I definitely love the personalization and the mail merge with Google Sheets because I work a lot with Google Sheets. When I make lead lists, they all sit in Google Sheets, and it's just easier because my volume is not low enough for manual sending, but it's not so high that I need a CRM outside of Google Sheets. The integration with GMass works really well with whatever notes I have in Google Sheets to personalize emails, and it works seamlessly with my Gmail in the Google Workspace. I don't need an additional tool like HubSpot or Salesforce. Those would be like a rocket ship for what I need, which isn't necessary. The initial setup was super easy, and I found the installation and integration with the rest of the data in my workspace to be very simple, easy, and powerful, which I really love. The initial onboarding for GMass is not super easy. I wish there was an onboarding wizard since it wasn't there, and I had to figure it out myself on YouTube. The instructions for onboarding and how to fix issues when something goes wrong aren't clear. I had to Google how to send manual follow-ups after deleting tabs in Google Sheets, which caused errors in GMass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
