## Zapier Reviews
 ### 1. Zapier is a Game Changer for Real Estate Agents

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucia d. | Ambassador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google using a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

That it's intuitive and visually appealing. For me, it's important to be able to see flows visually and Zapier makes that easy - like a puzzle. Copilot is also a great tool for when I'm lazy, and the amount of integrations and apps it can connect to is very good. I recently automated it to add my new TypeForm leads to my CRM and no matter how many leads it gets, it does not lag or fail and they are quickly added to my to-do list.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I don't think there are many downsides. I use the free version of it, and arguably at times I would like to have a few more steps included in the free version, but it's not a major setback. I would say, for some beginners, it can be a little cryptic if they don't onboard properly (most don't), so they may need some more help or they may give up on the product too soon. I personally have a coding background so I understand the flow, but I have had discerning opinions on how the language is used.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me automate responses and gather data mainly. I work in the real estate sector as well as free lancing for web development and I help other real estate agents with tech solutions, but a lot of it is light work that can be automated, so I help agents actually use Zap and teach them how to use it to be better. I encourage them to use it like I do to integrate CRMs, get organized, and be able to handle larger workloads.

 ### 2. So Many Possibilities—Excited to Automate My Piano Studio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna W. | Piano studio owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** This review contains authentic analysis and has been reviewed by our team

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Honestly, it feels like it has so many possibilities, and I’ve only scratched the surface. I’m not techy at all, and I’ve only just started researching what it can do. As my business grows, I think I’ll use it more to automate tasks in my piano studio. I stumbled upon it through MyMusicStaff.com. Right now, I just have it set up to respond automatically to inquiries, and I’m not confident I’ve done it right. Still, I’m excited to dig in and figure it out.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The interface feels a little overwhelming to me. I think it could be more user-friendly overall. That said, I’ve noticed it has become easier to use since I first tried it. Still, the pages feel very busy, and at times it can be a bit too much and ends up feeling overwhelming.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, I’m trying to set up automatic responses for piano lesson inquiries. I’d also love to automate some of my other routine communication and scheduling tasks. I’m a single mom of four kids who homeschools and runs a piano studio with 25 students, so I need to save time everywhere I can.

 ### 3. The Automation Layer Behind My AARRR 2.0 Growth & Revenue Architecture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irina D. | Group Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I like best about Zapier is that it works as a practical automation layer inside my AARRR 2.0 Growth & Revenue Architecture framework.

As a Growth Architect, I use Zapier to connect the key parts of the customer journey — acquisition, activation, revenue, retention, expansion, and referral. It helps my B2B SaaS and startup clients connect fragmented tools, reduce manual work, and make GTM workflows easier to operate.

Zapier is especially useful because it supports the operational layer between marketing, sales, product, CRM, reporting, and client workflows. It allows teams to move faster, test processes, and improve handoffs without needing a heavy engineering build for every workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

What I dislike is that Zapier is not always the right layer for every workflow. In some cases, my clients already have automation tools inside their CRM, marketing platform, product analytics, or internal systems, so the decision is about choosing the right architecture rather than adding another tool.

For more complex workflows, Zapier also requires good structure: naming, ownership, documentation, and regular review. Without that, automations can become harder to manage as the system grows.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier helps me and my clients reduce revenue leaks caused by disconnected tools, weak handoffs, and manual processes across the GTM funnel.

In my AARRR 2.0 Growth & Revenue Architecture framework, I use Zapier as an automation layer to connect key workflows across acquisition, activation, revenue, retention, expansion, and referral. This is especially useful for B2B SaaS and startup teams where marketing, sales, product, CRM, reporting, and customer operations often sit in separate tools.

The benefit is that teams can move faster and operate their funnel with better structure. Zapier helps connect lead capture, CRM updates, follow-ups, notifications, reporting, activation triggers, and retention workflows, so the growth system becomes easier to run day to day.

 ### 4. Zapier Makes Connecting Our Services and Automations a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob L. | Founder / CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier has made connecting our services together a breeze. Currently it is being used to manage our drip automation for e-commerce and communications. Piping people into the correct streams on our email marketing platform. We are currently hoping to implement it into our Sales stream as well with our CRM as we grow.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The biggest issue we have noticed with Zapier is the pricing model. While we appreciate the pricing structure, we believe there should be a price tier in-between the Free and the Professional tier. This would allow perhaps a limited number of "steps" and a collection of premium apps to help startups like ourselves to benefit a bit more. Currently the jump from Free to $29.99/month ($19.99/month paid annually) is a bit steep for us.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get a broad spectrum of clients that don't always fit one single mold. Therefore we need to have a pipeline that is directly connected to our drip campaigns that allows us to feed people to the correct product and customer support. Zapier has helped in this area. A true set-and-forget tool.

