## Bynder Reviews
 ### 1. Exceptional implementation!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeleine G. | Product Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Exceptional demo: The demo your team presented was extremely thorough and clearly tailored to our RFP. It gave us a strong sense of confidence from the start.
Flexibility in implementation: We really appreciate how you adjusted the implementation approach to our needs—starting with DAM and then moving to BAM, even though we know this is not a standard sequence. This flexibility is crucial for meeting our internal deadlines.
Clear expectations and documentation: The week-to-week expectations have been communicated very clearly. The documentation you’ve provided with each delivery has been especially helpful. It's evident that you have a lot of experience with these processes.
Positive meeting dynamic: You consistently bring great energy to our meetings, and it genuinely makes a difference in how smooth things move forward.
Strong team match: Our key resources—Björn Burger and Adam Trebski—complement each other exceptionally well. We are very happy with the collaboration with both of them.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I do not have any dislikes. The kantata portal did not work for us - but Bynder itself is great!

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are replacing a DAM that has recieved End of Life!

 ### 2. Bynder is excellent choice when looking for DAM and Studio for quick and easy content adaptation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is an intuitive and robust Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform that excels in usability and customization. One of its standout advantages is that it doesn’t require an admin with an IT background. Instead, a business-focused individual with a solid understanding of internal processes can effectively manage the system, making it highly accessible for non-technical teams. The interface is user-friendly, allowing quick adoption, and the platform offers extensive customization options, but we are note there yet.

update: After 18 months of using Bynder as our DAM, we decided to add Bynder Studio—and the onboarding experience was excellent.

Sven, our Studio expert, was a standout partner throughout the process. His deep knowledge of the module and ability to quickly understand our use cases helped us configure Studio in a way that truly fits our workflows. He consistently offered smart, practical recommendations and guided us toward the most effective setup.

Carina, our onboarding manager, kept the entire project running smoothly. She provided clear structure, communicated proactively, and made sure every step moved forward without delays. Her organization and support made the onboarding feel easy and well-coordinated.

Overall, the onboarding was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to the combined expertise of Sven and Carina, we were able to get Studio up and running confidently. A great experience that reinforced our decision to expand our Bynder ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Despite its strengths, Bynder does have some challenges. The initial implementation can be costly and time-intensive, which may be a hurdle for smaller organizations. While the platform is intuitive for basic use. Occasionally, there are performance issues, particularly when managing large volumes of data.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing assets and their distribution to the markets & adaptation

 ### 3. Exceptional Onboarding and Intuitive Asset Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Creative Director, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The onboarding process was great, and we had a dedicated team that was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through setup. The process for finding assets is very intuitive for teammembers, and we like that this is not a folder-based system. Customer support has also been fast and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The platform is rather expensive, but we think it is worth it to help solve our DAM needs.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is a fresh start to our DAM, and effective at getting the right assets in front of the right teammembers, while helping us to eliminate the clutter of outdated digital assets.

 ### 4. Bynder: Great Digital Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh R. | Creative Production Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is a great company to work with. They are pros in the field of Digital Asset Management and are proactively looking to keep improving the product. The DAM is easy to use and provides lots of useful integrations. Our onboarding was fantastic with Christina and Cait.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

No dislikes at this time. So far all good!

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide a DAM system that is easy to use for all users.

 ### 5. Great set up and amazing team to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan T. | Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The organization of Bynder is well organized and the onboarding experience has been wonderful. I like that it is so customizable.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some of the admin set up is odd. I feel that if you are one of the main admin I should not have to request access to assets created and uploaded into collections. I was shown how to solve the access issue quickly but it just seems an odd step to have to do if you are in control of most of you companies assets

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It will be great to share marketing materials with the whole company and individuals. I think it will be especially helpful with larger documents and sending and receiving assets to vendors and well as our large amount of branches across MI and FL.

 ### 6. Smooth Transition to Bynder with Successful Implementation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Switching to Bynder has been a relatively smooth transition for us. The implementation and deployment have gone well, and I’m looking forward to hearing how others across the organization feel about Bynder compared with our previous DAM solution.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The cost of Bynder is higher than our previous solution.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is helping us create a centralized place where our Associates can access our digital assets. It’s cut down on the constant, “Where can I find xx?” questions and made it much easier to locate what we need.

 ### 7. Bynder Onboarding Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellie-Rose R. | Brand Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The portal is much more intuitive and user-friendly, making it significantly easier to navigate, search and upload assets. It has also improved the experience for our external partners, who can now quickly access and download the content they need.

A huge thank you to Carina Krause for her dedication and support. She’s been instrumental in making this a success. Carina was highly professional, consistently attentive and always willing to help, no matter how many questions I had. Her deep knowledge of the platform and calm, supportive approach made all the difference. So Thank you :)

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Even though it suggests you can upload 250 assets at a time, I found this wasn't the case. Which meant it took me longer to upload all of our existing assets.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even though Bynder doesn't work in a folder structure, the search function and automated AI tags have been really helpful when searching for something specific. Bynder has hugely helped with our external agencies, having their own landing page has been hugely successful. Sometime in the near future, we will have ready made templates in studio, this will benefit the company massively, making it easier for staff to create their own assets without going off brand.

