# What is the best social suite for managing multiple brand accounts?

One of the toughest challenges for social teams is managing multiple brand accounts. It’s not just scheduling posts anymore; you need unified dashboards, collaboration tools, reporting that works across brands, and integrations that can scale as you grow. I was looking at the latest G2 Social Media Suites Grid, and a few platforms stood out based on user feedback:

Hootsuite: often mentioned as the go-to for managing a high volume of accounts, with strong scalability and integrations.

Sprout Social: praised for polished reporting and collaboration features, making it easier to manage multiple brands with one team.

Birdeye: highlighted for customer engagement and reputation management, especially useful for businesses juggling brand presence and customer feedback.

Semrush: best known for SEO, but users note its social suite helps unify content and analytics across accounts.

SOCi: comes up frequently for multi-location or franchise brands, where centralized oversight of dozens (or hundreds) of profiles is needed.

Reputation: valued for combining social management with broader review and reputation tracking.

Simplified: noted for ease of use and quick adoption, especially for smaller teams managing multiple profiles.

Zoho Social: often mentioned by SMBs for affordability while still providing multi-account functionality.

My question to this community:

Which of these platforms has been the most effective for handling multiple accounts in practice?

Do you prioritize scheduling, reporting, collaboration, or integrations when managing multiple brands?

Any hidden gems not on this list that you’d recommend?

Would love to hear from both agency folks (managing clients) and in-house teams running multiple brand accounts.

Tough one as I haven't used all of the above. But I would not recommend Semrush for this. It's more of a tool for SEO, content, website related metrics and even paid ads but not really social. You can use that feature but it's not what it's meant for.

Hootsuite is a great recommend. Our current organization uses this and we have multiple accounts/brands through acquisitions and it's way easier to track and manage them all in one platform - this included multiple social platforms for multiple brands. You can create separate reports and dashboards for each and track what's needed wherever applicable.

For those who’ve tried a few, which one actually made it easiest to keep everything organized without adding more complexity?