 ### 5. Endless Possibilities, Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I love how Zapier expands the capabilities of Pipedrive with other software by filling in all the gaps where there are no native integrations. It solves everything from timing follow-ups and closing deals based on date fields to creating weekly digests. Sometimes, the possibilities feel endless. The support is always responsive and helpful, giving actual solutions to my problems. Zapier Agents have been fun to experiment with, and I use them to search the web to keep up to date on feature updates. Zapier is much more robust and has more applications compared to make.com. Although there was a learning curve, the support made it easy.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

needing up update API end points manually

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to expand Pipedrive capabilities with other software, timing follow-ups, closing deals based on date fields, and creating weekly digests where no native integrations exist.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

It has wide range of supported apps and AI also integrate properly

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Please give support of custom code nodes too. i flow with one custom code and full flow become not eligible for support, other nodes must be supported by support team in fixing issues

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue it solved for us was with Meta ads. It enabled us to transfer all Meta leads directly into Salesforce without requiring any complex coding or specialized knowledge.

 ### 7. Intuitive Automations and Powerful Integrations That Save Us Tons of Time

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

It's a great tool that allows many different types of software to talk to each other. The integrations have allowed me to create many automations for my company, and all of these mini tasks/automations have added up to a lot of time savings.

I've experienced very few outages/slowdowns, even with my 15+ step zaps.

The UI is intuitive, but even if you're having issues, the support is great, and there are a lot of resources to learn from.

The monetary investment is definitely worth it.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I wish there were even more integrations, but it may not be Zapier's issue, it may be the other software's issue due to a lack of a public API

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves repetitive, predictable tasks by allowing me to create/reuse automations for different scenarios.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier is perfect for automating workflows and connecting almost every online app you can think of. The setup process is also straightforward and efficient, which is a must.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

For a small business, Zapier can tend to be on the pricier side. However, they do offer a free version, which, albeit limited, can work depending on how basic your needs are. In addition, I could not find some triggers that I needed

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of focusing on repetitive, mundane tasks like sending automated emails in response to a form, the team can work on the more creative aspects of a project. Our business performance and efficiency has surged as a result.

 ### 9. Straightforward Automation That Clears Admin Tasks Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

This reviewer's identity has been verified by our review moderation team. They have asked not to show their

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

It just takes care of the annoying admin tasks that used to pile up on my desk. I don't have a tech background, so I was worried it would be too complicated, but it’s pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. It reliably moves information between apps that normally don’t connect to each other.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The pricing can be a bit tough to swallow for a small practice. The free tier runs out of monthly tasks sort of quickly, and the jump to the paid plans feels a bit steep when you're really only using it for one or two basic workflows. Also, when a connection randomly breaks, the error notifications can be pretty intimidating and jargon-heavy. As a non-tech person, trying to decipher the troubleshooting logs to figure out why a Zap failed can be more work than I want to take on. Usually, I just have to turn it off and turn it back on again to fix it.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a small private practice, and managing the intake process for free consultations was becoming a headache. People would submit their info through Google, and I’d have to manually copy everything over into Notion to track my schedule and client notes. Zapier automates that now. It just inputs the Google consult info straight into Notion without me touching it.

I also started using Zapier’s MCP to link this setup to my AI assistant. Now, before a consultation call, I can just ask the AI to quickly summarize the client's main concerns based on what they submitted. It saves me from doing extra manual reading and digging around when I’m already low on time between sessions, meaning I can show up to the call completely prepped.

 ### 10. Zapier Automates Day-to-Day Tasks and Elevates Customer Care

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney v. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier does the day to day tasks that I don’t have the capacity to do myself, allowing me to offer a high standard of customer care. This includes communication with my customers before, during, and after their stay. It’s resulted in more happy customers and more 5 star reviews for my company.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I think I could use the tool to do more workflows, but I’m not very tech savvy and don’t know how to use all the functions.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I own a business that requires frequent guest communication (and frankly I don’t have capacity to offer the level of customer attention that I want to offer doing it myself). Zapier handles this daily with automated workflows. When a guest makes a reservation, Zapier sends an email with all of their reservation details. On the day of their arrival, Zapier re-sends that information along with a nice welcome message. We send one more email after their first night to ensure their stay is going smoothly, and finally one more message after they depart asking about their experience.

 ### 11. Seamless Integrations and AI-Powered Automations Made Easy

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier integrates seamlessly with most major platforms. Chances are, if there is a software you use, there is a way to automate it using Zapier.
Now, with their AI implementation, it is even easier to create automation workflows efficiently and effectively. The user experience is fantastic, and it is priced fairly for what it does.
You can set up multiple integrations in one sitting, making onboarding a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

At times, it can be difficult to estimate how much you will use a specific flow. This could cause you to go over budget if you don't take careful consideration beforehand. This leaves you in a situation where either you break your workflow or expand your budget.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation saves time for the staff and me on menial tasks.

