**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I like best about Zapier is how it turns complicated automations across my functions and apps into something that is actually easy and doesn't require knowledge of coding.
It's also a game changer for saving time as the repetitive data tasks I need to do can run automatically.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

There are still parts of the software I use that Zapier doesn’t integrate with yet, so I can’t fully use it for what I need.

On top of that, the pricing adds up quickly and limits how many tasks we can run, which is especially challenging for non-profit organizations.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier automates lots of my workflows and save me many hours every week in manual updating and reduces the mistakes I make in the process. It's great to have a bridge between apps because when you use so many different softwares, it's important to have them all aligned.

The co-pilot which helps build the automations is amazing, and I owuldn't be able to do it without!

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I enjoy that you don't need to be extremely tech-savvy to create automated workflows or to show others how to do the same. The automations made possible with Zapier have saved my team and me a lot of time. Integrating it with other applications such as MailChimp and Google Workspace has been quite simple as well.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The only area I can think of is when encountering errors in the workflow, which can sometimes be a little ambiguous or hard to narrow down. When integrating with Google Calendar and errors arise, even if it's not on Zapier's end, it can still be confusing to determine the exact issue. However, the retesting capabilities are very helpful.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The possibility of so many automated workflows to save time and increase efficiency is amazing. When comparing the time it takes to create a workflow in Zapier versus the manual time required to actually do the work inside those workflows myself, Zapier takes the lead!

I love how easy Zapier makes my workday. It completely eliminates all of the tedious, repetitive tasks that I do and allows me more time to focus on the important things.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I don't think there are any downsides. There are some limitations with things that I can set up, but more because of our organization system than an issue with Zapier.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier allows me to automate so many small tasks that are repetitive and tedious. It makes it very simple and with the new AI feature I'm able to tell it exactly what I want to do and have it almost entirely set up for me.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I love the ability to set up custom triggers by connecting tons of apps and setting up actions for each. For example, when a client completes a Typeform, I automatically have the results added to the CRM record, along with an automatic email sent by Office365. When a "contact us" form is submitted, a new record is created in CRM. In other cases, I use Typeform submissions to craft a customized Google Doc. Just about the only things that you can't integrate with other apps on Zapier would be Microsoft Dynamics, but that's only because Microsoft Dynamics doesn't play well with others an ANY platform.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

When crafting email or document templates, the screen gets very busy and hard to navigate.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating client responses to Typeforms, automating email responses, and adding data from all of our apps to Google Sheets.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I find Zapier very, very easy to use and extremely powerful. It's been able to connect apps for us that wouldn't normally connect, allowing us to take information from one and put it into another, which has saved us hours of data entry. I appreciate the new AI builder feature, which lets me type a few sentences, and it builds the entire Zap for me. Everything just linked together right away, and the initial setup was incredibly easy.

There are some very advanced features that have a few details that it took me a little while to understand

Zapier helps us connect apps that don't usually integrate, saving us hours of data entry. I find it incredibly easy to use and powerful, supporting creative tasks. The AI builder simplifies creating workflows, making automations by typing a few sentences.

I like the ease of creating workflows that allow me to connect apps in my business that normally don't work together seamlessly. It provides a go between that is accessible and simple.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Getting set up was a little intimidating - I didn't know the keywords like "zap" but with a little looking around, it was straightforward to create my first workflow and connect the applications I was hoping to.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is giving me an opportunity to message customers when they join my membership to keep them engaged and excited about my community - it also automatically sends emails in the background so I don't have to do this myself for every time a person signs up. It's great having systems working for me while I sleep!

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I started using zapier 3 years back. It was one of the few solution which supported so many out of the box integration app's which i liked and its till the best. Apart from that, it was very easy to setup and even build custom zaps for apps which are not there was easy using the API, webhook steps. Documentation was helpfull in all of that and if required support for anything i looked into forum.
I use it almost daily as it was easily integrated with my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Nothing to dislike about it. I expect more AI features.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me its solving the Email automation usecase and its reducing my work by almost half.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I like the customization and the endless possibilities for all of the integrations you can use.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

