It is easy keep simple tasks organized, helps keep everything together in one place, and is highly customizable. I like the variety of column types that can be added, the tagging systems, and the status button.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I feel like the automations in the vanilla system don't take us as far as we need. The board linking system is not as intuitive as I wish. I often wish that it was easier to mirror columns and have updates appear in multiple places so they can be viewed on different boards. Sometimes, if we link a task to another board, not everything attached to the item appears on the different boards. It is frustrating that we have to pay for add-ons to have it work to its full potential.

Monday is our single source of truth for our open tasks, where we keep all internal communications and link documents that are needed for the tasks. It keeps us from needing to search in multiple places for information relating to a task.

I like how intuitive the monday Work Management platform is, making it easy for anyone in the business to easily understand the documented information. I really appreciate the implementation of artificial intelligence and all the available options to optimize the current administrative processes of the business. Additionally, being able to have dashboards, reminders, and tools that facilitate daily activities, avoiding rework in independent files or external platforms, is very useful. Having all the information in one place fosters collaboration among team members and with clients.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I consider that one of the main limitations are the reflection and formula columns, as in many cases they can become a stopper for certain boards, filters, or dashboards that require a more dynamic visualization and management of information.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Monday Work Management to document projects and analyze the pipeline. It gives me visibility of income and workloads, optimizes processes, centralizes information, and facilitates internal collaboration and with clients, avoiding rework on external platforms.

There are so many new things that in the end you don't know everything that exists. Normally, it's annoying the widgets or buttons that appear in front of your screen to announce new things.

It helps us automate many workflows that we used to do "by hand" within Monday and now no longer do. The benefit is a clear increase in the overall productivity of the team.

Monday is highly customizable and fits our needs well, since we can create different boards, categories, and more to organize our work the way we want.

There are a few automations that aren’t available yet, but I’m confident they’ll be added over time. Also, product integrations and overall connectivity could be better—for example, with Google Calendar. It would be much more useful if, after connecting the calendar, you could add notes that sync back into Monday directly, rather than only having a link.

Monday helps us keep track of all our clients and the many tasks that need to get done. It’s especially useful for coordinating with other team members, since we can assign specific tasks and clearly see who’s responsible for what.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I really appreciate that monday Work Management is very user-friendly. You don't need a lot of computer knowledge to use it, and I enjoy discovering its interesting and clever features. It's also great that it connects to AI, allowing me to integrate my Claude account for task management. The automations are fantastic for keeping our team on top of work. I love the forms feature, which lets us send forms to clients and have the data imported directly into our boards. The layout and user interface make a lot of sense, and it has been very easy to onboard and learn the features. Connecting to tools like Outlook for automated emails has been particularly useful. Overall, I am very happy with monday.com, and I gave it a rating of 10 because it’s been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Menus can be a little tricky to navigate, and there's a lot to dive through. Sometimes there are templates missing that I would like to see for boards. These are only small gripes. The menus can sometimes be a little hard to traverse through, but I guess that's just because monday Work Management is so detailed and capable, with a lot of settings that can be changed. Usually, it doesn't take me long to find what I need, but it does involve a little bit of digging or perhaps keyword searches in the menu or help sections.

I use monday Work Management to replace outdated paper systems. It enhances my client tracking, imports form data directly into boards, and automates tasks to keep my team organized.

I love the simplicity and the user interface of monday Work Management. The UI makes it easy to interact with monday Work Management with minimal training or tutorials. I also find that Gantt charts are easy to create, and I really like breaking down tasks into sub-tasks to keep track of everything. It was very easy to set up as well, which was a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Sometimes I find that on the Gantt chart I feel restricted on customizability. Getting colors to apply correctly can be frustrating and I have often given up on getting colors right. A little more control over the Gantt chart and its layout will be appreciated.

I like how monday Work Management is like a ball of clay that can be molded into whatever our team needs. It's specialized for a specific industry, which allows our industry, touring music merchandise, to shape it to be what we need. It also allows employees, whether full-time or not, to work within a system that benefits the greater team. I appreciate that it lets the team add information, build, and specialize for every single department, so everything can be homogenized into one place in Monday using different styles of boards and structures that suit all members.

