What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I’m truly pleased with monday and the value and clarity of its management system. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to set up, allowing us to create highly impactful well-organized boards and simple workflows with barely a learning curve; making it simple for new users to get started immediately, as I add them. Whether task assignment, status tracking, updates, or essential collaboration tools, monday provides exactly what we need to stay aligned and productive. While many platforms reserve their best usability for higher-cost plans, monday stands out by offering a solid, thoughtfully designed foundation that supports efficient team organization and clear workflow management, even at the lower pricing tiers. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use monday Work Management to keep track of routine clinic work that is easy to forget during busy hours. For example, I note follow-ups after consultations, small admin work, and content tasks for the week. This helps me not miss things when patients are coming in one after another.

It was easy to start using. I created a small board and added my daily work without any setup. Updating status and due dates is quick, so I can see what is pending and what I have already finished. This is useful when I have many small tasks in a day.

I open it a few times a week, and sometimes daily when work is heavy. The basic features like task list, notes, and priority are enough for me. I don’t use advanced features, but for simple clinic planning this works well.

When I needed to understand a small option, the in-app help was enough. It also fits into my routine because I plan work here and then do the actual calls, messages, or content work in my usual tools. This keeps my day more organized without making things complicated. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

Sometimes the page takes a little time to load on slow internet, especially when many items are on the board. I also noticed that adding notes from the phone app is not as smooth as on desktop, so I prefer using it on the computer for updates. What I like most about monday.com is how visual and customizable it is. I can quickly see job statuses, crews, and deadlines at a glance, without having to dig through spreadsheets. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

It is a great tool. It allows to organize our tasks lists very easily, and even we have our client database as a board, with several saved views to organize different aspects of the client management we use. We had that previously in excel, but now, the team can interact and work in one app only, which is great.

We also use the workdoc feature to build a wiki-style documents about procedures in our organization so everyone now knows how to do things, even if they haven't done it before.

Last, but not least, the forms feature is great, provides a single entry point to clients to interact with us in a organized way. No more multiple email accounts, or files sent via whatsapp or so..

The automations are also great, it allow us to get requirements via forms, and create items in specialized boards to different teams to work on them its simply great.

It really has helped us, and makes us more efficient, it is really intuitive to use in the most used features, and there is a great documentation about how to do things in the web and wiki. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

We must say it. There is downsides too.

Some useful things are categorized in a upper paid tier. We have paid the "basic" or first tier,... and we know we can't use extensively automations, for example. Besides, things like using smtp protocol to notify teams (or clients not using monday) are in marketplace... for a price.

I understand the marketplace, and it is a great thing to boarden the app and improves customization, but there are things, like the stated before that seems "too basic" and are missing from the basic plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I use monday Work Management for task management in our team, and it works great. I like how I can see in real time what everyone is doing and how the progress is going. The tidiness of the app makes it very easy to track your mistakes, which is absolutely crucial for me. I also value the quick search in channel names within the database. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Monday Vibe is revolutionary. My team and I have been using Monday for over 5 years. From day one it has been our workflow and resource tool and more. It has continually developed. It doesn't fix up broken systems but it does overlay a well architected company/vendor ecosystem. And show you where things are stuck and helps you get teams and people back in their lane and back on track for success. The team at Monday have always been supportive in training and responsive when we pushed it to the limit. As easy as it is to implement, we still required careful stages of change management to move from traditional methods of delivering Advertising campaigns for our team, marketing clients and vendors but once on board Monday delivered amazing results. Easy to use, spreading responsibilities by reducing bottlenecks, QC, real time retainer and out of scope financial management, and file delivery was just the tip of some amazing things we could do. Monday was used every hour of every day for and by every person. And Monday's API/mapping made it easy to integrate with other SaaS apps for further production enhancements. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

It would be helpful to be able to create locks on individual columns on the boards to prevent others from changing column titles. Also, the bar to the left to scroll your list of boards is too thin, often I end up grabbing one of the boards and moving it in my list instead of scrolling through the list and that is annoying. I’m missing the standard pivot table functionality I’m used to in Microsoft Excel. I’ve also noticed what seems to be a limit when selecting more than 500 lines, which makes it harder to work with larger datasets.
