Overall function and purpose is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes they find you leads that may or may not be be verified. And then if you choose to get them, you get charged a credit for it.
AnyMailFinder filters out the unverified emails even better and doesn't charge you if it can't say with certainty that the email is valid.
Only one user for the starter plan? Seems a little redundant since the work around is just sharing the login.
AnyMailFinder lets you have unlimited users starting with their first tiered plan.
Tried getting a refund for my subscription when I didn't use my credits over the course of months. Support said there's ZERO exceptions for refunds.
AnyMailFinder gives you refunds for unused credits, no questions asked.
If you run into the same email address on a different search, you still end up using a credit which is just a waste of money.
AnyMailFinder doesn't charge for duplications. Ever.
Overall FindThatLead is great if you weren't aware that a lot of features are just not all they're chalked up to be when AnyMailFinder is better in every way with fairer policies and benefits for the consumer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, showing up emails that not valid most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) customer support is terrible, they don't care, give silly replies.
2) I'm requesting them to change my company email, as I'm dropping the domain ( which my email is linked to ) I'm telling them to change the email, they are coming with some vague excuses.
3) if you guys make a rule of not changing the email you should also make a rule of not changing the PASSWORD aslo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love FindThatLead, it's a tool I use almost every day to retrieve and check emails. What I like most about FTD is their Chrome plugin. It is very practical and allows me to recover the addresses. emails from the sites I visit and verify that these are valid. It is no longer necessary to send an email and wait for a possible response. Thanks to this tool, I only recover valid email addresses. I have not yet used all the features offered by FTD but they have presented me with another very practical tool called Scrab.in, which is only used on LinkedIn to search for contacts.
In any case, I could only advise you to at least try FTD to form your own opinion, but I am sure that you will not be disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To date, I have no complaints about FTD which does its job properly. I may be just a little disappointed by the limitation in terms of credits, but you have to be patient and wait until next month to continue where we left off the previous month. You just have to be patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing positive to say about this software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support is terrible. It took us over two weeks to get someone to answer basic questions such as: How are credits charged.
Which brings me to the second big issue. They charge you for every email they "identify". Whether it is 99% likely the email is correct or it is a not verified one. Basically, they charge you for a finger in the air guessed email.
The third issue was, even the 99% likely correct email addresses, showed a high bounce rate. After we started using an email verification tool, and run the "99%" emails through that system, we saw up to 40% of incorrect emails.
To put this in numbers: On average out of 100 people we were trying to get an email for, their system would provide us with about 45 "99% delivery rate" emails, about 15 "Strong Emails" and 40 "not recommended/not verified" emails. Of the 45 "99% delivery rate emails,", 40% were bad emails. That meant we got only 27 emails that were good too use, out of 100 we had to pay for.
So, if you have 5,000 credits per month, you get 1,350 good emails but have to pay for all 5,000 emails.
p.s. they recommend that you only use the "99% delivery rate" emails. Not sure why they then rate the second tier emails "Strong delivery Emails". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Combines multiple tools into one - email scraper, email verifier, drip email campaign sender, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The information is often outdated so there are many faulty emails, and they scrape from LinkedIn but no other websites. The email drip campaign starts the day dripping emails but then shoves a bunch through by mid afternoon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love the clean and user friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a link building standpoint, the product is useless. Unlike its competitors, FTL doesn't have any contact strength measurements or department filters. If you're looking to get ahold of an editor &/or the marketing department in a bulk upload your out of luck as the service will spit out 100 c-level emails before it gets to the useful contacts. Whats needed is a department filter, and a backup filter for when the first filter choice isn't found. For example, filter#1 Marketing, backup filter #2 support, but none of this works if there isn't a strength system where the strongest email is returned first. It also needs to be able to verify on-the-fly because when there are multiple emails for a department, and the first one can't be verified, then it should automatically move to the next email for the first filter. The product itself works as advertised and the core functionality has been well built, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything outside of the core functionality (that the founder probably oversaw building himself) is cumbersome, contradictory and support is terrible, beyond hostile – something out of a dystopia. I was planning to buy another plan for this service and recommend it to a big company that I consult. But, yeah, that's a nope from me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I initially liked their price point before knowing what I'm getting into. It's true that "you get what you pay for". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Leads are essentially "guessed". Even the verified emails bounce. Half of the time, the emails don't deliver, resulting in high spam rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the getting email data from visiting the potential LinkedIn profile of a prospect and finding emails of a certain niche. I really like both the platform and the founder who loves FindThatEmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only con is there should be more refined categories as I find there are only generic categories in the searching options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Find That Lead's prospector tool is incredible. The system is fast, reliable, and they even score the lead's details for accuracy. So you don't have to purchase yet another email verification tool. It's all available here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No phone numbers, not even business main landline number, are available. I think they are working on it, but it's hard to use a sales CRM without a phone number, so it's definitely another service and another step to include that information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the whole idea of the site. It is amazing that this site can find so many emails within the specific domain. I really love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the cost associated. I honestly think the price is a little absurd but for someone who doesn't use this too often, it's not that bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have discovered FindThatLead (FTL) 3-4 months ago and then bought it during their AppSumo deal. It's one of the best purchases you can ever do. First of all, it's a very helpful tool when you want to find email addresses of potential clients. You can search by domain only, or by name/surname and domain. It also provides a confidence level of the emails found. Their new Prospector tools is a great way to find new leads that match your selected criteria.
They also have a Chrome extension that makes it super easy to find a person's email straight from their LinkedIn account. It helps a lot when you find the company that can potentially be a great customer for you and then you find the right person on LinkedIn and with just one click you get his/her email address. The tool is great, the functionality overall is great. Maybe a small visual update of the interface will not harm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ability to discover emails, and even suggest emails, has a 50% hit rate, that's fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system hangs with large lists, and the support does not help in this regard, you have to turn around to get the problem fixed. Also the system totally depends on you having an internet link that does not fail, if you fail you will have to start over again, and you will also lose credits if you do not stay tuned. I like best the possibility to find for prospects and create new cooperation between organizations. It's great to check your mail list and validate if there are emails not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great to have an app to download and automatizate it. Sometimes don't find the specific email your are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the email verifier, it takes a lot of the guesswork out of getting the correct email address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish this integrated directly into my email client, so I don't have to have 2 apps open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Accuracy - I have used a few such products and am happy to say Findthatlead has been 100% accurate thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Would be nice to have Linkedin plug-in. There are some competitor brands which offer that solely for Linkedin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