 ### 12. Zapier: Amazing Automation Glue That Extends What Your Apps Can Do

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ralph P. | Senior Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier is amazing. It extends the functionality of some software and is a glue between software so you can expand the functionality and tasks between one or more different products and have it do things that weren't even possible before.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The only thing I dislike about Zapier is that all tasks are counted as a zap, regardless of how many steps are in the zap. You may have a zap with 10, 15 steps or a zap with two steps and they're both counted the same way.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several Zaps running in our company but the one that truly gave us a benefit is connecting Zapier up to our AMS and our Circle community and being able to assign badges as the AMS is updated. We don't have to do a manual update or CSV import into the Circle community.

 ### 13. Effortlessly Bridges and Automates Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier for creating integrations and building workflows. It helps me automate repetitive tasks, like moving leads from HubSpot to Salesforce and setting up Slack notifications for MQL to SQL. I like that Zapier acts as a bridge for marketing tools that don't integrate well, and I find it quick and easy to understand and test workflows. The initial setup was very easy and the support was good too.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I would like the AI chatbots to be more efficient. It would be helpful if AI could build workflows after we give prompts.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and create workflows, acting as a bridge for tools that don't integrate well, making it quick and easy to build and test integrations.

 ### 14. Zapier is an automation powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier O. | Senior Manager, Training & Quality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I used Zapier to automate sentiment analysis for different clients by transforming data and moving it into spreadsheets for human interaction. I've automated weekly reports and put together a website that was updated with Zapier events. What I really like is the ability to integrate to pretty much anything. The tools available within Zapier to transform data are great, and it's easy to work with the Zap creator. Zapier made it easier to communicate with the clients' Google suite, mine data from hundreds of thousands of rows to focus only on what's important, reduce manual input, and auto-update Asana with project updates, reassigning next steps to owners. The initial setup was as straightforward as it gets, and it was easy to understand how to create Zaps and use the tools.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I would have loved more API availability to connect to the company’s developed LLM, which would keep us using it. We had to remove it due to security concerns. Clearly state GDP compliance and ISO best practices, open the ability to connect to private LLMs and not just to direct platforms would allow to scale within my business cases. The only difficult part was connecting it to OpenAI.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to automate tasks, saving me about 20 hours per week. It reduces manual work, integrates easily with tools like Google Suite, Asana, and Excel, and helps in optimizing workflows and providing project visibility.

 ### 15. Powerful Automations and Integrations, but the UI Has a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francesca A. | Quality Assurance Analyst III, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I found most useful about Zapier was it's innate connections to other platforms - especially prior to the adoption of Chat GPT And or Claude. Zapier enabled me to have automatic executive updates curated from one input into Jira Premium that then triggered a slack update for real time conversations. This saved a lot of back and forth in meetings. It helped a lot with manual coordination work.

Zapier also was more technical than other products - it enabled the MCP use prior to make.com and other competitors - and was appealing to al ot of engineers I previously worked with. It isn't however, HIPAA compliant, so I am no longer able touse Zapier without a BAA at my current company.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I have never liked Zapier's UI. IT is not intuitive, and for those in a product or less technical mindset - it really was hard to navigate and learn on my own. I even know internal employees at Zapier who claim not to like it. I preferred Make.com - it was much more inviting to non-technical users and was easier to adopt.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now I haven't used Zapier as much anymore. I use claude - it has memory of all my conversations in specific projects, and it has enough connectors and MCP connections to other platforms that I use that I no longer have Zapier in my daily use of platforms.

 ### 16. Zapier Unifies Our Tech Stack with Reliable, No-Code Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tushar P. | Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

The platform functions like a universal translator for our entire B2B tech stack, with a broad library of native app connections that require absolutely zero custom code. For our operations, the clear standout is the reliability of multi-step Zaps combined with conditional logic paths. That combination lets us build sophisticated automated workflows that don’t just move data from point A to point B, but also filter and transform it according to specific business rules.

Onboarding is extremely intuitive, so team members can start building operational automations within minutes of logging in. From a performance perspective, webhook execution feels virtually instantaneous, which matters a lot when routing urgent local SEO leads or triggering client review alerts. Overall, Zapier helps turn isolated software tools into a unified ecosystem, delivering a strong return on investment by giving us back hours of manual administrative work every single week.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The pricing structure escalates rapidly once you cross the threshold from simple, single-step automations into complex, multi-step business workflows. The transactional billing model counts every individual step in a workflow against your monthly task quota. This setup can make the system prohibitively expensive to scale for high-volume data loops, such as real-time tracking of massive regional business profile networks.

While the AI features and conversational copilot are useful for basic logic setups, the intelligence engine occasionally struggles to parse deeply nested or poorly structured JSON payloads from custom webhooks. When this happens, you have to bypass the natural language interface and write custom JavaScript or Python steps to sanitize the data manually.

