We use Sakari with Hubspot Integration. We had tried to use RingCentral with Hubspot prior since we have been a customer of theirs since 2010. However, after over 2 weeks of not being able to get the workflow to work, we searched around and found Sakari. The customer service on setting us up and getting everything operating was great! I like the Sakari-Hubspot integration. Once the custom properties are in place, Sakari adds a new level of communication flow to ensure that we've fully connected with our prospects. I have also used the integration as part of an internal notification workflow. This is especially helpful for users who end up tuning out Hubspot emails. The KB's leave something to be desired. I wasn't able to get a lot of my questions answered in terms of Hubspot-Sakari integrations, and that was a little frustrating. Resources are all very quick start-centric and not terribly user-friendly in terms of troubleshooting. My client let me know that Sakari also charges by the character count. While they make concessions to remediate this (i.e., URL shortener), it's still not a lot of bang for your buck if you're using Sakari as a B2B client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