I would say that it could have a bit more artificial intelligence. Maybe it could be a little bit smarter and be thinking of the next thing, or it could offer suggestions for what could be best.

I like that monday Work Management helps keep me organized, which is crucial given my busy schedule throughout the day and month. It's easy to use and helps me know what location I need to be in next, what travel I need to book, and what clients I need to see. I appreciate that the interface is available on both computer and mobile. As I'm traveling in and out of cities and airports, it's helpful to be able to access monday Work Management using my cell phone or iPad. This convenience allows me to sit in an airport gate, pull out my iPad, update a client session, enter notes, and see where I'm going next. The initial setup was very easy.

I think the functionality of monday Work Management is its main asset. It's incredibly simple to use. I like the alert functions and the live data movement on it, so I can see when people are adding or changing information. It's much more interactive as a sales tool than we had before. We can put in a lot more information, and it's helped improve our customer knowledge and progress new business leads quicker than we would have done previously.

I think the AI function could be improved for us. Myself and the team don't have a full understanding of how that works on the actual platform. It could probably do with a bit of tidying up in terms of how information can be organized, the customization of how information can be displayed, and ensuring that views and displays of information stay as they are after making changes, rather than defaulting to their previous view on your next visit.

I find monday Work Management intuitive and easy to use, while still having advanced capabilities. I've been comfortably using its original features for over 5 years now. I appreciate the dashboards and basic project boards and the ability to mirror and connect columns between different boards, alongside the filtered views, which ensure that each person sees only the columns relevant to them and can pull this info into their own boards. This customization allows everyone to work with monday in a way that suits them without having to follow a single template. I also like the notetaker feature as it saves me time after meetings and lets me be fully present during them.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I tried to use Vibe and I couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to. I haven't had time to dedicate to this or to trying out the other AI features. I'm largely still using monday Work Management in the same way as I was years ago.

I find it easy to create a board and share tasks and notifications with other team members using monday Work Management. I also appreciate being able to categorize tasks and set dates for completion. Transitioning from Trello, I feel monday Work Management is much simpler and easier to navigate. It's a lot more modern compared to Trello, which I really like.

It can lag on some days. Also when you receive an email from monday.com and try to reply from the email it never works. When you click reply on the email, it should allow you to reply without opening the platform.

I find monday Work Management helpful for collaboration with the customer experience team because team members can post their questions and inquiries, and they can easily check if similar questions have been asked before without having to repeat them. The search feature, despite having its ups and downs, is something I remember was really good at finding what I'm looking for and providing the information I need quickly. It's also just easier to collaborate as it's async and easier to skim, I guess. I like creating dashboards even if they're not that intuitive for me because I enjoy the design and colors.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

While monday Work Management is really good for project management, I just wish it could be more of a collaboration tool where I can post something and look back to it easily. It's not like Slack, which is more real-time. I'd like it to focus more on async collaboration and not just project management. Also, the initial setup was kind of difficult because I wanted something different from the project management focus. I just want to post my comment or feedback without it being tied to any status or something.

monday Work Management helps my team collaborate asynchronously. We post inquiries for easy reference, avoiding repeated questions. The search feature is handy for quickly retrieving information needed for discussions.

I use monday Work Management to manage our email pre-builds and as a project management system for tasks and content calendar budgets. I appreciate how easy it is to see all our upcoming emails in one place and check the status of QA. It even tracks my budget, showing me how much I have left to spend. I like that the platform is customizable to suit my needs and enjoy the built-in customizable automation tools. The initial setup was pretty easy when adding team members and creating boards.

It's hard to adjust the calendar settings. I also wish that it had more flexibility when trying to link different boards together. Sometimes I want to add weekends to my calendar and the setting to save that doesn't take. We used to use it with Mailchimp but I didn't like the integration that much.

I like that we can integrate almost all of the other platforms we are using directly into monday. This way I dont have to have a bunch of different tabs open. It's all at my fingertips. 

The AI intergration is also nice. I can have a whole mind think for me within the platform.

