When pressed on these, they are unable to give an explanation for why their software does not work. **What problems is BatchMaster ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** BatchMaster has given some new insights into our business as it is our first ERP system, but ultimately it has caused more issues and more headaches than it has solved. ### 2. I really like how easy is to use it and how well it works and helps you also helps you to adjust the formulas which is GREAT on my side. Planing and scheduling is so easy, that I don't have to worry about it anymore cuz hey, the software does it all by itself Also we have control over our inventory trough the smartphone which is a + too **What do you dislike about BatchMaster ERP?** Sometimes the programing might be clunky, if that is the correct word for that but yet it's not something that makes your work harder or something like that, i know worse softwares or application with that **What problems is BatchMaster ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would like it to have a FIXED price, cuz it's a multifunction software, would've been easier to get it for the first timers ### 3. Other than that - I can think of nothing else where this ERP matches or exceeds others in the industry or is something enjoyable. **What do you dislike about BatchMaster ERP?** NO MOBILE DEVICE SUPPORT! Employees using batchmaster are literally stuck at their desk. The software is not intuitive nor user friendly. It was built in VBS on SQL servers so it is not "future proof" and should be considered legacy software in 2018. There is too much clicking back and forth between entry screens. Installation team sent by vendor was not able to adequately explain process steps Installation team sent by vendor was issuing incorrect instructions to resolve issues. Due to its obsolescent structre - the software has stability issues. **Recommendations to others considering BatchMaster ERP:** Mobile device support Macros to automatically save data entered Macros to remove steps requiring clicking back and forth More intuitive interface More stable platform **What problems is BatchMaster ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software has created more problems than it has solved. We are rethinking the entire rollout and deployment to limit the negative effects on our business. The difficulty in implimentation has affected productivity, employee morale and has bogged down our company's senior management while they deal with issues from rollout. ### 5.