It can be overwhelming to use because there are so many ways to use it. I also don't like that it feels like you'd need to pay for the premium version in order to be able to take full advantage of it.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not been using Zapier lately. I am about to start using it again now that I have been getting reminded of all the features it has. The way that I am going to use it would be to find integrations between the different services I use for my insurance clients. Last AEP I was using Google Sheets, Excel, and Agencybloc to keep track of different things. It would be nice to find a way to keep all of those things together. I am also looking into integrations between Ring Central and Agencybloc. There is pretty much unlimited potential, I just need to figure out how to take advantage of it.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier makes it easy to automate repetitive tasks between apps without writing any code. The integrations library is massive and the time savings on manual work are real once you have workflows set up. The tradeoff is there's a learning curve to getting started, and the sheer number of possible use cases can be overwhelming — I know I'm not using it to its full potential, which is both a limitation and a sign of how much it can actually do.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

"The setup process can be confusing, especially for more complex multi-step workflows — it's not always intuitive how to structure logic or troubleshoot when something breaks. I also find it hard to know what's actually possible with Zapier, so I end up underutilizing it. Better in-app use case discovery or guided templates by industry/role would go a long way.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier eliminates the manual work of moving data between tools that don't natively talk to each other — things like syncing form submissions to a CRM, triggering notifications based on actions in another app, or automating repetitive handoffs between teams. The benefit is time saved and fewer things falling through the cracks, since the automations run in the background without anyone having to remember to do them manually.

Zapier allows us to connect multiple platforms and automate processes easily. It has a wide library of tools and platforms built in whit the option to add more manually.

The automations are only as good as the APIs that the various platforms use. If the developer of the tool or software's API lack featured then the amount of things you can do with zapier is limited.

I love how Zapier simplifies integrations across platforms, making it easy to share information and ensure it's automatically where we need it. The software is simple to use and incredibly dynamic, offering numerous capabilities and true cross-platform functionality. I particularly enjoy the AI integrations that allow us to not just move information but also update data and manipulate inputs. Additionally, setting it up was very easy for us.

It's a bit tricky to get the hang of. I think just more FAQs or support availability. There are just so many options, sometimes it's hard to know how to set up the right integrations.

I love how it saves me time and simplifies many of my business processes. The automations I've set up impact my everyday tasks.

There is a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to use it and create automations correctly.  Also sometimes I go into Zapier wanting to automate a certain task, only to find either the app I need is not supported, or the specific function I want to use with a certain app is not available.

It has automated certain parts of my accounting and data-gathering in terms of sales and customer support. It also simplifies some of the technological aspects of my business in terms of sales funnels and lead generation.

I like that we are able to do things we would not be able to do without Zapier because some of our back-end products do not talk to each other natively.

Frankly, I think it's a little bit hard to use. And unless you have a computer science type mind, it is a little bit hard to write the if-then connections for Zapier.

I use Zapier for quick integrations that make my life easier when two pieces of software don't natively talk to each other. It's easy to use and removes the pain of repetitive tasks, saving me time. I love the scope of the number of integrations Zapier has and that they're always working on the product and continually improving it. Being on the cutting edge of technology and always building new integrations is my favorite thing about Zapier. The initial setup is super easy too.

The only thing that doesn't work well for me with Zapier is when I build an integration, and it runs more than expected. It's not hard to control costs, but sometimes costs can run up really quickly, and that doesn't always work for me. Because I'm using a cost-benefit analysis on time.

Zapier is beginner friendly, its not hard to understand the UI. You can set up integration easily and performance when testing is not complicated at all. Pricing can be a bit pricy but if for business, its worth it. You can reach out support via chat and email as well. If not familiar, I can always use AI to help me build the automation

Pricing, maybe it can be a bit cheaper so that small time freelancer/ VA can also use the software

What I like most about Zapier is how easy it is to connect different tools without needing to write any code. The interface feels very intuitive, which makes it straightforward to automate repetitive tasks between apps like Google Sheets, Slack, CRMs, and many other platforms. Another big advantage is the large number of integrations available. Because of that, we can quickly build workflows that save time and cut down on manual work across different tools.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The biggest downside is that complex automations can get expensive, since pricing is based on the number of tasks. As workflows scale up or include multiple steps, costs can rise quickly. I also find that some of the more advanced logic and customization options are limited, especially compared with more technical automation platforms.

Zapier helps automate many repetitive processes across the tools we use every day. Rather than manually transferring data between platforms, we can set up automated workflows that trigger actions when specific events occur. The multi-step Zaps have completely eliminated manual data entry between our CRM and project management tools. Instead of spending 3 hours a week syncing leads, the automation handles it in seconds, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.