 ### 8. Easy to Use, and an Amazing Setup Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Ease of use and working with great people to set everything up -- Marissa Eades and Grace Nelson are amazing.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The mass uploader would be awesome if I didnt have to code every single image-- its overwhelming and is forcing me to upload in small batches.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assets are in one place and the search capability and tagging is gold

 ### 9. Bynder solves the HUGE pain point of locating and using assets - and so much more!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelina A. | Multimedia Content Specialist (videographer/photographer/editor), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder solves the HUGE pain point of locating and using assets. Previously we had folders within folders within folders, and unless you knew the specific folder chain sequence, finding assets like photos was a long and frustrating process. Not only does Bynder have a tagging system in place, but it goes above and beyond for our specific needs such as being able to add doctor names, including face recognition so we can easily search and find EVERY assets with a specific doctor. This also extends to specialty type, hospital location, date, usage rights, and so much more. Plus, as designers, we're able to integrate Bynder with the Adobe Suite programs which creates a seamless workflow and easily allows us to pull assets from Bynder directly into our project. Bynder doesn't just organize your assets, it creates multiple pathways for anyone to search and find what they need based on the categories you set tailored to your business needs. They have an onboarding system that sets you up for success, and Malik was incredibly helpful in getting us ready for the integration with Bynder and made the process smooth, informative, and easy to follow. If you're considering Bynder as your digital asset management system, I say look no further. They've got you.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The most challenging part about Bynder is the amount of time needed to integrate all our assets (we have A LOT). This is expected for any digital asset management system, though, and our time is divided between Bynder set-up and our regular workload. There's also still developments needed for video needs, as the facial recognition feature doesn't apply to video, and some of the long 4K files take a while to upload. There is a workaround to this via their mass uploader option, and shorter 4K files upload well the regular way. That said, they do have transcripts for video needs, so if a doctor says their name and title on camera, the transcript will pick that up. As a videographer myself, I still went for using Bynder and am very happy overall with its capabilities.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is solving the pain point of locating and using assets, tagging doctors, searching for specific photos, and centralizing all assets in a way that's easy to find and use.

 ### 10. Bynder makes managing and sharing assets easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren S. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

We've been using Bynder as our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform for the past few months, and it's been an excellent addition to our business operations. The platform has significantly improved the way we store, organise, and share our digital assets across both our internal and external stakeholders. Its user-friendly and easy to navigate interface and powerful search functionality make it easy for everyone in the organisation to find exactly what they need, quickly and efficiently.

Bynder has helped streamline our workflows, maintain brand consistency, and save countless hours that were previously spent searching for files or managing outdated versions. It’s more than just a tool, it’s become a central hub for our creative and marketing teams.

There has been extensive support from the onboarding team since we started our journey. Carina has been excellent to work with, she has met with us weekly to ensure we are moving through the extensive and well-planned onboarding process. Our business set up and organisation of the DAM has been challenging as it is quite complex, but Carina has continued to learn about our business and the way we work, to ensure she can support us and answer our many questions quickly and efficiently. Implementing a new product can feel daunting but we have been put at ease by the constant support and feedback from Carina.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

We are still within the beginning of our journey and have not found any major issues or problems with selecting Bynder as our provider.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder has been a game-changer for our digital asset management. It allows us to store everything in one place, making it easy for teams to stay organised and aligned. We no longer waste time digging through folders as everything is now centralised. Sharing assets is seamless, whether it’s with internal teams or external stakeholders. With secure links and permission settings, we can easily distribute files without relying on email attachments or third-party tools.

One of the standout features is Bynder’s AI-powered search. We can find assets using natural language, image recognition, or even by searching text within images. It’s fast, intuitive, and accurate. Another feature we find useful within the business is how tailored the platform can be to different user groups - we are able to gatekeep assets and keep complete control over who can access what.

Overall, Bynder has streamlined our workflows, improved collaboration and made managing digital content simpler and smarter.

 ### 11. Good tool and an amazing team behind it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda G. | Marketing Operations Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is a powerful tool that helps us keep track of all the marketing and sales enablement assets that we currently have available. I love the way we can use versioning to avoid duplicates, making sure the system is clean and clear to use. The search function is super powerful as it's searching in assets, titles, descriptions and tags.
We've recently done an audit with Bynder and it was great, we've received many ideas on how to do things and which integrations would be helpful, but next to that I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of work that was picked-up. The team has been a great support in the clean-up our system and getting it ready for our marketing coworkers to start using it. Every question that I had was picked-up with diligence and even after official sign-off I feel the team are still open to help my cause into making Bynder better for our companies' purposes.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I notice our team has to get used to not having a folder structure. We've set-up our taxonomy in a way to accomodate for this, but it's still on the wishlist of my coworkers. Furthermore, we were slightly disappointed with the SDFC integration as there is a limit on the SFDC side that will not allow us to pull in assets over 12MB.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder gives us the ability to link to other systems to feed assets to them. It's our main source of truth for assets, which is our main purchasing reason. Marketing materials in general are hard to keep track of and Bynder allows us to always display the most recent version (within the same link).

 ### 12. Organized Asset Management with Bynder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine K.

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like the taxonomy concept in Bynder and the controls it provides, which help our team to organize and manage digital assets more efficiently. The ease of versioning is another aspect I appreciate as it addresses the issues we previously had with handling duplicates and outdated versions of files. Bynder offers solutions to challenges we faced with our previous service, Dropbox, especially concerning difficulties in finding assets and tracking photography rights expiration. Additionally, although the initial setup was a lengthy process and required a lot of manual switchover, the support we received from our representative was excellent, which significantly facilitated the transition process.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The initial setup of Bynder was a lengthy process and required a lot of manual work for switchover.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder to organize and distribute company assets efficiently, eliminating duplicate files, old versions, and tracking expired photography rights.

