**What do you like best about Sakari?**

We’ve been using Sakari for some time now and absolutely love it. The platform is easy to use with a very friendly user interface, and the integrations work seamlessly with our existing tools, like Slack. It has made our workflow much more efficient and communication much smoother.
Michael B. provides excellent support. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and truly great to work with. The customer service overall has been outstanding. We’re very happy with Sakari and highly recommend it to any team looking for reliable software with great functionality and support.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

There’s a slight learning curve at first, and I wish there were a few more customization options for templates, but overall it’s a great tool once you get used to it

Sakari helps us manage communication with a large number of investors in our syndication business. Instead of one-way updates, it allows us to easily send and receive messages, making our interactions more personal, efficient, and organized

Not Sakari specific, but our CRM only allows text responses to go to the owner of the contact, instead of the user who sent the text, which can cause some delays.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to text from one centralized number, so that all employees can see texts, allowing for adequate coverage when reps are absent.

The Guide that is provided at the start to ensure all steps of the system are covered, and to help the user understand it better.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

A contact cannot be re-added to a different group once it is already in another group - if this option is available, it should be shown during the guiding steps.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem - Communications going out to a wide range of people 
Benefits - For mass texting, during a conference Sakari is very helpful.

User-Friendly Interface: Sakari provides an intuitive user interface that is simple to use and comprehend for our team. Users like us value the design's simplicity, which enables us to send and manage SMS messages quickly and effectively without a high learning curve.

Limited International Coverage: Sakari's SMS texting service might not be available everywhere. Some of our leads that need their SMS campaigns to have a global or wide international reach should check if the service is offered where they want it.

**What do you like best about Sakari?**

Great solution for an over-the-phone sales and service team. The setup and support team have been amazing and were extremely helpful with picking the correct plan for us.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

That I cannot message people directly from deals. And also not saving most of the past conversations I had with clients. I keep getting error message thrice a week when sending messages.

When I don't reach my clients via email or Call, SAKARI is a helpful website where I can reach the clients via SMS

The Hubspot integration works well for our sales process, project management, and workflow integration.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

The original web platform has a lackluster UI, but that is mostly corrected in the beta for the new web platform. The mobile app does not push notifications and generally doesn't work incredibly well.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using SMS for sales and project management for years, but Sakari's Hubspot integration allows us to speed up all of these processes, see communications between customers and coworkers, and use SMS in our marketing and project automations.

**What do you like best about Sakari?**

We use Sakari with Hubspot Integration. We had tried to use RingCentral with Hubspot prior since we have been a customer of theirs since 2010. However, after over 2 weeks of not being able to get the workflow to work, we searched around and found Sakari. The customer service on setting us up and getting everything operating was great! We were up and running the same day, and the integration was flawless. Their rates are reasonable. So, yes I would highly recommend Sakari.

At this moment, none to list. So far everything is working as it should

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot Integration for SMS notifications in our workflows. We used Sakari to notify us of new customer leads.

It's easy to set up and we were able to build a range of automations that provide appropriate auto-replies to different cases.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

It took a lot of custom planning to make Sakari really work for ticket based workflows when contacts have more than one ticket.  It would be great to see more ticket-based features developed.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use sakari through Hubspot to send SMS messages to our clients throughout our service workflow, including intake confirmations, reminders, and follow up check ins.

The busy dial tone is loud. Sometime when I call a wrong number the loud dial tone will ring!

**What do you like best about Sakari?**

I like the fact that I can add the SMSes while integrating them with Hubspot workflows, including the Contact as well as Deal Workflows. Sakari is also more affordable than the other players in the market.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

Sakari, without the integration with Hubspot or with it, is difficult to track in terms of analytics and reporting. It would be interesting to see which SMSes gain us the most engagement versus those resulting in more unsubscribers.

**Recommendations to others considering Sakari:**

-Good app to use with Hubspot for SMS Marketing
- However, it lacks prompt customer support and detailed reporting

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us integrate with our CRM tool Hubspot and use them seamlessly in the automation and lead nurturing campaigns. Sakari also offers OPT Ins and Templates to make it easier for the sales team to have transactional text message exchanges.

