It's great that they provide a free trial for users to test the app fully. This is a great initiative that combines CRM and operations, saving time and effort.

I'd like to have more freedom on custom fields such as "Clients" and "jobs". I'd like to be able to add dropdowns, completion statuses, etc. something like Notion databases.

it's quite difficult to run at slower internet speeds.

Workiz makes it extremely easy to manage client and customer information from a centralized point. It also makes it easy for inventory management and the tracking of invoices,work orders and receipts.

The visual calendar that lets me and my team have a clear picture of the current status of our technicians and our leads. The ability to communicate to everyone over the app and have a trail of communications.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

The only thing I think can be improved is the reporting and the fact that we can't report with phone numbers. We could take a huge advantage if that were the case. Other than that, it is a great tool.

We are on top of our technicians and our leads, in constant communication for rescheduling and tracking our sales. It is an excellent tool for scheduling and putting critical information available.

It's an ok software, however its too expensive

The customer support is terrible. I couldn't manually cancel the subscription. I had to call in. Even then, it still hasn't been completed. Christian Quirino, Customer Success Team Lead, very unresponsive person. I been trying to get my refund for about a month now. I've called support, google face calls, and email. Still haven't gotten my refund.

The benefits to our team have been great, employees use WorkIz every day in the field to get the information they need to do a successful job. The customer facing component is equally fantastic! It really elevates our interactions with customers, having our estimates, proposals, invoices, payments, completion photos, all in a professionally presented format with a quick and easy link.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

There are some basic functions that can be imporoved upon to cut down on the time spent in data entry. Some of the reports have yet to be tailored to the specific information important to our team.

All processes are now streamlined from team communication to customer communictaion.

**What do you like best about Workiz?**

I love the variety of features and how easy it is to use the software. There's so much you can do with it and you can view so many different reports and it's easy to navigate. It was very easy and quick to implement. Customer tech support imported my lists and even old job history in excel format. Very cool! Integrates with almost everything and has good, actually usable triggers for zapier.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

I wish the mobile had was a little more intuitive. For example I wish you could be in a job and click the customer to view their profile and all their history. But instead you have to leave the job screen and search for the client in the client list.

**What problems is Workiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's saving me time by having inventory, reports, online booking and everything. Basically it's keeping me organized so I can keep up with things.

**What do you like best about Workiz?**

Simple to use. Built specifically for my type of business, which is on-call repair and installation services that need good dispatching features. Built-in VOIP service packed with helpful features like call masking, call recording, a quick way to share recordings, the ability to port all your existing numbers, and only $2 a month per number! You can get local numbers everywhere in NA. I love this VOIP feature so much because before this, I used Grasshopper, RingCentral, Vonage, and they were all either bad or too expensive. And when you can have it integrated into your existing work process management software, what more can you ask for? I love Workiz. (There is one major issue with Workiz, and I will mention it in "what I dislike.")

The software operates flawlessly.
They always update it, introduce new features, and you can submit requests for new features and monitor the progress of their acceptance and development.
The mobile app is easy to use, with an option to accept credit card payments from the app and a built-in live 24/7 chat.
I tried Jobber, House Call Pro, Service Titan, and I think a few others, but I don't remember the names. However, after doing my research, I found Workiz to offer the best ROI.
I've naturally become their ambassador and recommend it to all my colleagues on any occasion because they are genuinely doing a great job.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

If or when the need for support arises (I say "if" because 99% of the time everything works solidly), the chat support isn't always great at understanding the issue. They often respond in a way that gives me the impression I'm speaking with someone located far from NA, who isn't very technically aware of the software behind Workiz. In many cases, this leads to prolonged miscommunication, repeated questions, and inefficiency in addressing my concerns. I typically become quite frustrated in these situations. The communication with support breaks down, but after a short time, the issue resolves itself.

**What do you like best about Workiz?**

We switched to Workiz from Housecall pro. As a service business it was really important for us to keep track of all the jobs. With Workiz we are able to give jobs various statuses depending on the level of completion or payment processing stage. We never miss any deadline or payments. It also has a soft phone as well and accepts cards.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

It's really easy to use for younger generation, our 60+ subcontractors find it difficult to use though.

**What problems is Workiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Give tags and statuses to jobs so they don't get lost - for example mark the ones where the payment has not been received or the once's that need follow up.

**What do you like best about Workiz?**

When it comes to this kind of management software, I've tried just about everything. None of them quite gave us all the features we needed for our window treatment business, or they had them and were abismally painful to use. Workiz gave us everything we needed to operate our small business, and did it with a clean, user-friendly UI and logical workflow. Our techs have only said great things about using this software, and it makes management and sales a breeze for me.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

I'd like to see the option to have multiple payment plans available on an estimate. Not essential but it would be a nicety. It would also be nice to have tasks available in something other than the enterprise version.

