## Odoo CRM Reviews
  ### 1. Highly Flexible CRM with a bit of learning curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahim S. | Sr. Research Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

i live how easy it is to customize, you can shape the pipeline exactly how your sales process works, automate follow ups and integrate it with other Odoo apps like invoicing and marketing. It feels like an all in one system rather than just CRM

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The downside is that it can get a bit overwhelming, especially if you are new to it. setting things up properly takes time and some features feel hidden or not very intuitive. also performance can slow down if you load it with too many modules.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mainly solves the problem of scattered sales data and messy follow ups. before using Odoo CRM, Its easy to lose track of leads forget to follow up and have customer info spread across emails and spreadsheets. Now everything is in one place so i can see exactly where each deal stands.

  ### 2. Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** César M. | Tech Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

  ### 3. Amazing for Presenting Construction Quotes Professionally

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sina A. | Inside Sales - HVAC, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

Hiding detailed labor and materials costs of complex construction projects when presenting quote to customers was amazing!

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

Sometimes I mistakenly hit keyboard and a virtual product code was generated which did not exist in reality. Nobody in the company, not even the administrators, could delete that hypothetical product and would have stayed in the system and could cause some problems for accounting and tax purposes.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo can quickly and accurately calculate and total the costs associated with complex construction projects when the required shop-floor labor time and consumed materials are entered.

If there is an invoicing issue, it’s easy to issue a credit to the customer and correct the problem.

Also it is the best database for collecting all data related to company products, invoices, customer information, etc.

  ### 4. A flexible CRM if you want control and customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth L. | co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

Odoo CRM is extremely flexible and integrates tightly with the rest of the Odoo ecosystem. Instead of being just a standalone CRM, it connects naturally with sales, invoicing, inventory, and other business apps. That makes it powerful for companies that want a single platform to run multiple parts of their operations. The customization options and modular design are also a big advantage.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The flexibility can also mean a steeper learning curve compared with simpler CRMs. Some configuration and setup are required before teams get the most value from it. Documentation and support can vary depending on the implementation path, especially if a company is deploying multiple Odoo modules.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 5. Comprehensive Features, Challenging Implementation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim B. | Director of Operations, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

I really like that Odoo CRM has a robust set of features that allow customers to add or subtract modules as needed. This flexibility helps manage our budgeting and operational costs. I appreciate how everything in Odoo ties together with the other sections, making modules like billing and projects interconnected for seamless information exchange. The ability to set up a custom dashboard is one of the best features, as it lets me focus on what I have a stake in, boosting productivity and saving time. Plus, having a full-fledged dark mode on their platform is a huge benefit for me. There are a ton of things that users can customize when it comes to the platform, making it extremely helpful in using only what you need and nothing you don't. This also helps when it comes to costs, as Odoo is a great option when it comes to users on a budget or those who don't want to pay an arm and a leg for an ERP platform. The Odoo platform is fairly open-source and customizable, but make sure that anyone you have rooting around in your system knows what they're doing. The ease of integration is something I wish were easier. Odoo has a steep learning curve when it comes to getting your team's setup completed, but once you do get the ball rolling and get the platform to a place where it's eventually usable, things get a bit easier. Our development team integrated Odoo with a couple of Google products, and the process was straightforward. I use the platform daily, and appreciate the simple, scaled-back design of the dashboard and UI.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

Implementation is my biggest gripe with the platform. To get set up with Odoo and get everything dialed in took us way longer than we had originally planned for it to. We still find that we tweak things as we go with some modules. We found it's easier to say that our current setup is "good enough", instead of striving for perfection. The initial setup was not great. It was lengthy, confusing, labor-intensive, and costly. It went way longer than we anticipated it would, and we needed to bring in Odoo techs to help us, despite having our own developers on our staff. What I found hard to swallow was the fact that some of the Odoo customer support and support staff that we worked with seemed like they were learning about some aspects of the platform at the same time we were. When someone takes me through a process to implement software, having them do a Google Search for answers while on a screen share without realizing it is when I knew the entire onboarding process would be a problem. And it was.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the Odoo ERP to organize our sales teams' activities, the company's finances and accounting, and all of the projects involved with managing the aspects of the activities I just mentioned in one accessible place. Odoo is providing our team with key information that our teams use to make data-driven decisions and to support other business operations. The modular setup helps with managing costs, since we pay for what we want and get rid of anything we don't. Having the ability to create custom dashboards enhances both individual and team productivity by letting users focus on the relevant tasks that they need to keep an eye on from day to day. Odoo helps with our overall operational budget by being a service that comes in far cheaper than its competition. However, potential users should be aware that they need to have knowledgeable devs if they want to take on being the architect of their own system.

