I like everything the software offers. I have no issues with the way it works or what it does, I love it.
Since I paid for my subscription, something happened to my account and I am unable to sign in. I do not receive the email password reset mail, and "NO IT'S NOT IN MY SPAM BOX FFS."
I tweeted them and they responded and then ghosted without an answer, then I receive a mail asking me the same questions, and then ghosting me without an answer. Today is day 7 I can not log into my account. I paid and I am locked out. So how would that make you feel? You pay for something, it breaks and then a day later it breaks and there is zero HELPFUL support.
I love buffer and what it does, it works great but Customer service SUCKS. and for that reason only I will find another service that offers the same. Also.. if customer support actually materializes, I will file for a refund.
No one can work like this, What do you expect when you pay for something and it breaks a day later?
Because there is no support and I can't log into my account, I can't say that it really solves anything for me right now. as of right now.. for me. it's dead in the water.
