**What do you like best about Outdoo AI?**

The platform is easy to use and took no time to set up. The integration with Slack is very helpful as it gives leadership visibility into Sales conversations in real-time in Slack without having to navigate anything in the Outdoo platform itself. The AI summaries and next steps are great to ensure nothing gets dropped, and the Opportunities view is great for a "CRM-like" window to various pipelines. This is a tool that is now used daily by the entire Sales team.

The Outdoo team is also great to work with, incredibly responsive to customer needs and willing to develop out features at a very fast pace. Through our evaluation period they rolled out multiple changes to the platform which were key for us to be able to adopt it fully.

**What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?**

Occasional hiccups with the AI misidentifying speakers, however this isn't much of an issue as you can reassign speaker identification after the fact and it seems to have improved over time with lower frequency of misidentification.

**What problems is Outdoo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outdoo solves the problem of having easy visibility into the conversations our reps are having for performance management and coaching, as well as engagement with prospects through their recording sharing options.

I use Outdoo AI as an AI role-play agent to improve my calls and sales pitch and handle customer objections better. It helps me ask better discovery questions and improve areas where I might lack during a call. I enjoy the feature where I can review my call and get a score on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, which shows how I've been performing over time. It helps me master my calls, do better discoveries, handle objections more effectively, and mentors me by providing every single outline I need. The initial setup was very simple and easy, all handled by our sales ops team.

I like how easy to use Outdoo AI is, as it efficiently records all meetings and provides clear notes on what to do and how to improve sales. It also predicts the probability of the call based on the conversation, which is pretty useful. I find it valuable that I don't have to waste a lot of time and energy since Outdoo AI handles the background work for me. The initial setup was pretty easy, not difficult at all.

**What do you like best about Outdoo AI?**

I like the analytics in Outdoo AI, especially how it provides call notes that help me know how much I'm talking or how much the customer is talking, and what I could do better. It also gives statistics on areas of improvement, which is really helpful. The call notes keep me focused during calls, as I don't have to worry about taking notes. The speaker contribution feature reminds me to not talk as much or encourages me to have the customer speak more by asking more questions. Overall, I appreciate being able to go back to calls and see where I could have done better.

**What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?**

I don't find that the generate follow-up email feature works really well. It's not as specific as I would like it to be, and it's difficult to have it written the way I would write an email. Also, the transcription could be more accurate. I would also like it if we were able to connect Outdoo AI with Granola to use Granola's notes in Outdoo.

I use Outdoo AI to record my sales calls, review transcripts, and analyze call notes to improve my performance. I don't have to take notes during calls as everything is recorded and transcribed, making follow-ups easier.

I really like the intuitive scoring system in Outdoo AI for each position. It clearly flags the gaps where improvements are needed. It's quite helpful when I see some objectives scored lower; I can easily follow up with my manager to provide specific tips on avoiding mistakes. The system's usability is good too—once we got past the initial setup, it became pretty intuitive and easy for my team to use.

**What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?**

I would love to have more adjustable dashboards to see all the data at once without clicking specifically for each scorecard. Also, the service is pretty expensive, especially considering I live in Ukraine, making it more suited for companies with existing revenues.

I love the AI summarization of the entire meeting to understand the entire context of the meeting in a gist. It helps us recollect the finest details mentioned in the meeting for building our cases. Outdoo AI assists us in understanding the key pain points of our clients and helps us identify key areas to work on. I also think Outdoo reports are easier to understand and cost-effective. The AI has a very accurate summarization capability and the initial setup was pretty simple, especially with the help of the account manager.

The only thing I feel it can improve is the translation on local language.

I like how Outdoo AI gives me a call rating; it's kind of a validation for me. I also appreciate that I get the entire video and audio of my calls. This allows me to rewatch them, fix any mistakes I've made, and it's a great way for my manager to leave feedback on how I handle calls. I enjoy the ease of logging in and using Outdoo AI; it's a breeze with no bottlenecks.

The feature for generating follow-up emails isn't really accurate. I still rely on other AI tools to draft meeting minutes from the transcript. But nothing that is a blocker for me today or that needs an upgrade.

I'd say the understanding part could be sharper along with the transcript, some times we would say one thing and the AI would take it for something else with similar sound due to different accents.

**What do you like best about Outdoo AI?**

Outdoo is the most accurate AI notetaker I have ever worked with. I rely heavily on it's follow up summary emails for details and action notes about follow up calls. One of my favourite things about the summary emails is how well it captures industry specific terminology around competitors and frameworks. As I'm fairly new to this area of technology, this has become incredibly valuable as new terminology is easy to miss or misunderstand.

**What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?**

I have no complaints about Outdoo. When I first started using it versus some of the native ai notetakers from online meeting providers, I wasn't sure how customers would react to seeing a separate attendee in the meeting as an AI notetaker, however, I have not received any customer concerns at this time.