 ### 13. Great service and great experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael I. | Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Our team needed a solution to centrally organize all our assets—photos, videos, design files, and documents—so we weren't wasting time searching across different shared drives. Bynder has been the perfect solution for us.

We especially love the AI search functionality and tagging features, which have made it incredibly easy for everyone to find what they need. Now, we can quickly locate the right brand assets and use them for marketing campaigns without any hassle. The DAM integration with our creative tools has also streamlined our workflow significantly. Bynder has truly helped us save time and stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

At this time and as a new user, there's nothing I have found that I dislike.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now it takes us less than a minute to find the right photo for our website or a social media post, instead of digging through multiple folders on different shared drive.

 ### 14. Our global brand assets hub: centralised, governed, adopted

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fedor I. | Product Owner | PIM and DAM Solutions, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder has become the backbone of our global brand hub. Search is fast, metadata adapts well to our complex brand and market structures, and permissioning is highly granular, though understandably complex to manage at our scale. A major strength is the ability to empower agencies and local markets with self-service asset discovery, which they rely on daily.
Thanks to sustained centralisation efforts over several years, adoption and shared asset management principles have been strong across our organisation. Throughout our partnership, the customer success and support teams have been consistently responsive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The areas for improvement are mainly refinements. Analytics could go deeper, with more ready-made dashboards on portal engagement, user patterns and asset usage. Bulk operations on very large asset sets often require service requests to Bynder, which can slow down certain activities, though not critically. While the overall UX is strong, some areas could be more intuitive, such as asset upload, the validation room, and the platform administration space. The notification system also lacks flexibility, which can lead to users overlooking important updates amid generic pings. That said, new features are being released regularly, and we’re optimistic that many of these points will improve over time.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organising the multinational context of dozens of brands each having a unique identity and tone of voice.

 ### 15. Seamless Onboarding, Comprehensive Asset Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really appreciate how easy Bynder is to use; its interface makes managing digital assets straightforward. The onboarding process was remarkably seamless, lasting over a month and a half with regular weekly meetings that included agenda and action items, ensuring a smooth transition and keeping the momentum going. I'm thrilled to have Bynder as part of our tech stack because it shows genuine concern for asset delivery and asset housing. Everything feels plug-and-play with Bynder, which simplifies the integration with other components we use, such as Shopify and Adobe. The ease of setup has been excellent so far, making it easier for us to roll out across the rest of the company.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I noticed a drawback in the media uploader portion of Bynder. Specifically, not being able to hold shift and select multiple assets simultaneously is frustrating. Implementing this functionality would significantly streamline and simplify the uploading process, improving ease of use.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder to manage taxonomy and governance of assets, distributing them across business channels, which simplifies asset handling and improves organization. Bynder's ease of use and seamless onboarding add value by focusing on asset delivery and housing.

 ### 16. Easy DAM Adoption with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like Bynder's AI search function and the fact that there's no folder structure. I also appreciate the ease of use, segmentation of user permissions, and the amazing customer service I've experienced so far. Grace has been stellar.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Short delay in large assets appearing after upload. Hit refresh, and they're there.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is our new DAM that helps us better keep track of, find, and store digital creative assets. I appreciate its AI search function, lack of a folder structure, ease of use, user permissions segmentation, and the excellent customer service.

 ### 17. Excellent product features and fantastic onboarding process & support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriela P. | Marketing Manager, Global Brand Equity & Communications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like best about Bynder:
1) The level of detail Bynder reaches in its features. They've thought of everything, literally! And, I also love that they have a community of users that can propose new product features and get to vote on the implementation pipeline. It's amazing.
2) The Bynder user interface is so friendly and intuitive and just beautiful.
3) The Bynder onboarding process and support. Just WOW. The ~3-month onboarding journey is very well structured. The onboarding workbook is spreadsheet magic. And the two onboarding managers assigned to our account (Christina Solorzano and Andrea Metz) are simply the most charismatic and helpful people!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

So far, I don't dislike anything about Bynder.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating in one go-to place all current, important brand assets that were previously housed in individual cloud-based accounts and hard to share externally.
Ease of searching and finding desired assets.
External sharing with agencies and vendors without needing an account.
Easy-to-reference and easy-to-use digital Brand Guidelines.

 ### 18. Easy, Enjoyable, and Highly Efficient Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelby S. | Brand Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Organization and efficiency. From start to finish, the process has been easy and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder is expensive but we are hoping for a strong ROI.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time locating assets, organization, efficiency and more!