**What do you like best about Sakari?**

I like the Sakari-Hubspot integration. Once the custom properties are in place, Sakari adds a new level of communication flow to ensure that we've fully connected with our prospects. I have also used the integration as part of an internal notification workflow. This is especially helpful for users who end up tuning out Hubspot emails. There's so much potential for lead nurturing; I think I've only touched the surface of what we can do in B2B communication flows.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

The KB's leave something to be desired. I wasn't able to get a lot of my questions answered in terms of Hubspot-Sakari integrations, and that was a little frustrating. Resources are all very quick start-centric and not terribly user-friendly in terms of troubleshooting. My client let me know that Sakari also charges by the character count. While they make concessions to remediate this (i.e., URL shortener), it's still not a lot of bang for your buck if you're using Sakari as a B2B client.

**Recommendations to others considering Sakari:**

Leverage the resources your sales rep sends you. They have far more info than the Sakari website. Have an idea of what you'd like to use Sakari for and ask about more use cases. The site can help you understand Sakari basics, but it takes tinkering around to get your best Sakari experience.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sakari provides an extra dimension of support for clients in a paid media campaign. We noticed many prospects were dropping off if we couldn't contact them in the first place, plus a lot of our prospects didn't have voicemails set up. Therefore, Sakari helps us by texting prospects and letting them have that 1:1 communication to remediate the dropoff issues.

The actually Sakari Platform where you log in to create marketing campaign sends is a bit clunky and it seems to be a lot of steps to duplicate a campaign and send it.

**Recommendations to others considering Sakari:**

Use an automation in Hubspot to send a Slack notification to a shared channel when a text message reply is received. This will make it easy to know when you receive a transactional response and allow you to respond quickly. Other than that, I don't have any advice. There are many use cases for Sakari and each company will set up their installation differently.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Sakari to send Transactional texts from the Hubspot Sales CRM. You can send and receive texts directly from the contact file in Hubspot and use the workflows feature to automatically send texts based on triggers.

Sometimes it is a little buggy and seems like messages get "hung up" for awhile.

**What do you like best about Sakari?**

Sakari is one of the easiest tools we've implemented.  All of our users were able to figure it out very quickly.  We looked at several text messaging providers that had integrations with HubSpot.  Right away I noticed the people at Sakari were very easy to work with.  They were honest about what their solution could and could not do, quickly building trust.  They were very responsive to all questions and to development suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

We want to be able to send an automated meeting reminder (by text) .  Still waiting for that functionality to be developed.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems.  Texts have a super high open rate.  Sometimes when our emails don't seem to be getting through, a text works.  Texts have also helped reduce meeting no-shows.

**What do you like best about Sakari?**

We worked with Sakari to do a text messaging campaign at the non-profit that I work at. We sent hundreds of customized messages over 30 days and the help staff assisted us in making sure everything was working correctly and even took our feedback over some feature ideas. I also appreciated the clear documentation and ease of customization. The web interface was also super fast, and it's so cool that they provide a mobile app as well, which was handy to help keep track of my campaign.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

We have an obscure CRM, so there's no integration with that, but we do like the fact that you can integrate with HubSpot if we move to that for marketing automation. To overcome our CRM's weakness, we took advantage of Sakari's excellent CSV import. It was super-intuitive to map the fields we needed correctly and there was never a time when we didn't know what we were getting. It even gave some helpful warnings and alerts, which was nice.

**Recommendations to others considering Sakari:**

Make sure to read their excellent email series that introduces features and helps you learn about the product.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to provide daily reminders for our campaign at pre-determined schedules. There was nothing else that could have done this so easily. We even used different campaigns for different time zones and sent the messages at exactly the right time for each user (our signup form asked Time Zone, so we just made a custom field in Sakari to identify that for each user).

**What do you like best about Sakari?**

The best feature is the mobile ap that integrates with my apple watch. It allows me to always know when a customer is communicating with me.

**What do you dislike about Sakari?**

The webpage is a little buggy and the ap will not allow you to close conversations, remove customers from our list or search for customers. Also the reporting is lacking. It is hard to pull lists for certain time frames.

**What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform allowed us to start up our SMS marketing efforts quickly and easily. We have been able to chat with the customers before giving them a call to set up an appointment. It has helped us close faster and easier.