Additionally, error tracking and debugging within complex, looping paths can be clunky. If a single task fails mid-workflow due to an external API timeout, finding the exact point of failure within the run history takes more time than it should. This occasionally causes data bottlenecks before the error can be resolved.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier directly solves the operational bottleneck of data fragmentation and manual administrative work. Managing multiple local SEO campaigns requires constant monitoring of various Google Business Profiles. Native tracking forces our team to log into disparate platforms manually to check for new reviews or incoming chatbot leads, which creates a critical lag in reputation management and client communication.

The platform eliminates these data silos by acting as an automated bridge across our tech stack. By connecting GMB Briefcase directly to our CRM and Slack workspace, we capture and route customer interactions instantly. If a negative review is posted, the automated workflow notifies our account managers in real-time. This structural efficiency completely removes manual data entry from our daily operations. It directly benefits our business by drastically improving response times and allowing us to focus on high-level SEO strategy rather than repetitive execution.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

we can easily connect different apps (like Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot) and automate repetitive tasks between them, without needing to write any code

I used Zapier by replacing Workato and its worth it . its automation work is top notch.
my company asked me to automate our internal mail task assignemnt to redirect to slack as employee job and its working great. Now we mostly use Zapier for app collection and automation

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

complex to learn for a beginner , not much resource avaialable to learn about zapier . I think one commuity event in 6 month can bring awareness about Zapier . also it is costly as compared to other automation tools

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solved automation problem like my company asked me to automate our internal mail task assignemnt to redirect to slack as employee job and its working great. Its saves times to manually assign jobs and note down using pen and paper also it saves a lot of times as per its automation ability

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I love most about Zapier is how widespread it is. Almost every tool I use has a Zapier integration or the ability to do webhooks, which Zapier allows for. This widespread integration capability means I can automate anything across all my tools, which really helps me as a solopreneur. It keeps me from getting overwhelmed by the small minutiae in my business. Additionally, setting up Zapier was extremely easy, further enhancing its usability.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Sometimes the AI can really help with troubleshooting, but it's hit or miss. I haven't found that it's reliable all the time. So then I have to go into my own chat with you or cloud account and ask the questions that I wish Zapier's AI Copilot could just help with itself.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to automate tasks that would otherwise require hiring extra help. It integrates tools that don't naturally work together and handles essential but minor tasks in my workflow. Its widespread integration capabilities let me automate across all my tools, making me a more efficient solopreneur.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I’ve been using Zapier to connect Stripe to my spreadsheets, and it has made a huge difference in how I run my business. Every time a payment comes in, it automatically updates my spreadsheet without me having to touch anything.

As a small business owner, that kind of automation takes real pressure off. I don’t have to worry about missing transactions or spending extra time on manual tracking. It gives me more space to focus on my clients and actually running my business instead of managing data.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I feel like there is still so much I could do just haven't had the time to learn.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of manual data entry and disconnected systems. Before, I would have to manually track payments from Stripe and update my spreadsheets, which took time and left room for mistakes.

 ### 20. Zapier Automations Cut Reporting Time With Integration

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapiers automations make my workflows way shorter. I am able to count on the google integration with donorbox to pull reports that used to take hours to sort through. I wish Zapier was more affordable for my organization as we would benefit from the extended usage of data, but it works as needed with the limited budget our nonprofit has.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Zapier can get confusing if you are unfamiliar with the software. I think the help questions assist when needed, but I have relied on external AI to answer questions I can't find

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RIght now, it is automating our pull data for donor reports and lists, but it is extremely limited because of the plan we are using

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier is at the core of our distribution across all our digital platforms. It enables our website to “talk” to our CRM, automates our spreadsheets, populates reports, and triggers email sequences.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Complexity. Zapier is a reliable sandbox tool with almost limitless possibilities, but that also means you should expect added complexity and a fairly long learning curve.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use multiple platforms for client meeting scheduling, marketing, data tracking and reporting, plus shared spreadsheets and databases. Zapier is the wizard that connects everything so these platforms can communicate with each other. It also powers up our other apps by extending beyond their limitations. With it, we automate internal processes for managing client profile data and communications, which helps keep everything consistent across tools.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I enjoy the ease of how simple it is to set up. Many softwares are very intimidating, however Zapier makes it easy to get your business needs address.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I don’t have any dislikes. They do offer tiered plans at affordable prices, & again I enjoy the product throughly. Whenever I need to setup intake forms, I set up using Zapier each time.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is solving my problem for client intake data. Zapier makes it easy to collect data in very UI friendly data setup forms. It’s very intuitive, has tons of API integrators you can connect to. This benefits me by giving me a way to analyze customer data and see the insights that truly makes a difference

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier to automate recurring tasks and create custom workflows. It saves me a lot of time because it integrates with almost all other tools and allows me to automate truly custom processes. This way, I can focus on tasks that demand more from me than the repetitive ones. The initial setup of Zapier was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

That more complex tasks quickly become confusing or are not executed the way I want them to be. A detailed error message indicating what is not working would be helpful, or a better illustration of the more complex workflows.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to automate recurring tasks and create custom workflows. It saves me a lot of time, allowing me to focus on more important tasks. The integration with almost all tools truly enables custom processes.

