What do you like best about Chatra?

This tool makes it easy to bring messages and emails together in one place. It's user-friendly for chatting, and the ability to attach files is very helpful. I also appreciate that you can save some customer information, which helps turn a chat into a potential lead. I use it every day for customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatra?

There were a few bugs at first, such as notifications not making any sound, but these issues were resolved later. I would appreciate it if a dark theme could be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatra?

Chatra interfaces with your website and allows users to send messages to any staff who are marked as working for that period of time. If it is after business hours, an email is sent to you instead so you can communicate with leads. You can see what customers are typing and can prepare responses. What do you like best about Chatra?

Chatra is super quick and easy to manage client chats and customer chats. The application is simply superb to navigate and the notifications are really quick which helps you not to miss any conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chatra sometimes gets frozen while having a live session. Maybe there are server issues sometimes which need to be fixed, or rest all is great with the app.
