"Indeed the Simple, Fast and Flexible tool for all Marketing Initiatives"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot just introduced the New Lead Scoring model from the Old Property-based Scoring to a new Scoring Model. Where you can customize the Lead Scoring as you like. As Lead Scoring and Lead Qualification are more crucial for Marketing, this Update just lets us experiment and structure our Lead Scoring in a more advanced way. And the next best part is HubSpot AI adaptation, now that we have AI built in within the tool, which saves a lot of our time. AI in Workflows to Clean Up, text-to-report building AI, and the intelligence tab in the Contact Overview page all save a lot of our time, with a clean User Interface, enabling us to do Smart Marketing. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot now has AI Capabilities in Analytics, Data Cleansing, and Optimization. I would like to see more advanced AI features like Suggesting Next Best Action to take for a High Potential lead, Send-time optimization based on the Contacts' Historic Engagements. For these kinds of advanced features, we will have to rely on 3rd party tools. If all these are built within HubSpot, it eventually will, then it will be an absolute Game Changer. "Centralized Marketing Automation with a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub incredibly useful, particularly for social media scheduling, analysis, and email marketing. The integration of automation tools is a standout feature for me; it significantly enhances my productivity by taking over time-consuming manual tasks and allowing me to focus on strategizing and more critical activities. The ability to coordinate everything from one platform also simplifies team collaboration and reporting processes. Setting up automation workflows, although initially time-intensive, streamlines operations considerably once established. I also appreciated that the initial setup was easy to navigate, especially since I had some prior experience with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

There's a bit of a learning curve in getting used to HubSpot Marketing Hub. Additionally, the cost is starting to increase, which could become a concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer Marketing Tool"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Setting up campaigns is made simple by the platform's user-friendly email marketing and automation procedures. Highly customized marketing initiatives are made possible by its robust interaction with CRM data. Additionally, I value the extensive analytics and reporting dashboards that offer insightful information on campaign performance. Because of the system's user-friendly interface, navigating and using it efficiently doesn't require sophisticated technical knowledge. The comprehensive documentation is also quite beneficial, and the customer service is prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Again I repeat, that I don't dislike anything but would suggest speed optimization in loading user data even in slow data network such as any user can quickly see their respective data and update in case of any meeting occuring (just a suggestion) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Marketing Solution with Room for Social Integration Improvement"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like the convenience of HubSpot Marketing Hub, as it allows me to manage all my marketing efforts seamlessly within a single platform. The tools, resources, and articles available are invaluable for optimizing my experience, providing insights and assistance tailored to my specific marketing needs, such as optimizing email performance and enhancing my overall marketing strategy. I especially find the webinars beneficial for learning how to make better use of HubSpot and understanding new features. The built-in workflows, landing pages, and blog capabilities, along with the integration of my website into the platform, allow me to effectively manage all aspects of marketing in one place. Additionally, the significant advancements in HubSpot Marketing Hub over the years have continually improved its usability and functionality. The ease of initial setup, facilitated by our internal team and support from HubSpot representatives, made transitioning to this platform smooth and trouble-free, enhancing our overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I dislike that when scheduling social posts in HubSpot Marketing Hub, accounts often 'expire' and need to be reconnected, which is quite a hassle. Additionally, tagging people and pages in LinkedIn posts and setting up collaboration posts on Instagram requires going through the native platforms, which diminishes the efficiency of handling these tasks directly through HubSpot Marketing Hub. Improving these functionalities within the platform would enhance the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great all in one marketing suite"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The layout, navigation and ease of use is still amazing. I really like the user interface and the ease of use. It makes the Salesforce interface and ease of use look like something out of the early years of dial up internet. Much superior to Salesforce in almost every respect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

This may be a contradictory statement but there is almost too much and too many capabilities that it's hard to grasp and master or even learn about all of the new features, bells and whistles or even find the time to explore and determine what the new capabilities are. That may be on me and not HubSpot though.