 ### 24. Zapier Makes APIs Feel Simple for Everyone

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google using a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

The ease of use. The term "API" is intimidating to a lot of people who do not have experience with them at all, but I've taught many people within my company to use Zapier. They are all shocked at how simple it is.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

This is not the worst but at times there could be a little more information and guidance as to what is making a zap fail. It would be helpful if there was more insight as to what each error code may mean.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our client base is not tech savvy enough to know how to setup API's, however, due to our business model they can heavily benefit from said integrations. Zapier has made it easy to bridge that gap and show them how much time they can save by taking a few minutes to learn how easy the product is to use.

 ### 25. Streamlines Automation with Seamless Integrations

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier to automate marketing and customer journey processes across multiple platforms, which removes repetitive manual work and means I don't have to rely on our in-house dev team to create custom APIs. What I like most is that it frees up my time by removing manual tasks that shouldn't really require human intervention, allowing me to focus on activities with a higher ROI. Zapier's ability to connect different systems means information flows more smoothly across teams and platforms without duplicated work. The initial setup was very easy, making it even more convenient to use.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

It can be difficult to keep track of dependencies, logic paths, and where failures are happening once you have a lot of interconnected Zaps. Troubleshooting can sometimes feel reactive rather than proactive, especially when errors happen intermittently or because of issues in third-party apps.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier automates marketing and customer journey processes, removing repetitive manual work and eliminating the need for custom APIs. It frees up my time, enabling me to focus on tasks with a higher ROI, and facilitates smoother information flow across teams and platforms without duplicated work.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

It's relatively easy to connect various work tools that otherwise wouldn't "talk" to each other to streamline workflows and processes, eliminating manual work.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Over time, the interface has gotten clunkier and poorly designed. A few years ago it was fantastic, and now it's blocky, clunky, more confusing than it used to be.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us time on manual data entry, like customer information comes into one system, and we need it in another system but in a different format. Or triggering deployments when a customer starts a trial, that sort of thing. It saves us many many hours of work.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Something new is the ability to connect to AI models and also Zapier’s copilot. Both of these have been huge game changers.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

None that I can think of at this time, the copilot really has made things easier.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation allows for automatic sending of emails from Facebook lead ads and messages from Airtable to my team on Microsoft Teams.

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I think that Zapier makes it easy to connect different products and services together in a detailed and complex manner.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I find that the user interface and user experience is difficult to use. As someone who has tried to get it to work several different times, I find a hard time when connecting uncanny items together. The AI offering within Zapier is not very intelligent, and has led me down many rabbit holes. There was also no support and no onboarding for the service. Even an intro email leading me to product support guides or more instructions would have been helpful. I also found that the performance was not the strongest.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Zapier to integrate between Klaviyo, Google and Shopify. It did not work as intended and I was forced to use a manual integration. Not all of the features that were claimed were included and this made me feel that the ROI and the price to continue to use Zapier was not justified.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier for marketing lead integration, specifically for channels like Meta and LinkedIn to easily route lead generation forms from platform to CRM. It helps save time by automating the lead transfer from marketing channels into CRM, which previously required manual downloading, editing, and sending to our marketing operations team. Once Zapier was set up with the actual logic and workflow, it turned out to be a pretty simple setup. The return on investment is profound given the man hours it took to complete the work Zapier does in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

There are times when the integrations get disabled for some reason, specifically with LinkedIn. Every thirty or sixty days or such, we see a break in the actual integration, and leads do not route into our CRM. I wish that wasn't the case and that Zaps did not need to be re enabled, this is specific to LinkedIn automation however. Performance wise this really kills our time to first touch rate, which is a bummer.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier for marketing lead integration, saving time by automating the process of routing lead generation forms from platforms like Meta and LinkedIn into our CRM, eliminating manual downloads and uploads. Zapier allows my team to quickly route on platform marketing leads to our CRM. Previously we had to manually upload these leads from the platform which was time consuming and hurt our lead to demo rate, and overall pipeline.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

What I really like best about this awesome tool is the flexibility of the automations. We use it with PropertyRadar to automatically organize leads and update contact data, which saves a lot of time compared to doing everything manually.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

One small downside is that some advanced workflows take a little time to set up properly at first, especially when using multiple apps together. But once everything is configured, the automation runs reliably and saves a lot of time.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped automate repetitive tasks between our apps. It reduced a lot of manual updates and made our workflow faster and more organized.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I love Zapier because it helps us create a flow that works for us, especially when some tools are clunky on their own. I'm able to set up a zap easily once I get the hang of how Zapier works, and their AI feature does a lot of the legwork for me just by describing what I want it to do. The AI tool is usually pretty accurate, requiring only minor tweaking to get things running. I also appreciate that Zapier helps us migrate users into our software from a CSV file, taking a lot of mundane tasks off our plate. Plus, it has been very beneficial in connecting various tools like Stripe, Airtable, and our own software for enhanced data analysis and project creation.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I find the support from Zapier itself to be a bit lacking. I think it could be better.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier helps integrate Stripe with Airtable and other software, simplifying our workflow. It connects clunky tools, automates financial data transfer for better analysis, and eases user migration via CSV files. The AI feature simplifies setup by handling much of the initial work.