  ### 6. Centralizes Data, Efficiently Manages Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya P. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The centralization means it keeps all my data in one place, like client history and number of interactions, which makes it easier to stay organized and track leads. I also appreciate that it saves time through its automation features, particularly by saving time on follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The setup can be a bit complex, and customizations may need technical help. Also, performance can slow down with large data.

I use Odoo CRM to track leads and manage my sales pipeline. It centralizes data, making it easier to stay organized and track client interactions. Its automation features save time on follow-ups.

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

is its ease of use and total integration: it allows you to manage clients, opportunities, and sales on a single platform clearly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

some advanced features require additional configuration or paid modules, and it can be complex to customize without technical knowledge.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo CRM solves problems such as customer disorganization, lack of opportunity tracking, and loss of information in the sales process. This benefits me because it centralizes all the information, improves pipeline control, and allows for faster, data-driven decision-making.

I like how easily Odoo CRM solves problems; it's an easy-to-use application and is understood very quickly. Many of my colleagues asked me how I got the hang of it so quickly, and I told them it was just a matter of clicking around and experimenting with the application. The tools are easy and simplify the work. Also, I found that the initial setup was easy and not complex.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The part of creating documents like budgets, once we entered the percentage amounts, they were not correct, and that's why we decided to switch applications.

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

I really like how Odoo CRM is simple to use. The process to convert a lead into an opportunity is easy, and it doesn't take much time or effort to set it up. Compared to Salesforce, it's more visual, which makes us very happy. Another great aspect is how it integrates with all the other apps within Odoo, sharing information seamlessly. I'm very pleased with it so far.

  ### 13. Simplifies Lead Management, Needs UI Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arunkumar s. | Head of Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The email marketing tools are a huge help, letting me send communication to customers in the easiest way. Odoo CRM makes it easier to process sharing leads, manage calls, and follow-up, effectively supporting an end-to-end marketing funnel. The initial setup was smooth and easy, making the transition to using the software hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

I feel the ERP system is not beginner-friendly, so I think a better UI would help. The fonts and the placement of buttons are not relevant, making it difficult to approach.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Odoo CRM helps manage all my leads in one place and eases sharing and managing leads through the marketing funnel. The email marketing tools make it easy to connect with customers.

  ### 14. Centralized Solution with Flexible Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Athena H. | Head of Commercialization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

I like that Odoo CRM centralizes all the core business functions in one platform, with CRM, inventory management, sales, finance, supply chain, and product data all in one place. It's user-friendly and intuitive, and the dashboards and modules are easy to navigate. I appreciate the flexibility to customize workflows and reporting as the business scales, without needing multiple disconnected systems. Adding different modules based on business needs is easy, and it's all integrated with the same database. This makes it so much easier for the team to quickly access real-time data and stay aligned on priorities without heavy training or manual reporting. The integration means that information flows seamlessly between CRM, finance, inventory, and product development, which definitely improves decision-making, efficiency, and overall operational visibility. Also, the initial setup of Odoo CRM was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

Certain modules require extra configuration to match specific business needs. More robust out-of-the-box templates and industry-specific workflows would be helpful to improve these modules.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo CRM centralizes all core business functions in one platform, allowing customization as we scale. It eases access to real-time data, enhances decision-making, and improves efficiency with seamless CRM, finance, inventory, and product development integration.

  ### 15. Odoo CRM Makes Lead Tracking Effortless with a Visual, Time-Saving Pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aniruddha G. | Technical Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

What I really like about Odoo CRM is how easy it makes tracking leads - everything's in one place instead of messy spreadsheets. The pipeline view is super visual and I can just drag deals between stages which saves me alot of time. Email integration works smoothly so I dont have to keep switching apps, and the mobile app is decent for when im out meeting clients.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The reporting could be better honestly, sometimes i need specific data and have to export to excel which is annoying. Also the learning curve for some advanced features is bit steep, took our team while to figure out automation stuff. Price can add up quick if you need alot of users or want extra modules, wished the pricing was more transparent upfront.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo CRM solved our biggest problem which was leads getting lost or forgot about - now everything's tracked automatically and we dont miss followups. Before we had customer info scattered everywhere like emails, notes, different spreadsheets but now its all centralized so anyone on the team can see whats happening with a client.

  ### 16. Better control of partners and quotes to close more sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan T. | DevOps, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

It helps me to have better control of the business partners. It also allows me to see sales opportunities, quote and close deals, as well as review the history I have with each client.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The interface could improve, as it is currently quite standard.

Well, it helps me keep the contacts organized, complete, and keep the opportunities up to date.

