Unfortunately, it's a major cost increase for us to move to the next tier, just for the single seat that we need over our current tier. It's not inexpensive, and the upfront payment is a bit challenging to cover for the year outright. Also, some of the integrations are provided by third parties and can be quite expensive, adding to the overall cost.