I think the UI is a little bit outdated. I've used other management platforms like Jira, Notion, and Asana and I like their UI better.

It helps with company wide communications. My company has a lot of different departments and this makes communication between projects an ease. Also the peer review system helps a ton for getting checks.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I like all the options it has for the columns. I love that it has a bunch of templates and tutorials for using most of everything. It's very adaptable and it has a variety of different options. Since everything is more organized and specific for our workflow, it helps having the answers right there and notes. We were using a bunch of Excel sheets for a list of clients to call for renewals, but now we use monday Work Management and can have every note or status change with one click, whereas before it was very manual. The initial setup was smooth since we weren't converting from another software.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I don't like that the automation costs extra for a certain amount since it's not easy to control how much you are going to be using or not, and I also would prefer to have an option for reminders.

monday Work Management organizes our team's workflow, keeping client services and hiring organized. It's adaptable, allowing changes without added costs. It replaced our Excel sheets, streamlining client renewals with easy status updates and notes, reducing manual effort.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I like how monday Work Management has different types of columns for various values and types of data, like file columns, which I find really useful. I'm currently using it for my company's product docs capability. The AI analytics is very cool, and I appreciate how good the AI is in helping me manage my tasks. This makes the software very clean and good for my document needs. The AI features are particularly helpful on a daily basis, assisting me in my day-to-day operations. I also find the privacy feature valuable as it keeps my tasks separate from my boss's tasks. The initial setup was very easy; my boss explained it to me in about ten minutes.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I am not liking the monday vibe. The creating application feature doesn't work well for me whenever I try to create apps. They don't get created very well, and sometimes the app crashes, which is frustrating. It needs a refinement feature during the app development phase. Also, when integrating with other tools like OneDrive and cloud applications, it doesn't integrate so well, making seamless integration challenging. I try to use as many applications as possible, but it doesn't allow me to integrate many of them seamlessly.

I appreciate Monday Work Management's ease of use and potential work use cases. It allows me to track work-related projects while managing personal projects without needing multiple accounts. I love its expandability, as we can add team members and provide access to different workflows as required. It was easy to set up, and it's helped us categorize event requests for our major areas, keeping events organized and improving our planning. I think if we could expand on the automation options without having to always pay for a third party app would be ideal. Currently, I use Make.com for handling automations in certain projects. It would be great to just have that all under one roof.

Keeping project tasks streamlined and tagging employees in comments for status updates. The efficiency and organization really help keep everyone in the loop on all projects and tasks, and have one central place for all details so nothing is lost in the mix. It also doesn't clog up email inboxes with multiple threads with different subject line titles that all relate to the same project/task. Everything can be input one time in one central place, and then individuals tagged as they need to be in the loop.

Can’t even think of a dislike! It meets every need I have and beyond! I know there are features that I haven't even begun to use yet; it's just taking the time to see what else it could be doing for me!

Keeping tasks within a project streamlined and efficient, collaboration and communication, timelines, and more.

As a project manager and account manager, it cuts down on the amount of times I have to duplicate and send info to various employees. I can enter it all in one place that everyone has access to, that's organized, user-friendly, and streamlined for efficiency. 

It helps me tag individual employees for specific tasks, sending them an alert with the details and due date for the task. This cuts down on the time I have to spend, as well as leaves a very transparent communication for accountability. 

Also keeps any communication whether it be feedback, questions, etc in one easy, accessible and organized spot rather than digging through multiple email threads with different subject lines. 

In short, it has made my life SOOOO much easier!

My business couldn't operate without the clear instructions we're able to give each other on monday Work Management tasks. The design of the software makes a big difference, and my employees love it more than what we used before. It's so much easier to view, and the initial setup was very easy and simple. I would definitely recommend it, I'd even rate it a 10 because it's amazing.

I wish it followed up automatically on team members. I use Claude to scrape what tasks are stale / not moving, and it auto-leaves comments. I wish monday Work Management had those capabilities so I didn't have to build around it.

