**What do you like best about ServiceM8?**

It was feature rich , decent UI, but could have been improved , It had the most amount of integrations for the Australian business but they did not always worked right.... The perfromance well there were lots of bugs, disappeared saved phone conversations , constantly having to ask main admin to dig deep into ServiceM8 to recover stuff that should have never disappeared in the first place. The pricing , well I remember the CEO saying they were paying a lot for it, and they didn't had options to use other platforms since they had the best integrations but , overall the platform was buggy and slow. It was relatively easy to get setup with it . The AI is  constantly improving and the transcription were decent enough but it didn't had mind-blowing features which made the workflow easier just basic AI put in there.

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

As I already said , lots of bugs, disappearing phone conversations , the UI could have been improved It look like its designed back in 2002 , its not a solid platform , constant long loading screens , refresh and quitting the app 20 times a day to make it ( faster ) .. Haven't used it in about a year and I hope they fixed all that ...

**What problems is ServiceM8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of medium/ large businesses with lots of staff and customers. Good integrations. Creating business systems for multiple services within the platform.

**What do you like best about ServiceM8?**

Not much at all lately.  There's always major problems when they update.

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

You can't speak with anyone.  Suddenly the app slowed down.  Service M8 said it's because we have too many active quotations..... A business should have unlimited "active quotations".  Suddenly our customers could no longer book and schedule a service online.... Service M8 said there is an "obvious problem with our our account" (no financial) but they still haven't fixed this after 2 weeks of our business suffering from no online bookings.  We spent 2 hours on their chat telling them about ALL of the issues we have encounted since their new update of which NONE have been resolved.  Do no risk putting your business on the line!

No resolutions to hand with all the problems my business is experiencing.

ServiceM8 makes it easy for us to manage technical teams in the field and offer support. It can be used to schedule tasks. deploy as well as locate personnel in real-time. It is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

ServiceM8 is hard to integrate with other software. This increases the time to complete some tasks as yu have to run other software separately.

**What problems is ServiceM8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ServiceM8 helps to streamline field oprations and manage technical personnel. It is easier to assign and schedule tasks and monitor staff in realtime. This increases accountability and productivity.

Be able to carry out invoicing with great ease of use, the scheduled calendars to accomplish all actions and tasks within the company.

Sometimes it is difficult to automatically send invoices to free software and also simple to use like free readers and PDF compilers.

Quickly create my invoices, save them in a secure space accessible from all my devices with very appreciable automation.

**What do you like best about ServiceM8?**

ServiceM8 is a fantastic tool for managing my field service operations. The most helpful aspect of the platform is its ability to keep track of my team's progress and schedule in real-time. This allows me to quickly address any issues that arise and ensure that all of my jobs are completed on time. Additionally, the app is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes it simple for my team to use on the go. Overall, ServiceM8 has greatly improved the efficiency and organization of my business, and I would highly recommend it to any field service operation.

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

ServiceM8 is a powerful tool for managing field service operations, however, there are a few downsides to using the platform. One issue I have encountered is that the invoicing feature can be a bit clunky and time-consuming to navigate. Additionally, the customer portal could be improved and could offer more customization options.

Another downside is that the integration capabilities with other software is limited, which can make it difficult to fully integrate ServiceM8 into my existing workflow. Despite these downsides, I do find that ServiceM8 is a valuable tool for managing my field service operations and the benefits outweigh the downsides. But it's worth noting that these issues could be a dealbreaker for some users.

ServiceM8 has been an invaluable tool in helping me solve a variety of business problems in my field service operation. One of the main issues I was facing was a lack of visibility into my team's progress and scheduling. This often resulted in jobs being delayed or not completed on time. With ServiceM8, I am able to track my team's progress and schedule in real-time, allowing me to quickly address any issues that arise and keep my jobs on track.