 ### 33. Seamless App Integration, But Needs UX Tweaks

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I really like Zapier's ability to seamlessly connect different apps that typically don't integrate with each other, turning disconnected tools into one cohesive and efficient ecosystem. This capability has streamlined workflows for me by eliminating repetitive manual tasks and allowing automation of lead routing, form submissions, CRM updates, and email notifications. It's improved response time and data accuracy, giving me more time for high-impact work rather than administrative tasks. It feels like having an operations assistant running quietly in the background 24/7, removing friction between the tools I rely on daily and ensuring information flows automatically and accurately.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

While Zapier is powerful, the learning curve can be steep, especially when building more complex, multi-step workflows. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and navigating between Zaps, folders, and task histories can feel cluttered at times. Improving the user experience, simplifying advanced setup explanations, and making troubleshooting more visually guided would make it significantly more user-friendly. The initial setup wasn’t overly difficult, but it wasn’t completely intuitive either. I had to spend some time exploring their site and help resources to understand how to properly structure workflows and triggers. Once I understood the logic behind it, it became much smoother, but there was definitely a learning period upfront.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier streamlines my workflows by automating repetitive tasks and connecting tools that don't usually integrate, like Salesforce and Calendly. It improves efficiency by reducing errors, speeding up responses, and freeing up time for high-impact work instead of administrative tasks.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier for creating connections between CRM systems like HubSpot and Google Sheets, as well as ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for offline conversions. It's great for automating the process when a lead's status changes to qualified leads and Zapier sends that as offline conversions to Google Ads and other ad platforms. This helps optimize campaigns for Qualified conversion types by sharing valuable lead data securely. Zapier's setup is also pretty easy and step-by-step, making it simple to follow. It integrates with tools like WordPress and Wufoo forms as well. Zapier was the first product we tried for API connections, and it has worked well for us without any complaints so far.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

No issues so far.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to connect CRM systems like HubSpot with ad platforms such as Google Ads, optimizing campaigns by sending qualified leads as offline conversions. ### 35. No-Code Automation That Connects Thousands of Apps and Saves Hours

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

The most helpful upside of Zapier is its ability to connect thousands of apps without any coding. I like best how it automates repetitive tasks—like saving email attachments to cloud storage or adding leads to a CRM—saving hours of manual work. The key benefits: no technical skills required, reliable triggers and actions, and the freedom to focus on high-value work instead of data entry.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The main downside of Zapier is that costs can escalate quickly as you increase task volume or add premium apps. For complex workflows, the single-step, linear logic feels limiting compared to coding or more advanced iPaaS tools. Also, debugging errors can be frustrating because you have to manually check task history and sometimes wait for retries. Finally, high-volume or real-time needs often hit rate limits or lag, making it less reliable for time-sensitive operations.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier solves the problem of data silos and manual transfer between apps. Instead of exporting, reformatting, and re-uploading data from one tool to another, Zapier automates that flow.

The key business problems it helps solve:

· Reducing human error from copy-paste tasks
· Saving time spent on routine data entry or lead routing
· Speeding up response times (e.g., auto-notifying sales when a form is filled)
· Enabling non-technical teams to build integrations without developers

The benefit is that teams stay focused on meaningful work, while routine processes run reliably in the background 24/7.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I love using Zapier because it assists in automating tasks related to support processes, which really saves time. It fetches data from Intercom and logs it into Google Sheets, which is a huge help. I also like its use in auditing our support tickets. The user interface is easy to understand and doesn't require technical knowledge to set up Zaps, making the initial setup super easy. Another standout feature is its ability to integrate with almost every helpdesk and AI tool. This extensive integration means we never feel like we need to look for an alternative. Overall, Zapier's ease of use and powerful integrations make it a highly valuable tool for our team.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Nothing, been using it since 2018, no issues at all.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier saves time by automating tasks like fetching data from Intercom and logging it to Google Sheets. It audits our support tickets and integrates with most tools, reducing the need for alternatives. The UI is user-friendly, requiring no technical skills.