**What problems is Workiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workiz unifies our CRM, customer communication, work calendar, and dispatch management, saving us time and money in the process. The professional look and built in features like financing options have also increased our sales.

Thery do not accomidate multi-day jobs in scheduling very well- or different phases in a project. That is something I would like to see.

Scheduling, phone porting, estimating, invoicing- being able to do everything through one systme is extremly helpful.

**What do you like best about Workiz?**

The Workiz program is simple straight forward and easy to use. The best thing about the product it has integrations that work well with other programs, this allows you to focus on running the business and not learning the program.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

The Workiz program is very stable we have only experienced a few times the internet not connecting but that is not a Workiz issue rather a network issue. I really have no issues with the program, the support is verry good you may have to wait 20 minutes for a support rep but overall  the Workiz program preforms exceptionally well.

**What problems is Workiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM - it keeps us with current information and photos of previous jobs. 
Invoicing- This allows for accurate invoicing. 
Taxes- keeps us current on taxes
Communications – Notifies the customer and techs of any updates they need
Inventory- looking forward to tracking of our inventory for better planning.

various little bugs that happen after an update every now and then. certain settings are not easy to change or all found in the same place in settings.

The update in Q1 2024 is a step down from what we previously had. Refresh feature is a button instead of a pulldown screen and the missed calls dont dissapear when you press on them after a refresh

Workiz makes it easy to navigate their website, and customer service is beyond helpful when answering all questions! It has become a massive part of our routine and helped us build a stronger foundation as we grow our business. As the central office manager who uses the site entirely throughout the day for just about everything we do, I enjoy how user-friendly Workiz is.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

Workiz has a fantastic foundation; there are just a couple of widgets and tools that I wish were more in-depth and had more categories to organize better and have more attention to detail.

**What problems is Workiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While the Locksmiths are on the go, I can assign jobs and add products and services to the invoices, allowing them to do their work and get payment on-site without hassle. Workiz keeps track of our inventory, invoices, and client information. The schedule is easy to navigate for me in the office and for the technicians on the road.

I really love how the whole system flows together, from capturing leads to booking appointments and collecting payments. If you own a service business and want to streamline your operations, start with Workiz!

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

The mobile site is great, but I am not a fan of the calendar view. Many times, it opens to the week after, causing confusion for both my technicians and myself. It's not a big deal, but the mobile calendar view could be improved.

Lots of bugs and the workflow is very far from being intuitive. The system is flexible and if you're tech savvy, you can make it work, but it's very very very frustrating to my team to deal with the bugs and counterintuitive workflow. Jobber (which we had switched from) was 100x more intuitive and smooth. The current financing options are limited (i think the max is 5 or 10k), which is tough for my type of business, but they're working to improve that so I don't expect it to be an issue forever

Its integration with our other software and also its flexible structure and open API allow it to scale with us

What I dislike is that Workiz is not an effective CRM for working with property managers or clients with multiple properties.

Workiz is our solution for coordinating jobs and communicating with customers. We use it to dispatch and schedule our service jobs. This increases our operational efficiency and we can complete more jobs.

I've been doing years of messages keeping up with paperwork. Work is kind of makes it all seamlessly together. I would definitely suggest recommend this for any service industry business and using it for a good 5+ years trying to other programs that lack automations mostly will be the biggest difference

The app is not the greatest does have mistakes and buffs for the most part I would update the view to be delivere more visual space on the app, the calendar could be improved

There are many helpful things about workiz. It helps me keep track of all my payments, send invoices, tag my jobs and label them on what needs to be done. Great customer service.

The only downside I have had was using the phone. My safari automatically blocked the window because of a "window pop-up." Gladly the workiz customer service replied fast and helped me step by step to open the phone window.

Workiz helps me solve a lot of problems. I can stay organized in all my jobs. It sends reminders to all my customers and technicians about upcoming appointments. I can use workiz to contact the customer without using my personal number.

I like the ease of adding customers to my database.  I also love the ability to record phone conversations.  It comes in handy for training purposes

There are a couple of downsides.  The search engine could be easier to use, and you cannot use wireless headphones with the app.

My favorite part about Workiz is the simple and easy to navigate interface. I love the amount of customization I can have with custom fields. I can add anything I need to client cards, invoices, and estimates. The automations also are extremely helpful for confirming appointments and gathering general customer information.

My only complaints are that I wish I could assign multiple people to tasks and have a more simple way to schedule meetings.

So far, we are enjoying the ability to have a fast/smooth running application for our phones. If you have any questions, the chats get answered quickly as well. We came from a desktop style software. We love it!

We would like the ability to do a la carte items, instead of having the basic Service Agreements in the highest priced monthly service. It would be nice to be able to click online to add new services to your current plan.

