I can set up segmentation in Act On for campaigns just as easily as I can in Sugar. **What do you dislike about Sugar CRM Connector?** Nothing with the connector itself, but we do run into problems with processes taking too long overnight that delay our Act On email sends in the morning. This most likely isn't a problem with the Connector. **What problems is Sugar CRM Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy way to transfer data collected in Sugar over to Act On.