ServiceM8 has an issue with solving problems - we are unable to auto-track our field staff - on going problem with no updates for more than 6 months

**What do you like best about ServiceM8?**

You get the support you need any time of day or night. The support is by way of email and once you get your initial question answer, if there is any follow-up, the response is quick.

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

If you are in an emergency, you just have to wait. You have to be realistic about your expectations. Like is someone going to die if you do not have system access.The best thing to do is have a paper back because at a later point in time when the systems are back up, you can capture the necessary data.

The aspect of having job control software that will not financially break you. The power of the life cycle of a quote, job and invoice with the checks and balances in place to keep everything in place.

Nothing as of now. I would like to just say they can get better versions of soft calling as well

**What do you like best about ServiceM8?**

Inbox mail to Job converting is a great system It automatically identifies the fields from the mail content and makes a Job post. Also, It has some important API to call from any other software.

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

Job creating API is not a simple API. You need to call 3 APIs to create a complete Job post. Automatic field mapping is giving the wrong results sometimes when email content contains more than 2 emails.

**What problems is ServiceM8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a contact us form in our website which was needed to create a job post along with the contact us form as usual. I used another ServiceM8 when someone submit a contact us form I just Call the SeviceM8 API to create a job after doing the existing process of our own system.

**What do you like best about ServiceM8?**

What I like most about Service8 is that I save a lot of time and pay more quickly, and this is very rewarding. It also offers me the possibility to personalize my invoices and quotes and the clients are satisfied, my company offers several services facilities and this keeps me organized. on the platform I have all the features that I need, even when I start a new project I can add the address, the email and much more. 

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

There are certain disadvantages that can make it a bit annoying, for example: I would like to see the purchase orders with their respective photograph, I am sure that they will soon include more advantages, which already has its implementation in the cloud has been very helpful for my business , nothing is lost that is a huge plus, other software only works with the network. 

**Recommendations to others considering ServiceM8:**

If what you want is that your service company grow this tool is the right one, is based on the cloud, offers mobile access, control of the database for the client, tracking your service history among others. 

**What problems is ServiceM8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that Service M8 works without an internet connection is the maximum for my company, its technical support is considered. It also integrates with emails perfectly, it's really changing my business, it's so relaxing to see everything organized and that my team uses it without problems there are certain things, but they are resolved and their cost is accessible to me.

**What do you like best about ServiceM8?**

I like that you can customize templates and upload to be used very easily and invoicing is extremely easy to do with this system and remove if any mistakes.

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

The reports are extremely basic and don't really allow you to customize but you can export it to an excel and sort and work your magic that way.

**Recommendations to others considering ServiceM8:**

This is a great product as it's extremely easy to maneuver on daily tasks and I invoice out of it weekly. My biggest recommendation is playing around in the system as i keep finding new ways to manipulate data to make my tasks easier when searching information. This system is extremely basic so you have to be the one to do a lot in it rather than it being left to its own devices.

**What problems is ServiceM8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can very easily track past and present jobs without having to have only 1 way of finding the information. You can use many key words to help you find the job or by property location. Major benefit has been the ease of the system, hopefully corporate will allow us to use the GPS feature for when we need to reach our guys on site.

**What do you like best about ServiceM8?**

ServiceM8 gives a step by step setup upon sign up. They have these short how-to videos in the dashboard and a pretty useful help menu. This helped me has a newbie to the software. Overall It is has great record keeping so you can have all your records for each client at your fingertips.

**What do you dislike about ServiceM8?**

Never really could figure out how to resize the logo. The help menu was pretty useful but I ended up referring it a lot while navigating in the mobile app. It doesn’t integrate with QB Payments. They should roll out a update pretty soon.

**Recommendations to others considering ServiceM8:**

Overall it's a good app but it could be made better with more integrations. So if you need those kind of features like QB Payment integrations I suggest you decide on another software.

**What problems is ServiceM8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well at that point of time when the startup was at a good level we were focused on customer service and ServiceM8 proved to be a relatively inexpensive product. it's been very helpful to us with scheduling service calls and doing invoicing
