**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I like that monday Work Management helps keep me organized, which is crucial given my busy schedule throughout the day and month. It's easy to use and helps me know what location I need to be in next, what travel I need to book, and what clients I need to see. I appreciate that the interface is available on both computer and mobile. As I'm traveling in and out of cities and airports, it's helpful to be able to access monday Work Management using my cell phone or iPad. This convenience allows me to sit in an airport gate, pull out my iPad, update a client session, enter notes, and see where I'm going next. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I don't have anything I dislike.

monday Work Management helps me stay organized, manage my schedule, book travel, and track client meetings. Its mobile and computer interface allows me to update and access my tasks conveniently while traveling.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I think the functionality of monday Work Management is its main asset. It's incredibly simple to use. I like the alert functions and the live data movement on it, so I can see when people are adding or changing information. It's much more interactive as a sales tool than we had before. We can put in a lot more information, and it's helped improve our customer knowledge and progress new business leads quicker than we would have done previously.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I think the AI function could be improved for us. Myself and the team don't have a full understanding of how that works on the actual platform. It could probably do with a bit of tidying up in terms of how information can be organized, the customization of how information can be displayed, and ensuring that views and displays of information stay as they are after making changes, rather than defaulting to their previous view on your next visit.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday Work Management helped us cut down on Excel files, putting everything in one place with live data access for multiple team members. It solved accessibility issues, improving collaboration and data tracking.

I find it easy to create a board and share tasks and notifications with other team members using monday Work Management. I also appreciate being able to categorize tasks and set dates for completion. Transitioning from Trello, I feel monday Work Management is much simpler and easier to navigate. It's a lot more modern compared to Trello, which I really like.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

It can lag on some days. Also when you receive an email from monday.com and try to reply from the email it never works. When you click reply on the email, it should allow you to reply without opening the platform.

I use monday Work Management to map out meetings and create product roadmaps. It simplifies sharing tasks and notifications with team members, allows categorizing tasks, and setting completion dates.

I use monday Work Management to manage our email pre-builds and as a project management system for tasks and content calendar budgets. I appreciate how easy it is to see all our upcoming emails in one place and check the status of QA. It even tracks my budget, showing me how much I have left to spend. I like that the platform is customizable to suit my needs and enjoy the built-in customizable automation tools. The initial setup was pretty easy when adding team members and creating boards.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

It's hard to adjust the calendar settings. I also wish that it had more flexibility when trying to link different boards together. Sometimes I want to add weekends to my calendar and the setting to save that doesn't take. We used to use it with Mailchimp but I didn't like the integration that much.

I use monday Work Management to see upcoming emails and their QA status easily, and it tracks my budget, letting me know what's left to spend.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I like all the options it has for the columns. I love that it has a bunch of templates and tutorials for using most of everything. It's very adaptable and it has a variety of different options. Since everything is more organized and specific for our workflow, it helps having the answers right there and notes. We were using a bunch of Excel sheets for a list of clients to call for renewals, but now we use monday Work Management and can have every note or status change with one click, whereas before it was very manual. The initial setup was smooth since we weren't converting from another software.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I don't like that the automation costs extra for a certain amount since it's not easy to control how much you are going to be using or not, and I also would prefer to have an option for reminders.

monday Work Management organizes our team's workflow, keeping client services and hiring organized. It's adaptable, allowing changes without added costs. It replaced our Excel sheets, streamlining client renewals with easy status updates and notes, reducing manual effort.

This tool was—and still is—a game changer for our team. It helps keep our performance best-in-class, the onboarding process was straightforward, and it continues to be a key part of our success today.

Connecting boards can be difficult. For example, when we’re running an event, I’d like it to be simpler for the board’s action items to connect directly into the actual owner’s board. In practice, there are a lot of stakeholders and we manage the work from the event work page, but it isn’t smooth to have any design-related elements automatically appear on the designer’s board.

We use it for everything—from making sure we’re meeting SLAs to keeping our budget on track with easy reporting. The dashboards make it simple to spot when something is off. It’s the most important tool our team has.

I appreciate Monday Work Management's ease of use and potential work use cases. It allows me to track work-related projects while managing personal projects without needing multiple accounts. I love its expandability, as we can add team members and provide access to different workflows as required. It was easy to set up, and it's helped us categorize event requests for our major areas, keeping events organized and improving our planning. For maintenance, it minimizes hallway requests and meetings while making it easy to track requests and their completion.