It helps me capture industry terminology. It helps me focus on the content of the speakers in the meeting rather than trying to balance listening and taking notes. It also helps the meeting flow better.

I use Outdoo AI for recording my work meetings and it proofs the arrangements with clients, which I find very useful. I like the brief summarizing of meeting results a lot, as it helps me quickly understand the key outcomes. Video recording is another feature that I really appreciate. The initial setup of Outdoo AI was extremely easy, which was great for getting started quickly.

The connection to rescheduled meetings or recently scheduled meetings could be improved.

I like using Outdoo AI for its easy environment and clean, easy-to-use website. It's particularly useful for training new contractors without sacrificing the time of existing staff. I appreciate that I can check results in minutes. The initial setup was also very easy after learning how to use it, which was helpful.

Maybe sometimes when Outdoo AI gives you recommendations after you train, it's very repetitive. I would like more consistency on the qualification side.

It is well thought out, well laid out and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?**

The AI report doesn't quite get the speaker right. I'm not sure why this is, this happens even between clearly female and male voices (deep and high). The "summary/conclusion" is very sales based and so the red flags and actions are aligned with sales, I use it in a CS account management setting

The main purpose is to create notes for my calls that I can review later or follow up on and as a training resource when sharing with clients

What I like best about Outdoo is how simple and intuitive it is to use. It makes it really easy to organize tasks, set priorities, and collaborate with the team without things getting overwhelming. Me and my clients love receiving the synopses and recorded calls via email after each call. Even the most nonsensical calls are translated beautifully into organized bullet points!

I also love that the notetaker joins my meetings automatically; there's no need to specifically select that the notetaker joins. 

I am not the one who set it up, but it was easy to start using it and continue to enjoy it! I use it in every single one of my calls; I don't remember what I did before it!

I wish the actual MeetRecord website were easier to navigate. I can never seem to find past calls, and the search feature could use some work.

As a Product Manager, I speak with users on a daily basis for research and various other purposes. I use MeetRecord to record all my conversations, and this lets me focus all my attention on listening to the users and asking the right questions without having to take down notes. 

It also allows me to trim long videos into smaller snippets that allow me to share important conversation points with internal and external stakeholders.

- Sometimes the customer-viewable links do not work as expected. I've heard back from customers that the publicly viewable links that I share with them do not work, and I'd have to reshare the link with them. 

- Navigating around the application is not very intuitive and takes some getting used to.

I talk to our users on a regular basis, having MeetRecord join my calls allows me to focus on deep user conversations and I don't have to worry about anything else.

It took us very little time and effort to set it up across our team. Not just that, it took very minimal training for our team to get started. Apart from standard call recording and transcribing, it giving us detailed summaries and next steps is a really good feature. 

We share call recording snippets of key moments, prospect sentiments and learning opportunities. Using timecode snippets is a blessing as the recipient does not have to scrub through the entire timeline to find a 20 second moment.

Sometimes it does not get the names right. Moreover when there are people talking with different accents, it sometimes fail to transcribe the call right. 
I wish it had the feature to enter in some frequently used business jargon so that it can capture it right way during a call.

The call scoring is really useful, especially when coaching best practices, and pin pointing improvements and success strategies. 

It's so user-friendly/intuitive also, which is a huge plus for onboarding and training. 

Even though we use another meeting transcriber tool, I more than often find myself referring back to MeetRecord.

**What do you like best about Outdoo AI?**

Agile and focused on the customer. They are quick to answer and are very proactive. Everything is easy to use and fast. The onboarding and integration was clear, fast and factored in the needs of our business. CSM team has been very proactive and focuses on getting up to speed asap. Amazing value, and the price is very competitive.

It functions correctly both in external and internal meetings and is a delight to use daily.

**What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?**

Some minor technical inconveniences at the start, but all were fixed quickly.

**What problems is Outdoo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just what we needed - records of our sales meetings, summaries, CRM automations and coaching tools. AI works very nicely and the summaries are excellent. That's a feat, because we use both Finnish and English. For most of the services Finnish is a problem. Not for MeetRecord.

MeetRecord makes it incredibly easy to turn meetings into actionable insights. I really like how it automatically records and organizes calls, so nothing gets missed, even small details that might have been forgotten otherwise. Good customer support and ease of implementation.

Nothing as of now. It works pretty smoothly.

MeetRecord solves the problem of missed insights and manual note-taking by automatically recording, transcribing, and analyzing meetings. This helps us improve sales coaching, onboard new reps faster, and make data-driven decisions based on real customer conversations.

As a content marketer, I like how simple MeetRecord’s interface is. It makes recording and sharing quick video messages quite easy. Their CS team is responsive, which is a big plus!

Although, it does feel a bit basic and i feel that it can definitely benefit from a few more advanced features and integrations.

It helps save tons of time for me without a lot of unnecessary setups or editing required. It’s a no-BS tool and i really like that!
