are just functions of API analytics that we don't use within our organization so it's unnecessary, but I'm sure that other organizations could benefit from them. There's not much to dislike though, because we end up using a lot from the data we get. **What problems is Google API Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to see how updating our website with certain keywords drove more people to our site. There's a real time feature that makes it easy to see what the internet audience is seeing of your organization which has been really helpful during our rebranding process. ### 6. Somethings it can be a little complicated and more support would definitely be helpful. It helps to streamline things, to channel traffic in the right directions, and to understand how users interact with my site. **What do you dislike about Google API Analytics?** It is difficult to navigate, and I have a hard time accessing the data I want quickly. The interfaces is not clean, and things are not laid out in the most user friendly fashion. I found myself searching and re-searching for the same information because it was so difficult to find the things I was looking for! **Recommendations to others considering Google API Analytics:** Google API analytics is a decent software, but it is so difficult to use that after improving my website with the metrics I found from it, I stopped using it. Instead, I've been using the analytics/metrics from my website provider, which are not as in depth or specific, but are so much easier to use that it seemed worthwhile to switch over. Perhaps someone who works in tech more frequently, or has more experience with the website, would be better at using it than I was! **What problems is Google API Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm streamlining my website and learning how people see it, what draws their attention, and what keeps their attention. It has helped me to create a better website and a better experience for my visitors. I used it to see which links were not getting clicked on as much, and realized that those were in different colors or locations as the ones that did get clicked a lot, and was able to improve my layout in that way, among others! ### 13.
