I definitely love the personalization and the mail merge with Google Sheets because I work a lot with Google Sheets. When I make lead lists, they all sit in Google Sheets, and it's just easier because my volume is not low enough for manual sending, but it's not so high that I need a CRM outside of Google Sheets. The integration with GMass works really well with whatever notes I have in Google Sheets to personalize emails, and it works seamlessly with my Gmail in the Google Workspace. I don't need an additional tool like HubSpot or Salesforce. Those would be like a rocket ship for what I need, which isn't necessary. The initial setup was super easy, and I found the installation and integration with the rest of the data in my workspace to be very simple, easy, and powerful, which I really love. The initial onboarding for GMass is not super easy. I wish there was an onboarding wizard since it wasn't there, and I had to figure it out myself on YouTube. The instructions for onboarding and how to fix issues when something goes wrong aren't clear. I use GMass for email merge and it solved my BCC mailing problem, making my emails look more professional. It's very simple to send an email without any hassle and the learning curve is minimal. I like that I can just add email addresses to my Excel or Google Spreadsheet and I'm good to go. Also, GMass provides an analysis of the emails sent and the initial setup was very easy. I like GMass for its convenience, as I can access it directly from my Gmail account without the need to download another app or log in separately, making it feel just like sending normal emails with a single button. I also appreciate that it creates different labels, which helps in organizing reports. For instance, bounced emails automatically get sorted into one label, auto-responses into another, and I receive a detailed summary for various campaign outcomes. I love how easy and fast GMass is to set up. I was able to get my first personalized outreach campaign running within minutes. There is not much I dislike so far. The interface can feel a little dense at first because there are many features, but once you understand where everything is, it becomes much easier to use. I like GMass for its ease of use and the extra features it offers. It's great to have features like tracking opens, replies, and bounces that I wouldn't get without the tool. I like how easy GMass is to use once you figure it out. The setup was very simple and easy to understand, plus they have lots of videos to show how to use the app. Sending mass emails with individual attachments is made manageable, allowing me to send individual attachments to hundreds of people in a short amount of time. The videos and explanations could have had more information, like how to set up spreadsheets and what not to include in them. I had information in my spreadsheet that I wasn't using in the email, and it would have been good for the video to tell you to take out any unnecessary information. Also, I had issues with adding links from Google Drive into the Attachment column because multiple links would copy into one cell instead of one link per cell. GMass absolutely saved me when I needed to send customized messages to our union members during a ratification vote. I appreciate how straightforward the process was. Setting up a schedule send is not quite as straightforward as I thought it would be. Once I added a date and times, I could not easily tell if it was scheduled or there was another step. The like of simple confirmation stressed me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