 ### 19. Centralized Asset Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I love seeing all of my assets in one place. The tagging and filtering is extremely useful, and will create a unified experience for our organization and partners who are looking for approved assets. I'm looking forward to sharing collections with talent from our photoshoots in a safe and secure way, as well as enabling everyone else in our organization the ability to access our media. It has been super user friendly and easy to use, individuals are able to get in right away and find what they need.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The only thing I struggle with in Bynder currently is the bulk tagging of assets that require specific unique metaproperties. While I can go and bulk tag the broader categories, I'm required to individually select each asset that requires specific tags. When I'm tagging batches of hundreds of images it starts taking up time and I'm required to double check everything multiple times to make sure nothing was mistagged in the process.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our growing volume of media production, the DAM will enable us to operate as a unified organization rather than in siloed media departments. It will centralize how we store and share media, helping our campaigns, ads, and marketing materials tell a more cohesive brand story. Additionally, it will provide visibility into our media output over time, allowing us to better assess production volume and budget efficiency year over year.

 ### 20. Effortless Asset Management with Bynder’s Intuitive and Collaborative Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reebal Bernadette F. | Digital Intern - Epic Tech Web App Platform, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

What I appreciate most about Bynder is its clean, intuitive interface that simplifies digital asset management. It makes organizing, tagging, and searching for files effortless, saving a lot of time and frustration. The centralized storage ensures everyone on the team accesses the latest versions, eliminating confusion caused by multiple file copies. Automated workflows and seamless integrations help streamline content approval and distribution, improving overall productivity. The platform’s focus on brand consistency through customizable guidelines is also invaluable. Bynder is a powerful yet user-friendly tool that truly supports efficient and collaborative asset management.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

While Bynder offers excellent functionality, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform can sometimes be less intuitive for new users, requiring a learning curve to fully leverage all features. At times, the search functionality could be enhanced to provide more precise or faster results, especially with very large asset libraries. Additionally, the pricing structure may be a barrier for smaller teams or businesses with limited budgets. Finally, some advanced customization options require technical expertise or support, which could slow down implementation for non-technical users.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder solves several key challenges related to digital asset management, enabling teams to organize, access, and collaborate on content efficiently. It addresses problems such as fragmented storage, version control confusion, and time-consuming manual workflows. By providing a centralized repository with smart metadata tagging and powerful search capabilities, it ensures that users can quickly find the latest and most relevant assets without duplicated effort or mistakes. Automated workflows and brand guideline enforcement improve consistency and reduce bottlenecks in content approval. For me, these solve productivity and collaboration hurdles, making project delivery faster and maintaining brand integrity effortlessly. Ultimately, Bynder streamlines content management processes, saving time and enabling more effective teamwork.

 ### 21. Outstanding Onboarding Support Makes All the Difference

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The onboarding team has been incredibly helpful, especially with our particular circumstances. Melissa has been wonderful in advocating for us and our needs.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Certain features from WebDAM, like easily being able to mass upload metadata changes to assets, don't seem to be a standard feature in Bynder. Our onboarding specialist has been able to figure out a work around for us, but this should be something that is easily accessible and useable.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were in need of a repository that is managed by a neutral party for assets that represent several different brands' products, and Bynder has provided this with features that will make it easier and intuitive to upload, search through, and generally manage.

 ### 22. Easy implementation process & very knowledgeable implementation team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really appreciate the filtering functionality, as it will greatly simplify the process of locating assets for our team. I also enjoy how customizable the tool is—we can adapt it to reflect our company’s aesthetic, making it feel branded and personalized for us. Additionally, it’s easy to learn, which is a huge advantage, especially since our team already uses several other platforms that everyone needs to get familiar with.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Bynder. I especially value how the filters adjust dynamically based on previous selections. However, I've noticed that most of the other tools we use lack this feature, which makes it somewhat challenging to determine the best way to align those tools with Bynder's taxonomy. Still, this seems to be more of a limitation with our other tools rather than with Bynder itself.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we don't have a digital asset management tool, so all our files are stored in SharePoint. Although we make an effort to stay organized, it can still be challenging to locate specific assets or ensure that we're using the most up-to-date version. This often means that only the people who originally worked on a project have full visibility into the existing work. Having a dedicated repository will make things much easier for me, as team members will be able to browse through previous work and quickly determine if there’s something they can use or adapt for new projects. I believe this will spark more inspiration within the team and help reduce redundant or unnecessary efforts. Additionally, I really appreciate the template feature, which lets users go into Bynder and customize existing templates. This should decrease the number of requests the team receives, freeing up time for more meaningful and impactful tasks.

 ### 23. Efficient Asset Management, Impressive AI Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** tom P.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really appreciate Bynder's AI search capabilities, especially the facial recognition feature. I'm optimistic about the possibility of eventually having video facial recognition too, which would be great. Also, the initial setup process was pretty easy, and I really enjoyed the onboarding. It has served us well in getting started.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Well, for us, we were hoping to get rid of Frame.io as a review mechanism, but we would have to upgrade with Bynder to get a review capability. So that's something that's a little disappointing that we aren't able to eliminate Frame.io from our workflow.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder for housing and managing all our final assets, and for sharing collections to groups outside our SSO community.

 ### 24. Onboarding Support was Excellent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The ease of use for admins was a plus for us. Being able to adjust the taxonomy on our side vs. having to go through developers makes updating much easier on our end as our business grows. Additionally, the ability to set permissions on a global scale was an important factor in our decision to move forward with Bynder. We're getting close to pushing Bynder live across our business and up until this point, the implementation process with the Bynder team has gone smoothly. They've been very responsive to our needs and have worked with us as we continue to integrate Bynder with the rest of our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

As we go through onboarding it would be great if there were a self-service mass upload tool to add users versus having to do so one at a time after the initial buildout. As we build out and extend access to other countries in our business this would be helpful to have.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is bringing together all of our assets into one platform. We currently have images, video and other content spread across shared drives, a homegrown media portal and on personal hard drives. Moving to Bynder will provide us with a self-service solution for sharing approved assets across our organization globally. Additionally, the available integrations with other systems within our tech stack is a huge bonus for our cross-functional teams.

