Only where multiple speakers are present in the room and sharing a system is where speakers are not identified correctly.

I see meetrecord as my call Buddy. It is extremely effective when we have continuous calls, you can refer to the Summary at the end of the day. One thing I love about the summary is the structure. A detailed outline of the Next step, Follow-up tasks, and Highlights make it more efficient.

The dashboard or the landing page sometimes is glitchy. Filters don't work as expected, it would be great if this is taken care

I can go back and listen to my calls. I love how they break the call down in catorgories. When breaking the call down it helps explore potential flaws and training necessities.

The scoring is vague and UI navigation is confusing. 

- What does a 4 or 5 mean call wise? How is it score, what are the paramenters? I've seen calls that from a scoring perspective should be terrible as they don't lead to anything while amazing calls get low scores even though they end up closing a deal etc. 
-The UI is very uninttuitive, organizing is weird and overall it's diffcult to find what you need to review your calls.

When we initially set up the system, we weren't aware the meeting summary email is (by default) sent out to external stakeholders too. I'd strongly recommend having internal stakeholders only as the default setting.

I had some bugs early on and sent the to the team and no one ever followed up with me about it. The AI functionality is getting better but still not up to par with more expensive tools like gong.

There are various best things in the MeetRecord it captures the sales conversations and analyzes the call, the integration follow is smooth with the various CRM's and Dialer's as well there are trackers functionality which can track word's spoken in the call.

As per the usage haven't found any issues still, but if there are any issues the support team will understand and fix the issues.

There are various which MeetRecord solves for the sales team. The main thing it's benefitting the user/sales team is it's AI Buyer guide which tells/understands the behavior of the buyer as well as this feature helps us to know how the buyer is and how to interact with the buyer which helps in closing the deals within the time.

A few items that stand out. The price is amazing. It's easy to use and it's similar to Gong. I'd say Gong is the luxury car and MeetRecord is the honda/toyota. I also like seeing numerous improvements over the last 6 months!

Based on the price, I'd say nothing. Otherwise, it doesn't come with every future under the sun, which is fine.

MeetRecord is solving many probles. Everything fromm Conversation intelligence to sales coaching. We had a rep join and they spent hours listening to focused calls. That alone made the investment worth it. 

Sales coaching has been invaluable for all reps, top to bottom!

We had some tech/user issues when we started the collaboration, but all those issues were fixed very quickly by MeetRecord.

**What do you like best about Outdoo AI?**

We have been using MeetRecord for several months now and it is helpful in more ways than one.  The first way we use it is to watch our sales calls, like watching Game Day footage, to see how we perform and where we can shore up the process.  Some of the other features we use and appreciate are the Call Scoring, Deal Health Monitor, and AI Recap/Summary of the calls. 

MeetRecord has been awesome when it comes to meeting with us to work on the specifics of our calls and what we are looking for in the summaries and minute-by-minute recaps, making sure that the insight AI provides us is most useful to our team.

I would recommend MeetRecord to anyone looking for more insight into their own calls and processes.

Anything that we needed help with along the way has been addressed quickly and effectively.  I do not have any dislikes to share about MeetRecord.

We're able to see how our pitch lands with the potential client, allowing us to tailor our approach.  It also keeps a record of what was said on these calls allowing our sales team to quickly and easily join the follow up call (to close the deal) having all the pertinent information easily accessible - makes notetaking less important on the call which allows us to be more present on the sales call

Starting from the Ease of Implementation to the use of the tool, Meetrecord has a complete suite of features that are needed to fetch sales-driven data and help us analyse the deal better.

I appreciate the quick and swift response from the support team  to help us with the integration and easy transition. 

I've been working on this tool almost daily now to fetch the necessary data and analyse the sales pipeline.

**What do you like best about Outdoo AI?**

I was previously an Account Executive for the company I work for and transitioned to a management role for my sales team. We would historically do a quarterly recording of our sales calls that we would review as a team and everyone found it extremely helpful. However, this was a small snapshot that I wanted to expand on with a solution like MeetRecord. 

With MeetRecord it allows our entire company to learn more about the problems our customers face. Whether that is leadership reviewing calls, marketing, or SDRs. What my goal is as a sales leader is to have a cohesive message about what we do and get a true understanding of the problems our solution solves. 

Additionally, I hired a new account executive to my sales team. MeetRecord allowed me to expedite the onboarding process by instructing the new hire to listen to 2 sales calls a day and email me what she learned from those calls. This was a great way to get someone up to speed in a fast amount of time. 

The implimentation tooks minutes and the price point of this solution made the most sense for my smallers sales team. This is also not a solution where you sign a contract and then try and figure out the platform yourself. Paras and Sachin from the MeetRecord team have been incredible to work with and came with a set training plan for me and my team to most effectively use MeetRecord for our specific use case.

**What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?**

I think for me the only issues is easily tracking key words of competitors and the calls that I grade/score. The team is very open to feedback and they have already addressed these issues that I initially faced. I couldn't be happier with this product!

The turnaround in processing time is lightning quick.

Not only this, which helps follow up and sharing with customers quicker & easier, you can also then utilise it's AI notetaker to create custom notes for your CRM, your post-meeting email and actions + it breaks down how well you've performed on the call based on your bespoke criteria...

A dream when trying to self-assess and for feedback/coaching sessions.

Very straightforward and easy to implement and on board too.

I use this system, everyday, for every call.

Very, very little.

The search function when looking for calls could maybe be a bit smoother/easier to get to the right call immediately, but this is the smallest of inconveniences.

Solving having to sort through my calls individually and share back with my Director a whole 30-60 min conversation and having to waste heaps of time finding the real value.

How easy it is to install and use. It becomes your silend assistent! it's amazing the effectiveness videos are recorded and stored and the post-meetings recap are really a game changer for orgnisazions like ours who's fully remote and has a very high quantity of meetings. Managing a remote team of Sales leaders using MeetRecord allows me to spot check  each of my people's meetings with prospects / clients.  I do not have the time to join every meeting with every team member.  MeetRecord allows me to quickly review meetings to provide positive comments, areas for improvement, and build a library of recordings others can learn from.

It would be great if they had a mobile app so I can review meetings when I am not at my computer or download mtgs to review on a plane.

Simple to use, easy to just auto-record and forget about it and then come back to the recording later if need be. Recordings are high quality.

The statistics that MeetRecord shows for sales calls to rate them as a "good call" or a "bad call" on a scale of 0 to 5, seem a bit off. I've had calls that were absolutely terrible that got a good rating, and some of my best calls got a bad rating. It's not that big of a deal though as we don't use MeetRecord for this feature.

Solves the need to manually record my meetings - makes my job simpler.

The AI is not perfect and many times continued coaching is needed to get more accurate scores.

The ease in which you can go back and listen to recordings.  I love the recordings are benchmarked and I can easily sort through calls to find what I'm looking for.  I also enjoy that we can add notes to each and every call.