I think if we could expand on the automation options without having to always pay for a third party app would be ideal. Currently, I use Make.com for handling automations in certain projects. It would be great to just have that all under one roof.

I use monday Work Management to categorize event requests, simplify scheduling, and report for better event planning. It reduces hallway requests and meetings for maintenance, providing a tangible way to track completion, helping me manage both work and personal projects without multiple accounts.

Keeping project tasks streamlined and tagging employees in comments for status updates. The efficiency and organization really help keep everyone in the loop on all projects and tasks, and have one central place for all details so nothing is lost in the mix. It also doesn't clog up email inboxes with multiple threads with different subject line titles that all relate to the same project/task. Everything can be input one time in one central place, and then individuals tagged as they need to be in the loop.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Can’t even think of a dislike! It meets every need I have and beyond! I know there are features that I haven't even begun to use yet; it's just taking the time to see what else it could be doing for me!

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping tasks within a project streamlined and efficient, collaboration and communication, timelines, and more.

As a project manager and account manager, it cuts down on the amount of times I have to duplicate and send info to various employees. I can enter it all in one place that everyone has access to, that's organized, user-friendly, and streamlined for efficiency. 

It helps me tag individual employees for specific tasks, sending them an alert with the details and due date for the task. This cuts down on the time I have to spend, as well as leaves a very transparent communication for accountability. 

Also keeps any communication whether it be feedback, questions, etc in one easy, accessible and organized spot rather than digging through multiple email threads with different subject lines. 

In short, it has made my life SOOOO much easier!

This is excellent software for managing projects and tasks. I like that it brings together my projects, tasks, and timelines, and integrates with my favorite tools to help me get more done. I also love how customizable the task and project interface is; we can personalize projects by adjusting their appearance and choosing the perfect color and icon.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Our integration process has been truly amazing, we haven't had any problems whatsoever. It also offers multiple features for editing photos and videos in different styles. Furthermore, it includes built-in templates for easily creating high-quality projects.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case, maintaining privacy is fundamental to our work, and with Monday I can control the privacy settings for each project—making it public for the whole team or keeping it private and accessible only by invitation. It has also helped us better manage our time, tasks, and projects overall.

I love the Kanban workflow and the ease of tagging team members and creating tasks. It's also great that you have the freedom to build it how you'd like. My business couldn't operate without the clear instructions we're able to give each other on monday Work Management tasks. The design of the software makes a big difference, and my employees love it more than what we used before. It's so much easier to view, and the initial setup was very easy and simple. I would definitely recommend it, I'd even rate it a 10 because it's amazing.

I wish it followed up automatically on team members. I use Claude to scrape what tasks are stale / not moving, and it auto-leaves comments. I wish monday Work Management had those capabilities so I didn't have to build around it.

I like the ease of use of monday Work Management, as it is easy to understand and has different layouts that facilitate viewing extensive information. I enjoy the automations, especially the function of sending messages or notifications upon reaching a certain date or performing an action, which greatly facilitates the flow of information and helps advance processes. Additionally, I found that the initial use of the system is quite simple, although some training is required for the team to fully understand the tool.

For certain integrations, it is more complex to do and in some cases, it is even necessary to have some coding or programming to make the automations or certain functions integrate properly. On the other hand, the forms tend to be very basic, making it difficult to structure conditional sections.

I like monday Work Management because it's easy to use and vibrant, adding a little color to otherwise dull tasks. It's cloud-based, which means I never have to worry about adding 'too much' information or running out of space. The initial setup was very easy, and I look forward to adding more users to manage their client base. It also allowed easier creation of the CRM compared to Redtail, where it wasn't as smooth.

There are so many options and tricks/tips that I haven't gotten to learn yet, so I can't reply on this yet. Maybe easier interaction with Excel?

Monday work management is a great platform for organizing and managing projects. It’s fairly easy to use, and the file version feature is extremely helpful for keeping track of changes.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. I do freelance work on the side and would love to utilize monday, but as a team of one, paying for three seats per product just isn’t reasonable.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. Monday’s version history helps me stay organized and makes it easier to locate the resources I need efficiently.

