What do you like best about Zapier?

It's easy to use. And because it's easy to use, it's very economical, as it allows me to connect multiple tools without paying for an additional tool or paying a developer to implement custom solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I have found that a lot of the integrations have limited "action" options, like I can easily integrate tools but there will be a limited list of things can be done. What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier has been great for us! We have been using it to automate a lot of stuff in our CRM that typically would take hours of time away from our team. The product is great, and there are so many use cases for it. It will be a staple in our business now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integration for Shopify—Zapier Makes Everything Work Seamlessly"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I use Zapier to integrate another program with my Shopify store, even though that program isn't directly connected to Shopify. Zapier makes it possible for the other site to work seamlessly for me.

Customer support has been extremely prompt when I've had a question.

I also know that Zapier can be used for many other purposes, and I plan to explore more of its features next year, especially for managing social media. I'm looking forward to creating more Zaps in the coming year! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

There isn’t much to complain about—my main challenge is simply finding the time to learn how to use Zapier more effectively for my business. What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier makes it possible for people like me, who have a basic understanding of how systems can connect but lack the technical skills to write integration scripts, to link complex systems with just a few clicks. Over the years, my customer support team and I have built hundreds of small integrations using Zapier, all without having to rely heavily on our engineering team. What do you dislike about Zapier?

Pricing model is difficult for a smaller company like ours. We probably need about 3 ppl to have access to the system, but the pricing to move beyond a single user becomes a bit prohibitive. I wish it was less of a jump from one user to two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zapier?

I currently use Zapier to automate the next steps for leads generated from Meta ads. As a solo entrepreneur running a very small business, I constantly have a lot on my plate. Balancing this business with a full-time job and other life responsibilities means my time is always limited. It's easy for tasks to slip through the cracks if I’m not vigilant. The zaps I’ve set up are quite simple—one sends me a text with lead information so I can respond personally right away, and another enrolls a different type of Meta lead into a MailerLite email sequence. Setting up these automations was incredibly straightforward, and the time they save me honestly feels like magic. I’m looking forward to creating even more zaps to streamline other areas of my business, and I suspect there are still plenty of automation opportunities I haven’t discovered yet. What do you like best about Zapier?

I love how intuitive Zapier is to use. Having never used it before, it only took a few minutes to set up several zaps. Before Zapier, I was having trouble bypassing payment processors that were native to different platforms, but I wanted to centralize all my payments through the same payment processor--Zapier made that possible. As my business grows, I can see this being a product that I use on a daily basis since every client action and transaction would go through a series of tasks via Zapier, whether to guide them through a mini sales funnel or automate emails after a purchase. It connects all the software I use in my business and I was surprised to see just how many products it integrates with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The only downside to Zapier, at least as a newer user, is that I can't easily and precisely predict costs. You don't know from one day to the next how many people might opt in to an email sequence or make a purchase that use zaps. What do you like best about Zapier?

Being able to create an integration where there is none and automate tasks quick and easy. As a freelance marketeer I work with a bunch of tools for multiple clients and I like making my life easier. There are still surprisingly many established tools that don't mesh well with eachother, with Zapier I can make them talk to one another in a few clicks. Once a Zap is running, I don’t have to check on it every day. It saves me a ridiculous amount of manual copy-paste work and prevents small tasks from falling through the cracks. Debugging isn’t always intuitive. But my only real frustration is the pricing model. It’s a subscription plus extra costs when usage goes up. If you automate a lot (which is the whole point), the bill can climb quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zapier?

I’ve been using Zapier since 2017 and what I like best is how incredibly easy it is to set up even complex automation. You connect an app once, and Zapier handles the verification, authentication, and API details in the background. The interface is intuitive, and you can build workflows within minutes. Another major upside is the customer support. Even before the new AI Copilot existed, the Zapier support team consistently acted like a real co-pilot, fast responses, creative solutions, and detailed guidance for every edge case. Whether it was distributing leads evenly across team members or building multi-step workflows with operators and numbering logic, Zapier always had a solution. What do you dislike about Zapier?

There isn’t much I actively dislike. The only limitation is when you work with extremely high-volume processes (100.000+ runs of one workflow). At that point, it may be worth considering a custom-built solution for a very simple, high-frequency automation. However, maintaining your own system also means constant development, monitoring, and fixing API changes, something Zapier handles automatically.
