I love the color-coding system because it allows me to quickly see where things stand, prioritize tasks, and stay organized. The automated reminders and deadline notifications are also a huge benefit. They help keep everyone accountable and projects moving forward without me having to constantly follow up or chase team members for updates. The flexibility and range of uses is very helpful. The biggest advantage I am finding now is the extremely intelligent and useful AI agents recently added. They are by far the most context-understanding and intelligent agents I have worked with and built within. They are literally able to predict next actions that I have not programmed with a high degree of fidelity. The pricing is more than fair and the ROI on the agents is at least 10X consistently. It is also good at integrating with our documents so that information only has to reside in one place but is accessible in others. They are easy and quick to learn how to code and the support information is very helpful. The agents are helping with team assignment, profitability analysis, client segmentation, and procedural validation and clean up. **What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?** My only complaint is that when using a board for metrics it does "averages of averages" so that sub total rates and percentages are incorrect. My company is just starting to push AI use more, so I will need to do more experimenting to do feedback, but again I think having AI built into products is the most ideal in terms of time savings **What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?** Day to Day - Some times changes happen that impact things I use and do everyday and I don't know about it. I am personally really flexible so it doesn't bother me that much, but I have other teammates that it bothers more. A Monday.com board visible to all Monday.com users to see with columns for last updated and drop downs or something for most likely impact on your work day would be helpful. Or potentially a pop up box that can't be exited without scrolling to the bottom of most recent updates. Emails about updates definitely don't work because they are not popping up when I'm using the product. I use another product that uses the pop-up box described above and it works great.
