The best thing about Unleashed is its accuracy and focus on inventory. It gives a clear picture of stock levels, product movement, and cost tracking across warehouses. Once everything is set up properly, it’s reliable and helps avoid errors in stock ordering and fulfilment. Unleashed feels rigid compared to other modern platforms. Customisation options are limited, the interface isn’t very intuitive, and some workflows take more clicks than expected. The Biggest thing about Unleashed is it is Stable. I tried to break the software over two months while we demoed it and could not.

I haven't used any other services like Unleashed. It gets the job done. It's user-friendly for the most part and was easy to learn to use once set up by admin. It's nice keeping invoices, quotes, purchases, etc in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The step from the small plan to the medium plan is extremely expensive, the small lacks so much that the medium has but the medium also has more than I need, as with so many cloud based systems they miss the boat with small businesses, I would love to be on the medium for a couple of extra functions but cannot justify the jump, have a couple more tiers or the ability for user pays and choose the extra functions. Basic data entry. No ability to customize. You cannot easily make changes or adjustments for information not provided by unleashed. Example: no estimated ship date to the customer. I dislike that the search button both in the general search and when you are inputting something it will only serach for product codes. It would be helpful if it could search product names. E.G. Our code is KC-240 however name is Wireless Keypad. For someone that doesn't know the codes it can be part.

Also having the ability to dispatch part of a bundle (we often have 1 item out of stock) meaning to dispatch we have to put individual bundle items in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I is great to be able to control inventory and the entire sales process - online - anywhere, anytime. I use the App on my phone for "quick look" requirements - customer contacts, stock levels and so forth and the full system otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