What I like best about Zapier is how simple it makes connecting all my apps and automating repetitive tasks without needing technical skills. It saves me a lot of time by handling routine work in the background, like moving data between platforms or sending automatic notifications. The setup is intuitive, and it helps me stay organized while improving efficiency in my daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

What I dislike about Zapier is that some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can get expensive as automation needs grow. Also, when workflows become more complex, troubleshooting errors can be difficult, especially if you’re not very technical. While the platform is powerful, the pricing and occasional debugging challenges can be frustrating for smaller teams or individual users.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier solves the problem of repetitive manual tasks and disconnected apps by automating workflows between the tools I use every day. Instead of manually transferring data, sending follow-ups, or updating multiple platforms, Zapier handles those actions automatically. This saves me time, reduces human error, and keeps my processes running smoothly, allowing me to focus on more important tasks and improve overall productivity.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier to build workflows in my daily job, and it has made my life easier by automating time-consuming manual tasks. I really like the built-in CoPilot AI because it helps me build fairly advanced workflows and troubleshoot issues, especially with aspects I'm not confident in, like Python code. My Zaps started out basic, but now they are more advanced, and having AI assistance is invaluable since I'm not a coder. CoPilot helps me achieve a level of complexity that I would never manage on my own. Zapier integrates really well with tools like Slack. We chose Zapier due to its many integrations compared to other similar products, and the initial setup was VERY easy.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Some workflow automations were beyond the scope of Zapier due to certain integrations. I wish CoPilot had been honest at the beginning and advised me that it would never be achievable, instead of persevering for hours in order to get it to work. Majority of my automations and workflows include the Google Workspace, and I would prefer if it had assessed my brief and told me straight up that it wasn't achievable with the current Google Sheets integration level, and to instead build an Apps Script.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to automate time-consuming manual tasks, build advanced workflows, and troubleshoot, thanks to the built-in CoPilot AI, which is invaluable given my limited Python knowledge.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier is a really great way to connect systems that weren't previously able to speak to each other. It makes a significant impact on the sales team because when people fill out a quote request form on Klaviyo, we need the sales team to quickly pick up that data in intercom and action it.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

I don't think it's very user friendly for someone like me who isn't hugely tech minded. I find it quite complicated and I had to get a tech person to help me actually set it up. The other thing I find is that whilst I've managed to get it to send an email to a customer who completes a quote request form in Klaviyo, I can't actually do something simple like have a subject title on that email. I find that really clunky, and it doesn't look great at all when it lands with our customer.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier connects Klaviyo and Intercom, allowing the sales team to quickly access and act on quote requests. It enables systems to communicate that otherwise couldn't.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Still very easy to use, but I wish it would integrate with Leap CRM more cohesively.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

More integration coverage would greatly improve satisfaction.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making my job easier by automating the process of getting my Facebook ad leads to myself and my teammates and streamlining our ability to reach our customers, potential and recurring.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier free plan to integrate Google Forms with Slack, so whenever someone submits a form, a message appears in a channel my team uses. It saves me the hassle of checking the form manually and makes sure I see new submissions right away. Setting up the Zap was straightforward. I integrated Google Forms and Slack in Zapier, selected the form and channel and ran a test to make sure the messages appeared in the Slack channel correctly. Once it was set up, the automation worked reliably and I usually check the Slack channel once or twice a day to stay updated. I haven’t needed support often, but when I did, the documentation and community resources were clear and helpful.

The free plan keeps each Zap simple, which makes it predictable and easy to maintain. For my small internal forms, it does exactly what I need without adding extra tools or steps.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The free plan has some limitations that become noticeable as workflows grow. Each Zap is limited to two steps, so I can’t add extra actions or conditional logic in a single workflow. The monthly task limit also requires me to monitor how many submissions I process. For my current small internal forms, these limits aren’t an issue, but they could become restrictive if the volume of submissions increases.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zapier, I had to check Google Form responses manually and then send updates to my Slack channel myself. This often caused delays and sometimes notifications were missed. With Zapier, every new submission automatically appears in Slack, so I always know when someone submits a form. This automation saves me time every day and reduces the friction of manually copying information between tools. It also keeps the team informed in real time, without adding extra steps or requiring additional apps. For small internal workflows, it makes the process predictable, consistent, and easier to maintain.

 ### 42. easy to automate repetitive tasks

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Zapier’s biggest strength is how easy it is to connect thousands of apps and automate workflows with minimal setup. The no-code interface, step-by-step Zap builder, and clear testing process make implementation fast, even for non-technical users. It supports a wide range of triggers and actions, advanced multi-step workflows, and reliable integrations, which makes it useful for daily automation across teams. The platform is stable, frequently updated, and integrates seamlessly with popular tools.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The main downside is pricing, especially as automation needs scale and task usage increases. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for small businesses. Debugging complex Zaps can also be time-consuming, and real-time automations may occasionally experience delays depending on the integration.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier solves the problem of disconnected systems by acting as an integration platform that automates data flow between apps. It reduces manual work, minimizes human error, and ensures processes run consistently in the background. This saves time, improves operational efficiency, and allows teams to focus on higher-value tasks instead of repetitive admin work.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I love the ease of use of Zapier. It's easy to navigate and intuitive, which makes it simple to explore alternative options for a solution. I often have an idea in my head of how to solve a specific problem using an integration, but the setup nature of Zapier allows me to play around with some options and often find a better, cleaner solution. We use Zapier to integrate multiple systems throughout the company, and it provides greater flexibility with platforms that don't necessarily natively integrate with one another. The initial setup was super simple; you can be set up and using it within 5 minutes. The improvements that Zapier makes routinely are very well thought out and implemented.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Nothing at the moment. It has all the features I need

