What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Easy to use and time saving Inbound Marketing Software featuring a Blogging platform, Email Marketing, Customer Database, Keywords Grader Tool, Competitor Analysis, Social Media Management and Campaigns Workflows / Automation as well as Analytics.

HubSpot works worldwide and has now it own CRM integrated. In addition to the landing pages you may host your website on HubSpot too, allowing you to personalize the content.

HubSpot allows you to build an extensive history of the leads which eases lead conversion and sales.

It helps you align marketing and sales, making the process of implementing a service level agreement easier and more effective. It supports you improving customer service and It lets you turn existing customers into brand advocates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Not 100% perfect but 95%. Constantly improved.

The only thing we are missing is not being able to swap content pieces within an existing workflow. You always have to create a new one.

What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

We used HubSpot for a couple of years but decided to pause our subscription for a few months. The product itself is decent, especially considering the limited alternatives available for this type of marketing need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Unresponsive Billing & Customer Support Issues

After returning to our HubSpot account a few months later, we found it deactivated due to a past-due invoice. Their billing department and customer support instructed us to pay via wire transfer, which we did—prepaying for several months of service. However, once the payment was made, customer support stopped responding entirely. Despite paying for a full year, our service was never reactivated, and all follow-up emails were ignored. HubSpot provides no phone support, only email, making it feel like we were dealing with an automated system that prioritizes payments over resolving issues. Frustrated, I contacted their sales team—where I could finally speak to a real person—only to discover that they had downgraded our account to a free version, despite our full payment for the rest of the year.
