**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

Customization. It is easily extendable. However, all those 3rd party modules for Enterprise solutions do not work, the service the most of them that provide is awful.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

I enjoy using Odoo and how easily customizable it is. However we face into quite a few bugs since the begging of the use and Odoo have not fixed it yet. We needed to do it on our own.

It is a really good  value for price.

Odoo CRM provides a standard, centralized place to store customer data. It's flexible and customizeable enough to serve as a hub for multiple sources of customer inquiries.

The Odoo CRM tends to pigeon-hole the user into certain types of sales flows and could be a bit more adjustable on the front end.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CRM allows us to centralize leads. We also have a customization that allows us to notify users when back ordered / out of stock items are available.

Simple procedures and straightforward workflows

Some cycles needs to be reformed not showing the user experience best practice, as some users needs more clarifications to fulfill their tour on the CRM module, noting that the users will be happy to have directions each step they accomplished working on the system, not mentioning that some users are not IT background they maybe from other fields, and they may face some difficulties finishing their daily work.

I highly recommend SME companies as it is high valued and low cost in comparison to other tools

Having a good tool to manage my relationship with lots of customers

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

I appreciate the built in reporting and metrics.  Odoo is incredibly easy to use as a CRM out of the box, and I haven't found a function I need that Odoo hasn't been able to handle for me.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

I suppose the system could be more robust out of the box as a CRM BUT you can customize it anyway you want if you have the "studio" module, so this isn't really as much of a major concern if you really need the customization.

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking customer information, the main purpose of a CRM.   It is also very easy to use my  CRM in Odoo to send quotes to customers and manage my other complex business functions.

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

IT is simple CRM that can be self implemented

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

It doesn't monitor emails in 3rd party services like Gmail or Office. You have to use their email service (in the chatter) that most users won't adopt. To integrate to 3rd party app but they don't have the same level of functionality versus Copper, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc. 

And also their UI is pretty old, it is like using Windows 97.

It a simple CRM that works especially if you use its UI to engage with customers. What is really simple is creating workflows through automated or schedule actions.

Customer database, registering interactions, lead generations, pipeline management and quoting. We also use their email marketing solutions.

the simple way to change the phases for an Opportunity and the way that you can qualify them. And also the shedule for activities.

We need to link the opportunities with quotations... meaning the result for adding the amount in the opportunity and quotations for the same customer, will result in a best way to management the client´s needs.

Control for our quotations, follow up for the sales flow, schedule for meetings with customers.

I like that it interacts well with the Sales app.

I think the parent contact to child contact relationship can get confusing for users. Linking subsidiaries to accompany or linking employees to a main company can become confusing for those adding contacts

I would recommend watching videos and getting training. And then providing extensive training to your staff on how to use the program

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been super helpful in reducing the amount of time we spend with data entry. We used to have a separate customer contact database and have to also load their information into QuickBooks upon making a sale. We save a ton of time now. It’s all in one system.

The biggest problem we solved was the timely follow up. Working with excel was just not cutting it anymore due to the business growing. Now we can make sure all clients will get contacted.

I love the amount of data that we are able to track and analyze in this app. After being able to add extra fields and track through the dashboard, many decisions can be made on the fly. Our sales funnel has been improved as well through some automated actions that we added to the app.

Again, UI could always improve. A little easier viewing would be greatly appreciated in this app. I would love to see more options to make this app look better

Sales Funnel and Data Analytics are being improved here. We are able to see what products are being chosen by clients as well as why with correlational lead data.

Very flexible software. As open-source, it allows many customizations. Philosophy of ODDO CRM reminds me of Android smartphone. If you need any functionality, you just look for the appropriate apps in ODOO or other developers. All of that gives fast and relatively cheap development and customization.

At first look, UI looks a little old fashioned, but after some usage, simplicity and intuition of UI becomes very eligible.

The versatility of the tables, how you can import lots of data.

The out-of-the-box import-friendly-export function of updating data is a bit clunky for non technical users.

