It's really helpful to keep in mind many different details on each item, as I can set as many columns as I want and see the values right from the boards. First, connecting chats from WhatsApp and Instagram was not possible. Second, there are too many notifications, making it hard to track all of them, and we started losing information. Just whenever I got stuck, I was able to find a similar template and modify from there or at least get some ideas from looking at templates.
