It's easy to use on the website and mobile app, and you can get to your documents from the cloud wherever and whenever you need. Easy integration of Outook and other Email systems.They also have great customer service to help. **What do you dislike about iManage Work?** New folks might find it a little hard to use because it's tricky to move around the platform. **What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?** One big problem we faced was making iManage Work fit with our current systems. Making sure everything could work together and moving data smoothly between apps was really tough. Our IT team had to work closely with iManage support to fix these problems. We were also really worried about security. Keeping our clients' private info safe is super important in our job. So, we had to make iManage Work super secure. I love the flexibility of the workspaces. I can easily create folders organize file and create project structure, which makes it super easy to find the right documents quickly. The best part of iManage work is its search ability. I can search in whole directory with conditional formatting. Outlook integeration is also a plus thing I can manage important emails and attachments directly into their relevant iManage workspace without ever leaving Outlook. Take our client onboarding project, for example. All related emails are automatically organized – proposals, contracts, etc. – without me having to lift a finger." **What do you dislike about iManage Work?** I have not found anything that could be disliked in it.
