What do you like best about Workiz?

We really liked the ease of use of the system, as it offers a very intuitive interface. Additionally, we value that all functions are integrated into a single platform: scheduling, billing, and communication with clients. What do you dislike about Workiz?

The functionality of the reports and statements is somewhat limited, and customer support may take time to respond. Additionally, the mobile application for field use often experiences disconnections on several occasions. Also, the learning curve for automation can be quite complex. What do you like best about Workiz?

i have been using workiz for about 4 years or so, for multiple businesses of which i am the marketing lead provider for. This software has undergone some amazing changes and has grown and improved. The latest AI changes is what caused me to leave this review - it is my way to be grateful and acknowledge the hard work. Workiz development team has put into this FSM.

The latest improvements mean our reps can talk to a client and have his info automatically be saved in the system, he job information automatically be inserted and ready for approval which saves us A LOT OF TIME.

What do you dislike about Workiz?

What do you dislike about Workiz?

I find the one-year contract with Workiz extremely restrictive, as it locks me in without the possibility of exit. This has resulted in significant financial losses, as I was required to pay $400 each month, totaling over $4,000, despite no longer being able to utilize the service. I feel that this contract system is akin to a scam. Moreover, the customer service is unsatisfactory; my attempts to contact them go largely unanswered, and when they do respond, it's often with an inability to help cancel the service or stop the charges. This lack of responsive support has left me frustrated and feeling trapped with no way out, making me strongly advise others against using this service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of setting things up. The pictures for our services are great. It has a custom document feature that I had been requesting from our previous Housecall Pro CRM and never got. This is important to comply with State CSLB Laws. Great flow, Easy to navigate and take pictures, Equipment Info and payments. I like the automation part as well all included. What do you like best about Workiz?

There are many things: The best Part is the message center that all my numbers are routed to and which I can communicate to customers via text and calling from different areas of the program. I also am loving the automations external for estimate reminders to customers but also the triggers I use to communicate to my staff when the status changes and its time for them to take over. I have customized each stage my lead is in which makes it easy to know where people are. The tags are helpful to find exactly what I need and fast.

The app is really good. The techs use it to give a customer their eta, close out their jobs, review the job and pictures the day before their scheduled visit.

The software integrates with QB online. The reports are amazing. Its really made running my business so much easier. I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workiz?

When using the app the icons at the bottom are not static. Sometimes I have to go into leads then go back to get the icons to pop up in order to go to messages or clients etc. Thats a bug Im sure. But that is something that is slightly frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workiz?

I like the amount of features they offer — specifically the fact that they have their own VoIP system internal to the tool. This is what differentiates their product from the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workiz?

Workiz migration team was horrendous to communicate and work with. It's a shame that such a powerful platform has such a disengaged migration team. It truly feels like you're in service of them, not the other way around.

They promised us to have our data imports from Jobber into Workiz done in 24-36 hours. I got a cold hand response from the import team stating "this isn't a realtime service, your request will be put into a queue with the rest of the requests." despite the onboarding team promising us a 24-36 hrs SLA for import.

So many promises were made. So many were broken. We were sold a different platform than what exists.

There are massive gaps in what you're able to do — for example, if you create a custom field on a job. You can input information in the field, but you CAN'T clear it. From then on, forever, something needs to live in that data field. There is no way to remove a value from a field. This is basic basic basic functionality.

Every request you do have to improve the system, you get the same response from every rep at the company — put into our backlog and up vote it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