 ### 25. Easiest Onboarding Experience with the Best Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Audrey J. | Marketing Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

At first, Bynder felt like a massive, overwhelming, never-ending project. But thanks to Nicole Carroll and Caitlyn Grant, the onboarding process was smooth, approachable, and incredibly effective.

Nicole and Caitlyn broke everything down into small, manageable pieces—day by day. Each session introduced a new aspect of Bynder in a logical, digestible order. This structured approach prevented that all-too-familiar feeling of having a mountain of information dumped on us all at once.

What really made the experience exceptional was their supportive and professional demeanor. No question was ever treated as silly, and I always felt completely comfortable speaking up. That level of psychological safety is huge when you're learning a complex platform like Bynder.

Nicole and Caitlyn, thank you for your patience, clarity, and genuine kindness throughout the process. You made a daunting system feel totally doable.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I’d honestly say there’s not much I’ve disliked about Bynder so far. Like any system, it comes with a few quirks—but once you learn the workarounds, those small hurdles become non-issues. After that, there’s really not much you can’t accomplish in Bynder. It’s a powerful tool once you understand how to navigate it.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder will be a huge help when it comes to integration. It connects seamlessly with many of the platforms we already use, making it easy to access brand images and company-wide assets from a single, centralized location. That kind of accessibility will really streamline our workflow and ensure everyone’s working with the most up-to-date materials.

 ### 26. Very thorough and well-guided process from pre-sales to handoff.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wil C. | vCIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The product covered all of the functionality of a modern DAM. Features like being SaaS based, Advanced Analytics, and à la Carte components to customize to our specific needs. In addition to this, we had support from multiple, extremely knowledgeable resources.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some of the naming conventions of the products are not very intuitive and can cause some confusion. Specifically around the CX naming convention.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to develop a centralized platform to manage our digital assets. The scope was to ingest data from all of our platforms with metadata tagging for search, retrieval, and version control. In addition, we wanted the ability to create workflows for content reviews and approval, in-depth compliance, and governance features for systems management, create a single source of truth for our brand identity, and improve searchability of all of our digital assets.

 ### 27. Professional Organization with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly O.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like Bynder's landing pages. They offer a professional and clean template, providing our external vendors with an easy-to-use format to find what they're looking for, which helps maintain organization and professionalism.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I find sharing out group collections and obtaining data in Bynder could be improved. The initial setup was a bit of an upheaval since we were told the migration would be done by Bynder, but it wasn't.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder helps with organization, professionalism, and strategic insight, offering clean templates for external vendors to easily find needed information.

 ### 28. Bynder onboarding is how all onboarding should be!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Russ S. | Sr. Manager Creative and Marketing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Incredibly easy to use, maintain and works exactly as described. The implementation was well thought out and met ALL of our requirements. The process was seamless, and we actually beat the deadline for rollout. We have a had few things pop up and they were resolved or answered almost immediately.

We have also already integrated with Adobe Creative suite and Asana. Creative team has adapted to the platform almost overnight. The only questions we currently have to answer from the team are about process and taxonomy. Very rarely do we get questions about the application itself as it is very intuitive.

Team is using Bynder daily.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I have yet to find anything so far that would be a negative.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to content creation, search time for lifestyle assets has dropped significantly. Uploads from Social team in the field are easier. It's replaced a myriad of asset transfer platforms.

 ### 29. Effortless Content Management at Scale

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really enjoy being able to create and manage content at scale, which makes it much easier to stay organized as things grow.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

It’s kind of hard to learn at first, and the add-ons are pricey.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps organize and store assets.

 ### 30. Bynder Makes Asset Management and Brand Consistency Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabe M. | Art Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really like being able to view all our assets at a glance and how Bynder helps maintain brand consistency. As we continue to scale, it’s important that designers can easily pull assets from a single, reliable source of truth.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I wish there were an easier way to download assets in batches — doing it one by one can be time-consuming.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to store our assets in Dropbox, and finding the right files could be time-consuming. Bynder has really helped speed up my workflow and streamline our design process by making assets easy to find, organized, and accessible in one place.

 ### 31. Erin Leary - Raymour & Flanigan Senior Digital Asset Management Associate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin L. | Senior Digital Asset Management Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

-The user interface - I think the user interface makes it extremely easy for our users to accomplish what they need and quickly. This has enhanced our users adaptability and willing to use the system.

-Intergrations - Being able to integrate multiple systems with Bynder has driven our success. Two of the biggest integrations are STEP and Optimizely. Being able to integrate STEP has made it possible for our users need to know everything they need to know about our products creating a single source of truth within Bynder. Integrating Opitimizely has driven asset success on our website.

- Our Customer Success Manager!!! Catherine is amazing and beyond supportive in making Bynder extremely successful for our company. She is extremely attentive and on top of any question or issue we have. I do not think our growth would not have been as successful without her!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

-Configuration display - I think the backend configuration display could be improved. Adding an editable title or description on each configuration to make it easier to see exactly what that configuration is for would make it easier to edit in the future.

