What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I love using Odoo CRM for leads management as it allows me to easily manage all my leads in one place. The email marketing tools are a huge help, letting me send communication to customers in the easiest way. Odoo CRM makes it easier to process sharing leads, manage calls, and follow-up, effectively supporting an end-to-end marketing funnel. What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I found Odoo CRM to be quite intuitive, which made the setup process not very difficult. The availability of helpful articles and support from resellers like eased the implementation. I appreciate its ability to centralize client records, conversation history, and order history. The system's intuitive feature that allows listing commands using the backslash key is especially useful. I love its comprehensive search capabilities across all modules. The fact that it is available both in web and Windows versions adds to its convenience. What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

I am not satisfied with the mail client integration in Odoo CRM. It is not seamless, which means I cannot use a mail client to send an email and have that email recorded in Odoo automatically. The system requires me to send emails directly from Odoo to have them integrated, but then it does not synchronize with my existing mail client. What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

What I liked most about Odoo CRM was how it truly managed to unite our business operations: from lead acquisition to follow-up, closing, and invoicing, all within the same ecosystem, without having to jump from platform to platform. The visual interface of the pipeline, the automatic assignment of activities, and the real-time reports gave us immediate clarity on the status of opportunities and bottlenecks. Additionally, the fact that it integrates out of the box with other Odoo modules — sales, inventory, invoicing — saves us a lot of manual reconciliations and reduces errors. What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Now then, not everything is perfect. The first phase of implementation was a bit uphill for the team: some colleagues took time to get familiarized and a lot of time had to be dedicated to training. We also noticed that certain more sophisticated functions (for example, specific external integrations or highly customized workflows) require development or technical intervention, which increases the cost and adjustment time. In scenarios with a lot of data and active modules, the platform can feel a bit slow or heavy if it is not well optimized. The simple UI, amazing UX. it is very easy to use ad adapt. I used it to cretae a simple website for a restaurant for learning as i was explorring its features, and o my god did it do the greatest job. i has so many built in features and no limiotation because we can edit it according to our needs as well.
