I like the user-friendliness of monday Ai platform which makes it easy for employees to use with simple guidelines. The platform's ability to set automations and dashboards is amazing, as it handles tasks so the users don't have to worry—the platform essentially works for them. We have transitioned from spending hours on admin tasks to now having a single source of truth, owing to the implementation of a project management framework within monday Work Management using its templates and dashboards. I am able to collaboratively collect data on many active projects at one time. It is great to compile notes and documents from meetings that not all of my group are able to attend. Monday is extremely customizable and the colors/labels make it very easy to spot problems or hold ups on projects at a glance. The automations are very helpful as well (i.e., I can set an automated message to go to a team member when I move a project from "pending" to "active"). Customisable status bars work really well when you are a visual person. I can view an entire team charter on a single dashboard and see, from the colours, where the different projects are up to. I also love that each task has a speech bubble so that comms, links, files for that specific task are all kept together in one place...no more hunting for emails. The automations are also great, changing out people, updating within guidelines. The more I use Monday.com the more I love it....and that was BEFORE they started introducing agentic support! The product has significant customization opportunities. The work management tool is quick to learn and has the adaptability we need for our work which is always changing. We have placed our work processes in Monday which creates efficiencies in our large workload, data at all levels (from highest level review to detailed analysis), and the ability to quickly deploy assistance when one of our team members has an unexpected increase in work. It’s extremely user-friendly. It’s easy to navigate and simple to use, and overall it offers a lot of functionality for creating new tables, graphs, and layouts. The integrations are second to none. We integrate with multiple tools and APIs we already use, which makes our lives easier. It works well, loads quickly, and has fantastic uptime, especially after the more recent updates. The price is very competitive—if not better than other CRMs. Support is phenomenal: they get back to us quickly, resolve our issues, and stay friendly whenever something comes up. The BI-(Business Intelligence) tools built-in also make analysis a breeze.

Our company uses it daily as our primary CRM, and we were genuinely happy once we finally found a tool that works with our data and workflow while still fitting our budget. The automations save us time, and we’ve set them up on every board. It’s also allowed us to scale our data and CRM as our company grows. I like the ease of using monday Work Management, especially how easy it is to set it up myself. I value being able to record and review information smoothly and love how I can access my information at all times. Additionally, the software provides me with statistics and makes my work team more efficient. I like the usability of monday Work Management and find the user interface really simple, which makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to use. Sometimes switching between different views can be quite hard, which means we end up working on one view per team. This can be inconvenient when different team members have different layout preferences. Also, for our small team of six, the pricing seems a bit high because the earliest price point is set for ten people. Structure of the platform is very adaptable to my needs. I can quickly create boards for my work, and updates are easy to pop on there. The AI tool is very, very slow. When you ask the AI agent to do anything, it takes so long to think about it that you could do it yourself, or search on Google for how to do it, a lot faster. I love how monday Work Management keeps everything for a campaign organized and together. I really value the communication features and automations that help move campaigns through the process.