-Bynder Support - Sometimes it is extremely hard to solve issues that come up. It sometimes that very long, with a lot of back and forth for a simple fix. I think the Support could be approved upon.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Asset storing: Bynder has created a platform for us to store all of our digitial files in one singular location. By doing this, our assets are easily accessible for all. We are able to easily track usage as well.

-Asset serving: Bynder allows assets to be served to our website in a more seamless way. By using Bynder, assets are now visible on the website a lot quicker than before.

 ### 32. Effortless Integration Across Our IT Systems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The ease of integrating it with all our other IT systems

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I don't have any dislikes currently, we are new to the platform and have had a great experience

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is enabling our staff to find the assets they need much quicker than our past solution

 ### 33. Onboarding with Bynder DAM was a smooth and well-supported experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really appreciate how easy it is to find all our assets within the platform, which saves a lot of time. Sharing assets both internally and externally is straightforward and seamless. Additionally, the robust API capabilities have been a big plus—I’ve already started integrating Bynder with several tools in our martech stack.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Not much so far. The initial process of collecting and organizing assets to upload took some time, but that was more on my end than with the platform itself.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder solves the challenge of managing disparate content repositories by providing a centralized single source of truth for all our digital assets. This centralization makes it easy to organize and tag content efficiently, ensuring we can quickly find and deliver the right assets to our frontend channels. The platform’s robust tagging and organization features enhance content discoverability and streamline workflows, which saves valuable time and helps maintain brand consistency.

 ### 34. Robust Taxonomy and User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annie S. | Senior Marketing Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The taxonomy is much easier than the folder structure we had before and it's interface is super easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

We were not able to integrate our customer data sheet which is why we didn't go with the studio part of Bynder.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is creating a centralized location for all of our marketing assets and allowing us to serve those assets externally outside the organization using API integrations saving us time and creating one source of truth

 ### 35. My Onboarding Experience with Bynder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin L. | Channel Sales Operations Manager – B2B, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Austin, Dean, Jordan, & all members of the Bynder team were extremely helpful & communicative in getting us started. The platform is easy to use, & will save us all a ton of time in getting access to the art that we need, which was previously extremely difficult & time consuming to acquire.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I honestly cannot think of any downsides at the moment – The onboarding process was easy, & I am excited to start using it on a daily basis to help enhance the '47 B2B site.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we had no image "Dam" or server link that contained all assets that we shoot for a given style/collection/program/etc – It was a real pain to try and loop in 4 different people to track down one specific image that I wanted to use on the B2B site. This was, I will have all assets that I need at my fingertips & can keep the B2B site looking fresh.

 ### 36. Highly Customizable DAM Solution Tailored to Our Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I love how customizable it is for all of your DAM functions. It is so very thorough and I appreciate that we can make it unique to our internal teams and external clients.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I have found that when setting up guides, there are not a lot of ways to streamline workflows properly. For example, I cannot copy one page from one guide into another guide - I would have to build out the entire page again.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder provides us with a solution that our employees can access all brand elements at any time, download the most up to date version of things that get frequently revised, and enables us to incorporate a trustworthy source of assets.

 ### 37. The best DAM in the market so far

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder has been our partner for over a year now, and I can confidently say they’ve brought valuable experience and efficiency to our team. They’ve helped us improve workflows and strengthen collaboration with our partners. The feedback we’ve received has been very positive, and we look forward to continuing to grow and scale together. The future looks bright!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder has provided support every step of the way, and we’ve never felt like we were going through the process alone. At times, we face challenges due to the high level of customization our team requires, but knowing how demanding we can be, I would say Bynder has consistently risen to the occasion—tackling challenges and delivering solutions with a positive approach.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder has solved the challenge of having assets scattered across different tools and folder-based systems. Now, we manage everything through a single source of truth and a central resource, which has greatly improved both quality and security. Distributing content across different regions has never been easier for our team.

 ### 38. Smooth onboarding with great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The onboarding process was structured, clear and easy to follow. Carina, Björn and Ivo provided great guidance at every step, ensuring we understand and know how to set up Bynder for our needs. The platform itself is very userfriendly and the training resources made it simple to onboard the rest of our team. Having everything centralized in one place will make our asset management much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder is very intuitive for users who only need to view and download assets.
For admins and heavy users the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first, because of all the features and settings.
It definitely takes time and training to get fully comfortable managing the backend.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Bynder we didn't have a proper asset management system, everything lived on Google Drive with no structure, multiple duplicats and lots of wasted time searching for the right file. Bynder has given us a centralized and organized library where assets are easy to find, no more duplicats and which is easy accessable for the whole company as well as external partners.
We also had no clear way to track usage rights and our licenses. Bynder now gives us visibility into the buyouts and users of the platform know exactly when and where assets can be used.

 ### 39. Great Onboarding Manager, Great Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charity B. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

You can easily find your assets in the DAM using the convenient filtering system Bynder has. I like how this cuts down on time that could be spent searching for files. Customer support and onboarding managers are great sources for helping you with any issues or understanding the product. They give tutorials and explanations to help us learn how it all works. Bynder will be used often for our company to help serve our workers and help them easily navigate to assets. I also like the integration of Adobe apps that can be edited and linked back to the Bynder DAM. Overall, Bynder enhances productivity and also adds structure and control, allowing for an easy implementation process.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

It can take a while to learn terminology of Bynder such as automated derivatives and the taxonomy, and how the system works in general. With time, the ease of integration gets easier to learn and ease of integration is not

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of reducing time spent searching for files and also reducing download time when sending artwork to vendors, as well as easily being able to send large files. This benefits me because Bynder allows me to send large file attachments that normally can't fit in an email, which is a huge help. Its also easier to navigate to the asset I am looking for.