Having a central source of truth for all customer and vendor data, and being able to seamlessly see the associated Helpdesk tickets, Invoices, Bills, etc.

I am convinced Odoo has the best one UI.   Its very easy for customising, very well integrated with a lot of Odoo and other solutions. 
We also integrated  Odoo CRM with Project, for so called  "project sales".

In an increasingly dynamic economy, consequently, the necessary changes in the information system of companies, 
the issue of support is increasingly pressing. One of the most broad partner network is additional Odoo value.

So Odoo CRM I am fully recomending!

I can not remember right now - mazbe we need integration with 3CX PBX system

All project management becomes easier because you can have effective organization of your warehouses and manufacturing at hand, keep your accounting up to date, manage points of sale and inventory at the same time, and as if that weren't enough, generate your own marketing campaigns and create a good workflow.

The ability to analyse my sales or outdoor pipeline at each stage and identity the blockades. Also the best thing is reading clusters and be able to do cluster analysis.

It has very good modern user interface also it's mobile user interface make it more easy to use. Apart from this, reduce data entry and helps mainly in leads nurturing and lead scoring.

**What do you like best about Odoo CRM?**

Coming from Netsuite and Salesforce, CRM use was difficult to enforce and inevitably adoption would decline. Odoo CRM was so simple to deploy, and so intuitive our users had almost no learning curve. Drag and drop pipeline stages, email directly from Opportunity, Quote directly from Opportunity. Best part is that it is so simple to manage opportunities our reps can use PC, Tablet or Phone just as easy with no complaints.

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

I wish there were more options for look and feel like color changes.

For most effective deployment, be sure to document requirements properly from the beginning.

It really has few points against, maybe lately they are leaving aside the open source philosophy with which this project was born

CRM and Sales Pipeline features are quite robust

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

Having to pay for apps related to accounting.  Why a subscriber are forced to pay for multiple apps for an A/R person to manage bookkeeping and invoicing does not compute.   

**Recommendations to others considering Odoo CRM:**

Ask very specific questions relation to your business.  I suggested a bit of pre-planning by mapping out a workflow process of each department prior to requesting a demo.  It really is a great system and the support is very much on top of things.  

**What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency gaps are filled.  Communication amongst teams have improved project turnaround time.  Our billing cycle has shortened.  We now have a closed loop system in place that allows us to manage our data and process management better.  Not having to manage multiple services such as our bookkeeping, project management, CRM, sales pipeline not to mention that these apps do not communicate with each other.

There is a lot of customized features and tracking abilities. 

**What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?**

The custom options and reports rely heavily on finding an expert in Odoo tech. That is not something that is readily available in person in Canada. While we have found a great guy to help us, it seems it's never really accurate for our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Odoo CRM:**

I think Odoo is a great option for larger businesses. While we are somewhat divided on the efficiency of Odoo in relation to our business model, I think that it is a fantastic option for getting detailed info, tracing inventory, etc. It just might not be the best option for a smaller company like ours. It would be amazing if it could integrate with Shopify!

We are able to link all transactions together. Keeping record of every email sent.

Our team uses Odoo CRM to keep track of sales and clients especially because we deal with multiple clients at once, Odoo puts them all on one page so everything is organized.

Odoo only allows one of their applications to be free, any additional applications have to be paid, this is a little bit inconvenient as most of their applications are meant to be used together to improve functionality.

We solved the problem of being unorganized in regards to keeping track of clients.

Native features implements business process difficult to use in real life. It needs a lot of development to have them usefull. Database model give sometimes headach.
The community edition is easier than the pro version.

It is a good choice if you have strong and experienced developers in your team so you can tune software working like you need. Avoid it if you can't invest time and money for such tuning.

The customer service is excellent.

It's very flexible, you can easily adapt to your own needs, literally in minutes, you can change the workflow, the screen design and add user fields. The best aspect is that is complete, it handle most CRM application just like it is or with little modification.

I'd like a documentation with more examples. But the good news is that it is very intuitive.
