
My favorite thing about Odoo CRM is the clean interface and the integration with the rest of Odoo software. Most business software has an interface that looks like windows 95, which really can be hard on your eyes, and time consuming to use. Odoo has a very clean and aesthetically pleasing interface that makes it significantly easier to use. It may sound like a small thing, but with most CRM software providing the same basic features, a good interface really makes a difference. The integration with other packages also makes for a smooth experience. The connection with accounting, sales, and even manufacturing make cross department integration very easy and bug free. The only thing I don't like is the lead generator. It is a system where you can purchase credits to buy leads. It uses information about your company, and has some sort of database of companies it pulls from to give you leads. They claim it should match you up with viable leads that might be interested in your product, but we used the free credits that came with our subscription to test it out, and it was absolutely worthless. All contacts and company information at hand in one app (the free contacts app), this combined with the CRM app gives you have a great overview on what is going on a sales level in your company. Visual overview what proposal is in what sales phase and the forecasted value of all or each quote.

It takes some consultancy to make a complete history of your contacts. The possibilities with these apps seem a bit overwhelming and it is not so easy to get to know all the features that will contribute to your business. Nevertheless they have a great support and consultancy team to assist you.

Odoo is the best CRM out there to support all kind of businesses. I was able to export Odoo CRM to Google Sheet with live sync connection and then use Google Sheets for the analysis. one thing really powerfull is the posiibility of sending directly email to customers/providers/ different entities from Odoo directly.
for example my company uses Odoo mainly for billing and it's really pwerfull and helpufull to have the possibiloty to check billing adn send invoice directly from Odoo to may customers.

Reports do not work out of the box, you will need a Python expert, or pay $1000 a day to remove the brand promotion that is everywhere in the application. No real documentation or resources. The core apps work OK - CRM, Accounts, Inventory. The functionality of others is limited. Website app does not support CSS or HTML code changes, if you want ODOO support for upgrades. There is a promotional message on every email that is sent from your instance of ODOO. Very flexible software. As open-source, it allows many customizations. Philosophy of ODDO CRM reminds me of Android smartphone. If you need any functionality, you just look for the appropriate apps in ODOO or other developers. All of that gives fast and relatively cheap development and customization.