One recent dislike is receiving notice of change in pricing and moving to a license type model and having to deactivate a lot of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful all-in-one marketing platform with an easy learning curve"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

It packs a lot of features together, like email marketing, automation workflows, landing pages, analytics, and CRM data in one clean and intuitive interface. The best thing I like about it is how perfectly everything works together, no messy integrations and no issues with the data sync process. Creating campaigns is really easy and fast, and the drag-and-drop tools make it really easy to build emails and landing pages. I also like its reporting dashboards. They’re customizable, detailed, and allow me to track the full customer journey from login to purchasing a plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Some of the design tools feel a bit restrictive when I try to design highly custom layouts. A/B testing is available, but only on certain tiers, which feels unnecessary for a modern marketing platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All in One Solution"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

As a salesperson, I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub funnels qualified leads directly into my CRM. The detailed activity tracking – what pages prospects viewed, emails opened, content downloaded – provides invaluable insights, allowing me to tailor my outreach for maximum impact. Marketing automation means leads are nurtured effectively before they even reach me, saving me time on cold outreach. The integrated platform ensures marketing and sales are perfectly aligned, eliminating data silos. This clear visibility into a prospect's journey helps me prioritize hot leads, personalize conversations, and ultimately, close deals faster by understanding their exact needs and interests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

From a sales perspective, the primary concern is often the cost, especially as our contact database expands. HubSpot's pricing tiers can quickly become expensive, limiting access to advanced features crucial for deeper lead qualification and automation on lower plans. This means sometimes "ideal" marketing insights are behind a paywall. Also, while generally user-friendly, fully utilizing sophisticated automation and reporting can have a learning curve, potentially slowing down initial sales adoption. Lastly, the annual contract commitment means less flexibility if our business needs or budget shifts, which can be a point of friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Marketing with Easy Automation"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I love using HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage our entire marketing workflow, as it serves as a central hub for email campaigns, social media scheduling, landing pages, lead tracking, and nurturing sequences. This comprehensive integration eliminates the hassle of juggling multiple tools, saving significant time and simplifying the process of understanding what works. The automation tools, particularly workflows and email sequences, are outstanding. They are easy to set up, maintain cleanliness and order, and seamlessly integrate with our CRM, making marketing feel organized. Once they are set up, they save an enormous amount of manual effort by automatically sending the right emails, triggering tasks on their own, and ensuring nothing is overlooked. This consistency allows everything to run smoothly in the background without continuous management. The initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub was also very easy, hassle-free, and quick, adding to the overall positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Some of the reporting capabilities feel a bit limited unless I upgrade. Additionally, a few tools, like the email editor and workflow builder, can sometimes feel slow or clunky when loading or updating changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Email Marketing with Powerful CRM Integration"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The platform offers intuitive email marketing and automation workflows, making it easy to set up campaigns. Its strong integration with CRM data allows for highly personalized marketing efforts. I also appreciate the comprehensive analytics and reporting dashboards, which provide valuable insights into campaign performance. The user-friendly interface means you don't need advanced technical skills to navigate and use the system effectively. Additionally, the customer support is responsive, and the extensive documentation is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The advanced features come with a steep learning curve, making them challenging to master. Customization options are somewhat limited, especially when trying to tailor the software to specific workflows. Additionally, I have encountered integration challenges with certain platforms. "Easy to Use and Intuitive, But Restrictive for Advanced Users"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Quick and responsive when your portal doesn’t have much data in it. It’s fairly easy to learn, with a clean interface and a logical structure. The workflow builder is intuitive for basic automation, and a lot of the tracking is handled automatically, which can save time when setting up campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Everything useful seems to be locked behind another paywall. Merging records, more custom reports, etc.

If you’re experienced in marketing analytics or source tracking, HubSpot often feels restrictive—it forces you to do things its way. It doesn’t align cleanly with GA4 or other analytics systems, and this mismatch makes advanced tracking and attribution far more difficult than it should be. The automation flexibility is limited once you get past the basics, and customizing data flows often feels like fighting against the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
