
The platform is easy to use and took no time to set up. The integration with Slack is very helpful as it gives leadership visibility into Sales conversations in real-time in Slack without having to navigate anything in the Outdoo platform itself. The AI summaries and next steps are great to ensure nothing gets dropped, and the Opportunities view is great for a "CRM-like" window to various pipelines. This is a tool that is now used daily by the entire Sales team.
The Outdoo team is also great to work with, incredibly responsive to customer needs and willing to develop out features at a very fast pace. Through our evaluation period they rolled out multiple changes to the platform which were key for us to be able to adopt it fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasional hiccups with the AI misidentifying speakers, however this isn't much of an issue as you can reassign speaker identification after the fact and it seems to have improved over time with lower frequency of misidentification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