The price jumps significantly when moving to the Professional tier.

Zapier helps us solve the problem of data silos. Before, our leads from Facebook lived in one place while our CRM was in another, so things were disconnected. Now everything syncs instantly. As a result, my sales team can respond to leads within 5 minutes instead of 5 hours, and that has directly increased our conversion rate.

I have found Zapier straightforward to use. I have enough understanding of tech that I don't find the setup intimidating at all. And the documentation is good.  Since I started using years ago, you've continually added applications that integrate, which is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Personally, I have found nothing I dislike. I supposed if you are not a technical person, even though this is "no-code", there could be an initial learning curve.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used it for many things. Most recently, I built a JotForm Volunteer Application and when an applicant submits, I update our database with their information and send automated emails to the correct hiring department.

It is incredibly user friendly. it has allowed me to build api connectors without developer support

I have found a couple of glitches when moving from old to new versions. previous zaps havent worked. For example, i found an issue where zapier wanted a form field that had a space in it, but Dotdigital (the platform i was connecting to) does not allow fields without spaces.

It is helping me connect platforms and sync data. I have used it to send daa from LiveChat intercations in to Dotdigital where they can integrate into my CRM journeys.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I appreciate the easy interface and straightforward use of Zapier. Most apps have a direct connection to Zapier, which makes it easy to use without needing to code too much. I can just select the app I want to sync data from and to, then select the actions I want to perform without needing to be fluent in code language.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The AI feature currently is still a bit shaky and doesn't always perform what I want to do. Also, I am missing the feature 'schedule a zap daily'.

Zapier acts as an intermediary for syncing data between tools without direct connections, simplifying integration. Its easy interface and wide app connectivity allow me to avoid coding by just selecting apps and actions.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I used to like Zapier's no code/low code approach, which made it easy to integrate any third-party software. Zapier had a very simple way to connect softwares that didn't have a native connector, solving problems for me. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

It feels pretty clunky and regularly, Zapier encounters errors in zaps that don't give a clear reason why they didn't work. It's often a connector not working or needing an update. With AI getting better, it is much easier these days to do pure code automations. We stopped using Zapier and turns out they try to lock you in by not offering refunds for any credit balances on the account.

Zapier solves the problem of connecting software without native connectors, allowing me to automate steps between different tools.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier has saved me hundreds of hours by automating tedious tasks, freeing me up to focus on creative work. I love its modular approach, which allows me to build fairly complex automations. My favorite example is using a spreadsheet to trigger event reminder emails via Gmail. Simply adding a few items to a spreadsheet automatically generates and sends personalized emails, which alone has saved countless hours. Zapier has also tremendously expanded our CRM's capabilities, making it far more powerful than it would be on its own.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Honestly, there's very little to dislike. The Zap testing feature can sometimes behave a bit unpredictably, but it's a minor inconvenience at most. The zaps themselves always run smoothly in practice.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier solves the problem of repetitive, time-consuming manual tasks that don't require human creativity or judgment. For example, it eliminates the need to manually send event reminder emails or constantly update multiple systems with the same information. The biggest benefit is the time savings. Using Zapier, I have saved hundreds of hours that I can now redirect toward strategic and creative work that actually requires my expertise.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I really love how Zapier offers a wide array of application connections, from Google products to workflow apps like Trello or Jira. And also, the ease of integration to each platform allows quick implementations as well. Ever since we started automating our daily work requests through Zapier, my team has been saving so much time on housekeeping tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Getting used to Zapier can be challenging for some people. It can feel heavy or overwhelming at the beginning, especially if you’re not very familiar with tech in general. That said, their templates and support agent can help guide you and make it easier to navigate as you learn.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier makes automations simple, even for someone without a technical background. It allowed me to connect multiple platforms (like TikTok Lead Ads, Meta Lead Forms, and Google Sheets) so our lead management became much faster and more organized. Once the Zaps are set up, they run reliably in the background and save us a lot of manual work.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The biggest downside is the cost. For a basic user like me, Zapier feels more expensive than it should be. I use only a very small portion of the task limits and credits each month (as shown in my screenshot), yet I’m still required to pay for a higher plan just to keep my workflows active. Another issue is that Zapier doesn’t integrate directly with MINDBODY, which is a major platform in the fitness industry. Because of that, I had to use Pipedream as a middleman to make the automation work, adding extra steps and complexity.

