Instructions can be embedded and it can be very detailed which is a giant ease for us. I was not here for implementation so cannot speak to it but i do know it only took a few months for the team to transition. I use it everyday multiple times a day. **What do you dislike about Dado?** Loading times can be long as we have a large data base **What problems is Dado solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it for onboarding assignments. We give our new hire a checklist and the automation feature has been exponentially beneficial. It takes away the manual admin bit and gives us more time back to focus on other issues. ### 2. When searching for a tool, we were looking for something to help us with our onboarding experience and it quickly evolved into a tool that could be used for automating many different tasks. There is a lot of flexibility with the tool and it has saved hours of time completing manual HR tasks. The support team is by far one of the best and they are super responsive, supportive, and offer detailed answers so that you feel confident with using the tool. **What do you dislike about Dado?** With every new tool, there will be a learning curve. The Dado team makes it super easy to set things up and offer support along the way. **What problems is Dado solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dado is helping us solve being stuck in the day-to-day doing manual HR tasks. They are streamlining and automating our processes, so that we can focus on the bigger projects within HR. Dado is also solving the problem that our systems were not connected to each other. Since Dado works with majority of our systems, we are able to seamlessly integrate with our current tools. ### 3. Previously, our processes were manual, taking me away from spending time with reps. It was time consuming and inefficent. I truly believe more HR teams would benefit from this tool. **What do you dislike about Dado?** Honestly nothing I can really think of ! **What problems is Dado solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dado has significantly reduced the manual workload that was difficuly for me with preboarding and onboarding, thanks to its seamless integrations with tools like Greenhouse and Google Calendar. This has allowed our small and mighty team to shift our focus from calendar tetris and document creation to creating more engaging content for our new hires and their managers. One of the best indicators of a successful product is its ability to scale seamlessly across teams, and Dado excels in this regard. Not only did it save us countless hours and reduce costs, but it also created meaningful, new experiences for our Sales, People Ops, new hires and other employee-focused teams. The ease of which you can create and build an experience for your employees was transformational. The standout feature, however, has been Dado’s customer-centered support, which has been exceptional from day one. Any question was always answered and the team never hesitated to hop on a call and walk my team through any need. **What do you dislike about Dado?** No major dislikes. I've worked in onboarding for a few years now, and many of my previous experiences have involved a ton of manual work. Because of Dado - the amount of time spent on manual tasks in preboarding/onboarding has significantly decreased, and we're able to focus on improving the overall experience for our new hires. Not only that, but the team is very responsive, listens from a place of empathy, and is constantly making updates to grow the platform. I would recommend Dado to anyone who wants to create a seamless experience for their company! **What do you dislike about Dado?** Because Dado is a newer company, there are specific actions that it cannot do yet -- but as I've stated above, they are constantly making updates to the platform and I'm confident that Dado will be able to do even more! **What problems is Dado solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many preboarding/onboarding tasks are handled through Dado, thus removing the manual tasks that once took so much time. Because of the integration with Workday and gCal, it's created a seamless experience! Now we're able to focus on improving the content and not have to worry so much about the logistics! ### 7. The customer service has been above and beyond with Dado. The people are super friendly, empathetic and dedicated to helping with troubleshooting and giving you strategic advice based on their experiences with their broad customer base. Our onboarding team and managers have saved much time for admin stuff thanks to the automation of more than 1000 tasks and messages. The application made creating a structured onboarding process very easy. Messages and tasks look professional, and our employees are noticing it. In our onboarding survey, we have received comments like: "I enjoyed how structured the onboarding in Kleinanzeigen is", "Thanks for the structured and professional onboarding", and "Dado makes it easier to tick off tasks from my onboarding". Our Managers feel we are supporting them to be their best in their role with the reminders we sent them. Overall a great experience! **What do you dislike about Dado?** Dado is a fairly new tool, which means there are some bugs now and then, which is natural. However, the customer service team has been super responsive to all our reports and even included our suggestions for new features in their backlog.