It's cloud-based, which means I never have to worry about adding 'too much' information or running out of space. The initial setup was very easy, and I look forward to adding more users to manage their client base. It also allowed easier creation of the CRM compared to Redtail, where it wasn't as smooth.

Monday work management is a great platform for organizing and managing projects. It’s fairly easy to use, and the file version feature is extremely helpful for keeping track of changes.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. I do freelance work on the side and would love to utilize monday, but as a team of one, paying for three seats per product just isn’t reasonable.

Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. Monday’s version history helps me stay organized and makes it easier to locate the resources I need efficiently.

For small teams or solo users, the interface can feel more complex than necessary. While powerful, Monday.com can have a learning curve and requires some upfront effort before it truly makes work easier.

I like the way how it makes clear and flexible day to day project work. As a project manager, i'm constantly juggling timelines, people and dependencies, in all mondays me see everything in one place without feeling overwhelmed. More importantly the visual boards and timelines make it very easy to understand project status at a glance, even during the busy weeks. I also appreciate the automations i.e cutting the manual updates, reminders and follow ups.

It is mainly related to complexity and cost as team grows. New users in my team often struggle with the board setup, automation and permissions which means there is a learning curve before teams fully become productive.

It solves the problem of scattered communication, unclear ownership and poor visibility across projects. For me, it centralizes tasks, timelines and responsibilities so everyone knows what to do and by when. I like how easy it is for me to build the boards and automations for all of the different aspects of the program. The automation is helpful because it allows for quick updates in the status and notifies the next person when their part is ready. It also helps provide reminders for the team to ensure that deadlines are not missed.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I had some issues with the Jotform add-in on monday Work Management. It allowed us to let our customers visualize portions of their co-branding assets and approve them or make changes, which would automatically update the board and notify the proper team member. However, Jotform limits responses to 15 unless we sign up for one of their paid programs, which is expensive if it becomes widely adopted across our company. The cost makes it unaffordable for us. I would love to see an option to update the existing item on my board with a form without paying for additional add-on programs. Also, the initial setup of monday Work Management was easy once I learned the inner workings of the program by myself. However, there wasn't a lot of training and onboarding provided unless I searched for it myself through online platforms and chat communities. The chat community by monday.com is great, but they don't offer good onboarding training outside that community.

I use monday Work Management to eliminate back-and-forth emails, avoid losing changes, and keep all project details organized for easy reference, while ensuring timely delivery of co-branded assets.

I use monday Work Management for project management. It helps me keep on track with who is doing what task and if it's completed or not. I like how easy it is to use and how it helps with organization by laying tasks out with a status bar and star rating to see what is most pressing. Moving from using an Excel spreadsheet to monday Work Management was better in every way. The initial setup was very easy since I could import my Excel spreadsheet. I also think it's great and would rate it a 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I'd love to move items from one board to another easily, like one task. Really just if there is a task with all the updates, maybe I want to move it from one board to another easily.

I find monday Work Management very easy to use and intuitive. It's straightforward to create boards and groups of boards. I find the platform visually appealing. All the necessary features for a project management board are already built in, which I appreciate. I can quickly duplicate boards and tasks, making the platform quick and easy to use. It's easy for everyone on my team, with varying levels of experience, to get started and manage their boards, which keeps everyone up to date on projects.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I use monday Work Management for stock control and project management, and I appreciate how it has transformed our workflow. Prior to monday Work Management, we struggled with chaos from using spreadsheets and chat conversations to manage customer orders. Now, the interactive boards help us tie everything together with a strong paper trail, enabling efficient and quick communication across the business. I really like its flexibility; it doesn't force a specific approach on us, acting as a blank sheet where we can create and continuously update systems as needed. The notifications and automation features are valuable tools that I use frequently. The setup was also easy, thanks to my colleague who got us up and running quickly. monday Work Management has grown with us from when we were a small 5-person team to now, with 13 staff. I love this software so much that I would rate it a 10 on a recommendation scale.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Truthfully, not much. It would be great to be able to set reminders for tasks that have been created more flexibly. Right now, you can set a reminder for a week or similar but you can't give a specific day or time for follow up. At least, not as far as I'm aware.