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to integrate multiple systems, providing greater flexibility and compatibility with platforms that don't natively integrate.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier for workflow automation because it's easy to use. I've created a fully automated interview scheduling process with its help by integrating it with Google Workspace. I find it full of customization, which is really a game changer. At every step, there are multiple options to customize the workflow from scratch, and I can integrate with multiple applications with a single click. The bot in Zapier is super fine, making it easy to fetch and train from online details. Zapier is the easiest and most trusted option for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Zapier can improve the cost to invite multiple folks from the market, specifically regarding the per seat price for enterprise.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier for automating interview scheduling, integrating seamlessly with Google Workspace. It's easy to use with full customization, offering multiple application integrations in one click and a useful bot feature.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I love the UI of Zapier, and it's very easy and quick to set up, which makes it a 10 out of 10 for me. It has integrations with almost all the providers we work with, and this makes it easy for us to build automations in about one tenth of the time it would take if we coded it. Zapier is a really good tool for sending data to and from integrations, like moving data from Facebook to Google Ads or Facebook to Google Sheets.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The pricing of Zapier is really high compared to others like make.com, and if it were less, more people would probably not use main.com.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier lets me build automations easily without hiring an automation specialist and integrates with almost all the providers we use, saving us time. Building automations takes one-tenth of the time it would if we coded them.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I used Zapier to create integrations between Mail Chimp and Stan Store. Zapier mitigates my need to manually enter leads from Stan into Mail Chimp in order to update my contact list.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

The customer service at Zapier has not been good. I struggled significantly with adding individuals who purchased a product on Stan to a dedicated email mailing list. I trouble shooting by myself and then proceeded to reach out to customer support multiple times. I never ended up hearing back, so I ultimately gave up on the integration.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is helping me expedite my freelancing work by mitigating a lot of administrative tasks. Everytime a client purchases a client through Stan they are added to a Mail Chimp mailing list so I can maintain contact with them for future product launches.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

Very easy to use, one of the first tools in the market to capture the automation side with a no-code and low-code capability. Very flexible. Great great integration, and performance is unmatched.
Pricing wise it is slightly expensive when compared with other tools, however the user experience and easiness to use is what it excels in.

AI capability is basic but good, technical support is good as well, they respond timely.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Pricing and number of operations in each package.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to connect a ton of different tools together and to manage workflows for my clients. It helps me keep everything organized and moving smoothly across the tools I rely on.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

The ability to connect my various digital platforms together, which enhances my automation capabilities. It really streamlines my processes.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

Certain platforms do not work if you are using the free version of that platform.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is solving the problem of system automation for me. As a one-person business, this platform affords me the opportunity to create automations that keep me from having to hire individuals that technology can fulfill. This also allows me to better place contracting resources in areas where technology is not the best fit.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I appreciate how Zapier automates the repetitive and simple tasks in my day-to-day work life. Instead of having to connect directly to APIs, I can work through a simple UI to create a string of events and triggers to easily sandwich together in automation for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

One thing I would appreciate about Zapier is if there was a locally running edition where I could automate simple repetitive tasks on my desktop, not just through apps or code online.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapier is automating our sales follow-up flow, our marketing CRM steps, as well as the conversion calculations for that same CRM. It is also automatically responding to reviews and helping us draft messages to new and recurring clients.

**What do you like best about Zapier?**

I use Zapier mainly to automate repetitive tasks and connect different apps I use daily. It helps me save time by automatically moving data between tools like email, forms, and productivity apps, reducing manual work, and keeping my workflow organized. What I like most about Zapier is how easily it connects different apps and automates tasks without the need for coding. This feature stands out because it saves a lot of time in my daily workflow, letting everything run in the background and allowing me to focus on more important work. I use Zapier with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, and form tools for collecting data, which helps me automatically transfer information, send notifications, and keep everything synced, making my workflow much smoother. The initial setup of Zapier was quite easy, with basic automations quick to create and the interface being user-friendly. Overall, I would rate it 9 out of 10 for being very useful for automation, saving a lot of time, and connecting many apps smoothly, which makes daily work much easier.

**What do you dislike about Zapier?**

One thing that could be improved is the pricing, which can feel a bit expensive as automation needs grow. Also, setting up more complex workflows can take time to fully understand. Making advanced automations simpler and more affordable would make it even better.

**What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and connect apps, saving time and reducing manual work. It organizes my workflow, automatically transfers data, and runs tasks in the background, making my work more efficient and allowing me to focus on important tasks.