  ### 17. Comprehensive CRM with Cost-Effective Pricing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marinos M. | Communications, Marketing and Advertising Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

I found Odoo CRM to be quite intuitive, which made the setup process not very difficult. The availability of helpful articles and support from resellers like eased the implementation. I appreciate its ability to centralize client records, conversation history, and order history. The system's intuitive feature that allows listing commands using the backslash key is especially useful. I love its comprehensive search capabilities across all modules. The fact that it is available both in web and Windows versions adds to its convenience. Odoo CRM offers all modules and features for a single price per user, which is cost-effective and amazing compared to other CRM systems.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

I am not satisfied with the mail client integration in Odoo CRM. It is not seamless, which means I cannot use a mail client to send an email and have that email recorded in Odoo automatically. The system requires me to send emails directly from Odoo to have them integrated, but then it does not synchronize with my existing mail client. Essentially, I must use Odoo as my main client to track emails, which is inconvenient.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Odoo CRM to maintain centralized client records, including conversation and order history, and to manage and filter client statistics and sales orders effectively.

  ### 18. Streamlined Quoting, Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

I like that Odoo CRM is easy to use once it's all set up, allowing us to send a quote right from the potential business section. It reduces the time between speaking to a client and them receiving the quote, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The interface can be a little bit more user friendly and the initial setup was very time consuming due to the need to fill in and customize a lot of areas.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo CRM keeps all my documentation in one place, eliminating the need to switch between systems. It's easy to use and speeds up the process of sending quotes to potential clients, reducing the time between client discussions and quote delivery.

  ### 19. Cost-Effective Open Source CRM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik P. | Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

I found Odoo CRM to be reasonably priced and easy to get used to. It's cheaper than Microsoft or other alternatives and nice to be NIS2 compliant. There were no issues when a demo tenant was spun up by a local partner, making things smooth for us as an end client. Odoo CRM seems to be one of the best non-USA CRM solutions, which is also open source.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

Localization for Slovenian language was troublesome in the year 2022, specifically fiscal localization.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo CRM provides one point of communication and data gathering, which we used in finance, marketing, and IT support.

  ### 20. Practical, Efficient Expense Reporting with Accounting in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierrick B. | Risk analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

What I like most about Odoo is that it centralizes accounting and expense management in one system. Submitting expense reports is straightforward, and everything is directly connected to accounting, which reduces manual work and errors. It’s practical and efficient for basic financial processes.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

Odoo can feel complex when you only use a small part of it. Many features are not relevant for our use case, which makes the interface sometimes heavier than necessary. The expense module works well but could be more intuitive and faster to use.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo helps manage accounting and expense reporting in a structured and centralized way. It simplifies expense submission, validation, and tracking, while ensuring everything is properly recorded in accounting. This saves time, improves accuracy, and reduces back-and-forth with the finance team.

  ### 22. Odoo CRM: real flexibility for B2B sales teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis C. | Auditor de procesos y calidad, Wholesale, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

What I liked most about Odoo CRM was how it truly managed to unite our business operations: from lead acquisition to follow-up, closing, and invoicing, all within the same ecosystem, without having to jump from platform to platform. The visual interface of the pipeline, the automatic assignment of activities, and the real-time reports gave us immediate clarity on the status of opportunities and bottlenecks. Additionally, the fact that it integrates out of the box with other Odoo modules — sales, inventory, invoicing — saves us a lot of manual reconciliations and reduces errors.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

Now then, not everything is perfect. The first phase of implementation was a bit uphill for the team: some colleagues took time to get familiarized and a lot of time had to be dedicated to training. We also noticed that certain more sophisticated functions (for example, specific external integrations or highly customized workflows) require development or technical intervention, which increases the cost and adjustment time. In scenarios with a lot of data and active modules, the platform can feel a bit slow or heavy if it is not well optimized. But overall, these frictions have not been enough to overshadow the value it brings to the business.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the challenges with Odoo CRM is the complexity in customization and configuration, especially when your sales process has localized particularities: if you make many deep modifications, updating the platform can lead to incompatibilities or unexpected failures. Another common pain point is data migration, because if historical records are disorganized or in many different systems, importing everything into the CRM can be laborious. The team also needs to adapt: the learning curve can initially limit adoption, and without good support or internal training, it's easy for some users not to take advantage of key features. In environments with a lot of data or active modules, performance can degrade if the infrastructure is not well-sized.

But precisely those challenges can turn into advantages if addressed well. For example, making customizations with criteria (keeping it as "standard" as possible and modularizing the extra) allows the system to evolve without breaking; planning the migration with data cleaning and phases avoids errors and makes adoption "smoother"; investing in training ensures the team takes advantage of automatic functions, workflows, and reports; and optimizing infrastructure (instance, database, indexes) ensures performance is smooth even with many users or transactions. In our experience, these improvements have allowed us to turn what was a risk into a strength: today the CRM is a real engine of efficiency, not just a repository.

  ### 23. Powerful Toolset, but Complex Module Setup Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The large number of modules and the way they interact with each other makes the setup process difficult.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo is providing a basic client directory as cost to add modules is too high