When starting up they are fast and helpful. It has great options, an they upgrade all the time. Custmers love how it keeps them informed. Payments are easy. The phone system is a great option as well.

There is not much that I dislike about Workiz. Little thing here and there, But you have that with anything. It would be nice to have the phone system ring on VOIP desk phones, But it is not a deal breaker.

Customer support is nearly immediate every time we reach out. They've thought of everything for the field-based business. If you are looking to expand, this software is a Workiz.

It takes some getting used to at first. However, after you learn where everything is, it is great!

It is simple, user friendly and keeps our company organized and ready to go in one place. It offers all a business need to track schedules and do your billing as well.  If you encounter an issue you can chat or talk to a rep and they will make sure you get the help you need on the spot.  Love it !

The only thing so far is I would like to have a feature to do E-blast to all my clients in one spot as supposes to have to use a secondary platform for it.  Add this feature please.  That way we can sen emails in one place.

Easy to use, Easy to track customer communications. We used Workiz as a CRM for one department of our business, and it worked well!

No ability to work with us on a partial year. We transitioned to a company wide ERP and CRM which goes live 1-2 months after our renewal date. They ONLY work in yearly contracts. The software is not robust enough to deal with different departments or accounting other than Quickbooks as the backend, in my opinion.

**What do you like best about Workiz?**

That I can access the schedule no matter where I am, I can be on vacation and get a call about the office having an issue with the program. I can log in from any computer or even download the app and make whatever adjustments I need right from there. Also, anytime we have an issue, we reach out to technical support, and they have it fixed within a half hour. They are always so quick to take care of all our issues and correct them.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

We set up a lot of reoccurring calls for our monthly visits for our contracts. When we go out on these recurring visits each month, after our visit we must bill the customer the same monthly bill for each visit.  I wish they had a feature available to have the reoccurring calls generate with an invoice  so I don't have to add the invoice every single month to the call.

We were not able to see any of our submitted calls on our schedule board  for any day on the calender only the computer but we could see all our submitted calls when we were using the app on our phones

The automations are very helpful and finally consistent after months of trouble shooting and their developers fixing glitches

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

Nearly every system they have created is about 80% complete.  Lots if good ideas and launches without testing if it works for day to day usage. Not one thing is 100% ready. 
Automations- No dashboard or settings options. Just a big jumbled nonintuitive system. When creating an automation it kicks you to the front everytime. You cannot choose to send an automation more than once, if somethings goes wrong with the first automation, you can't shoot it out again. No automations for Prevost customer had put a huge delay in our new systems.
Leads - no option to make a customer report, does not recognize duplicates well, cannot book them on automated scheduling, just jobs)
Calendar - No two way integration, jumbled mess when viewing all techs and jobs, time slots are not even exact so it's hard to see times that jobs start 
Jobs some statuses don't allow you to add sub statuses. No 30 day trash if you accidentally delete a job
Documents- keeps the signature even when you edit it! Huge liability issue
Pay system -only allows you to charge a 3.5% fee when charging thr card yourself but but cannot add when a customer pays themselves?? You can remove card pay once its added??
Our phones system have never worked and we continue to be charged.
Text system is a whole book in itself. 
Estimates No real reporting ability
Invoices- Can't change the date on an invoice once invoice??

There is nothing I can say is 100% great. Please take time to test you product with your team instead of firing eveyone who works for your team. We have had 4 managers fired in 6 months of fully using this product. Which means we truly get nowhere with large issue that arise.

Our phone system is one of biggest reasons why we chose Workiz and we have never had the opportunity to use it due non stop glitches and issues and several fired managers working on the system. We are paying $130 a month, requested refunds multiple times, and we continue to get charged because the have been trouble shoot everything for 4 months. I'm just so very very disappointed with everything.  We've invested thousands and thousands of dollars to turn back now unfortunately.

Occasionally when  you request a fix they may fix it. But it really depends. Automations have gotten alot better

I use Workiz for my appliance repair business. Do appointments, scheduling and everything regarding invoicing. Very easy for my tech to get used to, dispatcher likes it too. I will keep using it and most likely will upgrade my plan

WorkIZEasy, CRM is great!  Makes running the admin/ops for small businesses fun.  Tracking sales, calendar of jobs and keeping teams on track.  Itemized sales for easy invoicing and getting paid.   Great onboard message chat system to stay in contact with clients without picking up the phone.

**What do you dislike about Workiz?**

Sometimes a long wait for tech support over the weekends.  Sometimes, a small business waiting 24 to 48 hours for help could set them back.  I like the chat option, as that might be a solution for troubleshooting with an online representative.   This assists in a more productive conversation with the seasoned pros/tech folks when there available.

WorkIZEasy Account Rep. is working on our phone system solution.  Trying to work with our VoIP company and integrating a "pop up" box to work with phones and the Workizeasy platform.