 ### 40. The Best Onboarding Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

It has an incredibly well thought out user experience that's expected from a consumer end, which is hard to find with most DAMs. They also have incredible customer support and I cannot sing the praises enough. They really take their time with you in the whole process. Everything from the decision making in the beginning, to what plan makes the most sense for your team, to even the onboarding process and ease of implementation. They are incredibly patient, helpful, caring and compassionate for their users. I never felt like just another customer, the ratio of support to your account is well balanced, they have plenty of resources for supporting your business and they do not seem stretched too thin, but well managed.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Perhaps the taxonomy management for smart filters, they are a little tricky to understand how to modify after the fact when I will need to later on. But I'm confident I can figure it out. Just might take a little memory refresh.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to have a self service platform for our customer service, sales team, vendors and partners for more easily access and browse all the variety of digital media we have for their individual use cases. This saves us hours upon hours of individually packaging assets and uploading to share, which usually was uploaded to platforms that were not browsable making it hard to find what you need.

 ### 41. Friendly and listening TSM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like that it's personalisable and that we get access to staff to suit our needs. Brynlee was very helpful and took notes of all our comments and requests and passed them on to be added in.
The tags are easy to use and the search bar combines with them for targeted search. We could make our own quick changes from the admin account and have the bulk ones done by the team. Changes were reflected in the DAM straight away. Now that I have worked on it, I use it regularly since the categories are now more relevant and the tagging was fixed.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some minor formatting things are missing to create the homepage but it has been requested to be added by the TSM. Also, I wish some tags at upload would work bottom up to ease the process eg. when tagging something with Germany it would directly tag DACH region. Some operations had to be done twice or more before they would appear eg. when uploading an image as a category icon, even after saving it did not appear.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have a big space for all our heavy assets. Allows us to share official guidelines and images between countries, see what everyone is doing and make sure we use images we have the rights for and that are relevant.

 ### 42. Best on boarding experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Sandy and Francine's weekly set up calls with Bynder felt like warm hugs. They were honest, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. We left each week feeling empowered and understood. They clearly had some sort of outline of topics, but they definitely spent time prior to each call thinking through specific use cases for our brand and our purpose. I work with a lot of portals and national account systems, and these set ups are almost always just one-off meetings or done through outsourced, international call centers. This was great!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I find the homepage setup process odd. I wish the blocks allowed me to drop more text without fully developing coded-custom pages like the upsell levels. I wish I could do more on the home page more easily. Their "news" structure with arbitrary dates to decide placement is very hard to wrap your head around. Once you get it, you can make it work, but it definately be simpler and more user friendly. It feels like I've "hijacked" a system, rather than using it for its intended purpose.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to get branded materials and support assets to our dealer network easily.

 ### 43. A User-Friendly DAM with Powerful Features – and Some Frustrating Gaps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

1) Advanced taxonomy and approval workflows: The platform shines in organizing digital assets through flexible taxonomy options and robust approval queues. This structure ensures order, consistency, and better governance over uploaded content.
2) Intuitive interface and usability: Bynder offers a smooth and user-friendly interface that requires little training. However, some recent changes have made it less intuitive — e.g. the central menu overlapping with images (see example in the screenshot attached).
3) Strong AI-powered search: The integrated AI search engine is a real highlight, making it fast and effective to locate assets even in large, complex libraries. This saves time and significantly boosts productivity.
4) Wide integration possibilities (with caveats): Bynder provides connectors and a marketplace to link with various third-party systems, from stock image providers to cloud storage. While valuable, these integrations often come with practical limitations.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

1) Onboarding could be better: The onboarding process feels too generic and not always aligned with a customer’s specific goals. External partners involved sometimes lack deep expertise in the platform’s advanced technical options.
2) Integrations are unclear and often paid: Many integrations either require additional payment or lack transparency in how they actually function. When issues arise, support often shifts responsibility to external partners, leaving users in a frustrating gray area.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder helps centralize and organize all digital assets in one place, making them easier to find, manage, and share securely. The AI-powered search and advanced taxonomy save a lot of time that used to be wasted recreating or looking for files. It also provides strong governance with approval workflows and rights management.

The main benefit is efficiency: everything is faster and more structured. However, the real value comes when you invest time in learning the platform yourself. If used autonomously, it’s a very powerful tool that can streamline processes and improve collaboration. Support and onboarding tend to be more focused on speed than customization, so I’ve found it better not to rely too heavily on them.

 ### 44. Bynder coupled with Gournay connector is a win

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Luxury Goods & Jewelry | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder coupled with Gournay connector to Salsify has been a game changer for us.
We are much more efficient at getting new images approved and attached to products in our PIM. Bynder has been an amazing assist in communications with Vendors who provide our images. The Waiting Room needs some search improvements but we have defined work arounds and Bynder has documented our VOC issues. Now that we are about to deploy our SFCC connection to look directly at Bynder for images to display in our storefront - we have greatly improved our sku creation to storefront timeline.

