**What do you like best about GlassFrog?**

It centralizes our holacracy data and helps guide our different meetings which is great given that we're all a bit new to holacracy.

**What do you dislike about GlassFrog?**

It doesn't provide a full meeting rundown at the end, only the tasks and projects assigned which is a bit weak considering the number of tensions we treat at every meeting.
Additionally, the overall UX is a bit weak, but it seems to get clearer as we progress in our knowledge of holacracy.

**Recommendations to others considering GlassFrog:**

Really learn about holacracy, integrate the processes well, then start with Glassfrog. You'll get a lot more out of it and the experience will feel better-fleshed out.

**What problems is GlassFrog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps us with meeting guidance. Holacracy is a very procdural framework which relies on specific processes and since we're all kind of new to this, Glassfrog really serves as guide.

**What do you like best about GlassFrog?**

Has a friendly user interface and their customer support team offers us professional assistance incase we get troubled using it. Its live coach Q&A sessions are very great. It has improved and supported our holacracy practices allowing us to eliminate doubts, confusions and duplicate work.

**What do you dislike about GlassFrog?**

One requires to have some basic skills in order to have a best use of Glassfrog. But am glad their support team is always ready to help one out.

**Recommendations to others considering GlassFrog:**

If you are looking for a software to support and advance your organisation Holacracy practices, then GlassFrog got your back. I strongly recommend you to give it a try .

Glassfrog has helped us to improve our holacracy practices thus ensuring proper governance and management within the organisation. Generally, it has supported and advanced our holacracy practices.

**What do you like best about GlassFrog?**

As Holacracy One's official software solution for implementing Holacracy, it's always up to date with the current practice.

**What do you dislike about GlassFrog?**

For capturing the unique structure of a Holacractic organization, Glassfrog excels. In trying to be a productivity solution, it occasionally gets in the way when teams are split among multiple task-management solutions.

**What problems is GlassFrog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If your business has adopted Holacracy as its way of working, Glassfrog is the original solution for capturing its structure and evolving it with its built in meeting facilitation. Our company, Parabol, adopted Glassfrog when we were founded and used it as an instructional tool to reinforce the concepts of working together Holacracticaly. Doing so enabled each of our members to be able to.adjust the way we work together—rather than requiring everything to come from the top down. While were able to use Glassfrog at the beginning, we switched to alternative solutions. In the end, we found Glassfrog's UI/UX design too clunky to suit our employees while its task-management features were too under baked.

That said, we often introduce new clients interested in Holacracy to Glassfrog because we feel its the best to introduce others to this unique way of working

**What do you like best about GlassFrog?**

I like to have a tangible version of our company's holacracy organization. Holacracy is a very smart and useful governance system but with the number of circles we have in our company it's difficult to keep them organized without an application and here's where GlassFrog has been amazing to create and manage circles and organize governance and tactical.

**What do you dislike about GlassFrog?**

Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about GlassFrog, I might dislike some Holacracy aspects but that's not GlassFrog's fault. I think the app does one thing and does it right.

**Recommendations to others considering GlassFrog:**

If you are using Holacracy as your governance system I would really recommend you to use Glassfrog to manage and visualize your circles as well as to run meetings.

**What problems is GlassFrog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, materialize the company's governance structure. Second, Creates a central place to run tactical and governance meetings, and last but not least it's a great way to introduce people to Holacracy because of the visual representation of circles and their accountabilities.

**What do you like best about GlassFrog?**

GlassFrog is a user-friendly tool with excellent customer support. Additionally, the training videos are powerful and effective

**What do you dislike about GlassFrog?**

Not everything is in place as it should be. One great example is when you want to bring a proposal to a meeting. It should be a drop-down selection within the proposal itself instead of a separate section entirely.

**Recommendations to others considering GlassFrog:**

This is part of the Holocracy method of management. It will completely change the standard hierarchy of your business (ex: CEO -> Head of Product -> Sales Team -> Service Team). Some of your employees will reject this because it will take away their "power" (to a degree) over their subordinates. For my company, this has empowered lower level employees to make decisions within their role, which saves our management and executive team a lot of time.

**What problems is GlassFrog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has seen an increase in communication. Specifically, our CEO, CFO and Head of Product are much more accessible. Additionally, this program has empowered "lower level" employees to make their own decisions regarding their own roles.