Zapier automates our lead-capture process across multiple platforms. The downsides are very limited. Occasionally there may be a website that is hard to parse for that particular plugin or some small edge case, but Zapier does a nice job of allowing you to rerun and edit the failed zaps.

Instead of manually downloading CSVs or copying responses one by one (…which always ends with someone muttering “there has to be a better way”), Zapier just handles it behind the scenes.

What’s most helpful:

It automates the entire workflow so new Typeform responses appear instantly in our Google Sheet. No delays. No missed submissions. No “Oops, forgot to update the sheet again.”

I love the ease of use, especially now with the AI-assist features. You can describe what you need, and the AI will preset everything for you. Whenever you need assistance, their customer service team is always ready to help. They reply fast and are always very helpful.

Nothing in particular. The only thing I'd note, maybe, is having a better time and date format when updating a lead's subscribe date. Just a simple MM/DD/YY would suffice; the signup time isn't as important. They may already have this feature, and I haven't explored it yet. Again, it's a very minor thing. I'm overall happy with the service.

The zaps I’ve set up are quite simple—one sends me a text with lead information so I can respond personally right away, and another enrolls a different type of Meta lead into a MailerLite email sequence. **What do you like best about Zapier?**

I love how intuitive Zapier is to use. Having never used it before, it only took a few minutes to set up several zaps. Before Zapier, I was having trouble bypassing payment processors that were native to different platforms, but I wanted to centralize all my payments through the same payment processor--Zapier made that possible. As my business grows, I can see this being a product that I use on a daily basis since every client action and transaction would go through a series of tasks via Zapier, whether to guide them through a mini sales funnel or automate emails after a purchase. It connects all the software I use in my business and I was surprised to see just how many products it integrates with!

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The only downside to Zapier, at least as a newer user, is that I can't easily and precisely predict costs. You don't know from one day to the next how many people might opt in to an email sequence or make a purchase that use zaps. I could also imagine large fluctuations in costs, for example, they could spike during a promotion, launch, or period of high website traffic.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is making it easy to connect disparate software systems for the purpose of creating simple sales funnels and centralizing payments from various sources through a single payment processor.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I've enjoyed using Zapier for a long time in a number of different positions to help bridge data gaps from one platform to another; however I especially like the new AI Co-Pilot because it makes things so much faster to build and test.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The only real downside is that some integrations can be finicky and can take a lot of trial and error to set up.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier allows various platforms that I work on to interact with each other seamlessly, helping to make my work more of a comprehensive system rather than a series of platforms that I use for different scenarios.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I like that there is a very large selection of applications that you're able to integrate with Zapier. So that means nine times out of 10, if you're using a tool, it's likely going to have a Zapier integration. Whatever the workflow or process is, you're able to incorporate Zapier into that workflow. Additionally, the setup is very easy. It's quite quick to get set up, and you can have an automation up and running within a couple of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I think some of the features within Zapier can be quite advanced and need some coding knowledge. Most of it you can work through, but sometimes the documentation isn't extremely clear for maybe not so tech-savvy individuals.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier automates mundane tasks, saving time on administrative work like moving data between apps and compiling data for useful outputs.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier has allowed us to custom-build forms on our website and route submissions to our database through Zapier workflow integrations. We use multiple stages based on conditions, and we add tasks along the way to improve our contact rate and close more deals.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

To use some of the integrations, you really need to understand the condition logic. It can get complicated because there are so many options, and it takes a bit of know-how to set everything up correctly.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to build our own website and tailor it to our needs, including custom scoring and a workflow that fits how we work.

It allows me to integrate with google sheets and calendar to streamline my intake process.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The only downside I've come across is if I don't type out my information quick enough or make a mistake, then the zap fails and then appointments are missed.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When the Zap is triggered all information in that line of the spreadsheet will be turned into an appointment on a shared google calendar.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier connects the tools that I use - Clickbank and email to trigger an action. I use Zapier to send an email notification whenever a Clickbank sale is made. It was very easy to create a zap to trigger the action. No coding was needed. Zapier turned repetitive work into background process so I can focus on higher-value tasks such as creating and promoting ads for my product on Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I tried to get a text notification through Zapier when a sale occurred but that was only a paid feature.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting an instant email notification that a sales has occurred helps my business immensely. I am able to scale my business depending on the sales. This has saved me lots of time and made my work more efficient and productive.