We can now search and find images easily and trace their usage. The sharing of property data between Bynder and Salsify via Gournay's connector has given us a window that Bynder alone could not give us. I would not recommend having a Bynder/Salsify connection without Gournay. They have been awesome in this endeavor.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The conversion was definitely not seamless. Gournay stepped in to help migrate our 70K plus images from Salsify but Bynder stepped out at that moment and we have struggled to get assistance with things like data extraction/reports for validation of migrated data and adjustments to the required fields based on user. There does not appear to be a window into the data - some elements you can search by to bring the Assets up in the UI - but when your life is data validation -Bynder has nothing to assist - no reports/no shortcuts. We did eventually get a large data dump into Excel but that quickly went stale. Overall, despite the need for Bynder to do some evolving for data validation, it has been a win for us.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A searchable master source for all images giving us the ability to locate/associate/archive. Prior to Bynder images were seriously copied and stored in multiple places. No real master source of truth.

 ### 45. Effortless Asset Management with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I really like how easy Bynder is to use for all demographics, even for those who are technically challenged. It's great that one person doesn't have to spend time tracking down photos anymore because now anyone on the team can find them easily. The initial setup was so easy, especially with the help of Bynder professionals.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Nothing yet!

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bynder for digital asset management. It solves photo taxonomy and sharing issues, making it easy for anyone, even the technically challenged, to find assets without depending on one person.

 ### 46. A thorough and game-changing tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder has a mind-blowing amount of features and customization available. The flexibility and level of detail this platform allows will be a game changer for our organization. I also like how easy it is to search and locate assets. Before implementing Bynder, trying to find a particular asset was a time consuming and tedious task that brought dread and procrastination.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The downside of the amount of features and customization available is that the learning curve for users/admin is quite steep. There are a lot of detailed steps involved to make sure you are taking full advantage of the platform and uploading assets in a thorough manner. We are a small team, so onboarding to Bynder took a lot of resources and bandwidth.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is helping us organize assets for internal use and also helping us distribute assets to external dealers and reps. Before implementing Bynder, our assets were siloed across Google Drive, Dropbox, and harddrives between various team members. There was no one unified location for our assets, so locating and distributing/sharing items was cumbersome. With Bynder, we have one source - so everyone is on the same page - and one seamless way to distribute and share without having to rely on multiple avenues such as email, wetransfer, etc.

 ### 47. Just what we need and more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

User experience - from sales to account management. We haven't officially launched and I'm already feeling like the adoption of Bynder by our teams is going to be so much smoother than our previous system. First, sales. It wasn't the stereotypical experience. I reached out to Bynder through research. Response from the team, with my multiple requests for demos for different stakeholders, they made it all happen. Second, kickoff and setup. I'm still geeking out from this whole experience because I love the guidance and I feel like I will succeed launching this. And the Type A part of my brain loves the structure, organization and process. Yes, they should make us feel successful because it's in their best interest, right? Okay, I get it, we already paid, so they got us locked in, but that didn't stop the team from slacking on our set up and following through on all of our questions and requests. Trust me, along with the number of demos I requested from sales, I requested even more meeting time changes during training. We're reaching launch and while I'm nervous because it's a new system, I'm psyched. Seriously stoked that we're launching with this. I can't thank our team enough. Paul, Francine, Anthony ... AMAZING!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I'll let you know if I ever run into something.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization, ease of use, adoption by our teams (haven't officially launch but I have high hopes), overall user experience.

 ### 48. Effortlessly Simplifies Our Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Simplifies a few aspects of our existing cumbersome processes.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Limitations on bulk processing. In some instances, not unlikely for us to process thousands of assets in a single session. The limitation of 500 works but isn't as optimal as we'd like.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplification especially as it relates to updating content. It happens very frequently with our company so the ease of use is a major benefit for my team.
Additionally, we love the fact that the DAM can now connect with our PIM. Lastly, the Adobe connector will be a major benefit as we streamline our workflows as well.

 ### 49. Great success

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ann J. | Director of Creative Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The whole Bynder team - from our initial discussion about the product offerings through their implementation and onboarding - was so pleasant to work with and provided great support along the way.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I see that it takes my team a while to get comfortable with the platform and a familiarity of use. This is something that I know will be resolved as they continue to use the system on a regular basis.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is helping to streamline our asset organization and increase search optimization for our team. We are heavy content users so having a system like Bynder has helped create a better system for organization and use.

 ### 50. Bringing operational efficiency and organization to our team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kaley r. | Design Team Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I've used a few different DAM systems over the years, and Bynder is easily the most user-friendly, both in the admin setup and the overall user experience. This goes a long way toward adoption and overall success. Because Bynder is powerful with lots of features, their initial onboarding is designed to provide bite-sized pieces in a manageable way. I appreciated this, because it helped our team be more effiencient: we didn't need to spend our time in meetings re-discussing past topics.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There really isn't anything we can dislike at this point. We are entering our relationship with Bynder at a pivotal time for our company, and they've been great partners to help show us solutions and alternatives that are specific to our needs, specific to our unique situations.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder's platform is helping us improve our internal user-experience by making internal assets easier to locate and use. Bynder is streamlineing our brand and marketing assets by eliminating duplicates inherent to our legacy workflow & organization, and reducing time spent managing assets.