Monday Work Management UI as well as all of the app/style integrations make it very easy to quickly setup and use a board. Within a good hour a user is able to take control and manage a project which drastically improves performance

The pricing is a little heavy, and I feel like it is pushing itself to be more suited for companies, rather than small teams or solo developers, which makes onboarding the software a little more difficult

I like using monday Work Management because it helps me organize myself in my work environment and not forget my work tasks, in addition to tracking my processes. I work on a real estate project where monday has been a perfect tool for my organization for over three years. I love the boards, the chat that each item has to place any information, and the ability to attach client documents, even signed documents. The initial setup was extremely easy for us since several projects in my company have been involved with monday. I will always recommend monday Work Management for businesses.

I love the "My Work" feature which prompts me to review what is needed in my day, past due, or upcoming.  It's especially useful as it combines the needs of my various clients into one "at-a-glance" review

It would be fantastic to have a pricing tier for an even smaller company.  I'm only one person and I don't need three seats but I still find Monday.com well worth the subscription fee.

I really love the integrations. At my workplace, we use Monday for project management, and it connects easily with Slack and other tools. The automations are very diverse, which makes it simple to tailor workflows to what we need. I also like that notifications can go to Slack or my gmail, depending on how I’ve set them up.

I can get overwhelmed pretty easily by all the features. I love the automations, collaboration tools, forms, and templates, but sometimes it still feels like too much. I had some issues with the Jotform add-in on monday Work Management. It allowed us to let our customers visualize portions of their co-branding assets and approve them or make changes, which would automatically update the board and notify the proper team member. However, Jotform limits responses to 15 unless we sign up for one of their paid programs, which is expensive if it becomes widely adopted across our company. The cost makes it unaffordable for us. I would love to see an option to update the existing item on my board with a form without paying for additional add-on programs. Also, the initial setup of monday Work Management was easy once I learned the inner workings of the program by myself. However, there wasn't a lot of training and onboarding provided unless I searched for it myself through online platforms and chat communities. The chat community by monday.com is great, but they don't offer good onboarding training outside that community.

Prior to monday Work Management, we struggled with chaos from using spreadsheets and chat conversations to manage customer orders. Now, the interactive boards help us tie everything together with a strong paper trail, enabling efficient and quick communication across the business. I really like its flexibility; it doesn't force a specific approach on us, acting as a blank sheet where we can create and continuously update systems as needed. The notifications and automation features are valuable tools that I use frequently. The setup was also easy, thanks to my colleague who got us up and running quickly. monday Work Management has grown with us from when we were a small 5-person team to now, with 13 staff. I love this software so much that I would rate it a 10 on a recommendation scale.

What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it makes it to see the work at a glance. I can open a board and, within a few seconds, understand what’s in progress, what’s waiting on the client, and what’s late. The status labels, owners, and due dates are very clear, so there’s less guessing and fewer “who has this?” messages in Slack or email.

I also appreciate how visual and flexible it is. We use it for creative and marketing projects, but the same tool works just as well for production, planning, and even small internal tasks. Being able to add files, links, and updates directly to each item keeps the context in one place, rather than spread across different tools.

What I dislike about monday Work Management is that I sometimes feel limited by the automations. For certain boards or specific request types, I’d really like to create more custom rules and logic—for example: “if this field has X value and the client is Y, move it here and notify this person.”

At the moment, you can do a lot with the built-in automations, but when it comes to more complex workflows, I wish I had a bit more flexibility to build my own “if/then” rules without having to rely on a workaround.

Before we started using it, a lot of our work lived across email, Slack, and random spreadsheets. It also helps us prioritize more effectively. When I open monday, I can quickly see what’s due today, what’s urgent, and what’s blocked by the client, which makes planning my day and the week ahead much easier.

I really like monday Work Management because they've constantly updated it. I've used it in the past for a previous job, and I thought it would work well for my current position. I really enjoy the ease of use despite its many different components. I appreciate that it's always pushing the boundaries of improvement and giving us more options on how to use the platform. Additionally, I like the social media-like aspect where you can see who's viewed posts and access all information in one place, which is super helpful for team communication. It also has options for showing data over time, which is something we work a lot with, and I find that really useful.

We are a small instructional design house.  Before monday, with our dozens of builds, projects, and partner clients running simultaneously, it was very difficult to easily see who was doing what, what was being hindered, and what critical tasks were slipping.  Worse, managing content reviews, approvals, deadlines, and SME handoffs was messy with email threads and scattered course content and documents.  Moreover, every designer works a little differently, which was leading to inconsistent processes, delays, and quality variance.  Monday has allowed us to facilely encode proprietary workflows and to standardize our intake, storyboarding, course building, QA and review steps, ensuring every project follows the same proven sequence.  Monday has also helped us streamline and track our content creation progress.  We can now link directly to all associated files, drafts, and revisions within our work item updates.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I use monday Work Management for project and task management, both for groups and just myself. It helps with time management by sending reminders and notifications for due tasks. I find its visual organization very helpful, especially the groupings of tasks. Bringing other people into certain tasks through assignment or tagging is incredibly helpful. The new AI tools are pretty nifty too. What stands out to me is how intuitive it is; everything basically makes sense right away once you look at it. monday's roles and permissions are fantastic because they let me involve collaborators in specific tasks without overwhelming them with unnecessary project details. The initial setup was very easy, as the admin console and capabilities are intuitive and easy to pick up.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

I know the AI tools are new, but off the bat it was unclear to me what some of the differences were between 'Vibe', 'Sidekick', etc. There seemed to be an initial 'dump' of AI tools. Sometimes it would point me to help links from monday's knowledge base that ended up not being related to the issue I was having. It's a little expensive per user.

monday Work Management improves my time management with reminders and notifications, facilitates group collaboration, and its intuitive design and task groupings help me manage tasks without overwhelming collaborators.

I use monday Work Management as a project and operations tracking tool. I like its balance between flexibility and usability. One of its biggest strengths is its visual interface, which makes it easy to build boards, track progress, and customize workflows without needing deep technical knowledge. Features like automations and integrations help reduce manual work, especially when managing repetitive tasks and coordinating across multiple systems. From a usability standpoint, I'd rate it around a seven out of 10. While the interface is intuitive for basic functions, more advanced configurations can take time to fully understand. However, once complex workflows and dashboards are established, they run efficiently. The program makes it easier to track my progress on projects across the board.

The learning curve is a bit steep, especially for advanced features. It can get complex at scale, which makes it harder to manage highly technical workflows. Also, setting it up wasn't that easy; we had to hire people to help us get it up and running.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use monday Work Management to keep track of routine clinic work that is easy to forget during busy hours. For example, I note follow-ups after consultations, small admin work, and content tasks for the week. This helps me not miss things when patients are coming in one after another.
It was easy to start using. I created a small board and added my daily work without any setup. Updating status and due dates is quick, so I can see what is pending and what I have already finished. This is useful when I have many small tasks in a day.
I open it a few times a week, and sometimes daily when work is heavy. The basic features like task list, notes, and priority are enough for me. I don’t use advanced features, but for simple clinic planning this works well.

When I needed to understand a small option, the in-app help was enough. It also fits into my routine because I plan work here and then do the actual calls, messages, or content work in my usual tools. This keeps my day more organized without making things complicated.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Sometimes the page takes a little time to load on slow internet, especially when many items are on the board. I also noticed that adding notes from the phone app is not as smooth as on desktop, so I prefer using it on the computer for updates. For small daily tasks, notifications can feel a bit extra if you don’t adjust them, so I had to turn a few off to avoid too many alerts.

Before using monday Work Management, daily clinic tasks and follow-ups were mostly in my head or written in different places. During busy hours, it was easy to forget what was pending and what was already done. This created small delays in follow-ups and admin work.
Using monday gave me one place to note down work as it comes in. I can see what needs to be done today, what can wait, and what is already completed. This helps me plan my day better when the clinic is busy.
It also helps with follow-ups after consultations and content tasks that I plan for the week. I don’t have to rely on memory for these things anymore. Overall, it reduces missed follow-ups, saves small bits of time every day, and keeps my daily work more organized.

It’s very easy to set up, manage, and keep track of tasks and projects, and it doesn’t require any training to get started. I honestly can’t imagine life without it. I also like that it lets you attach documents from Google or Dropbox, which makes it much simpler to work across different projects without juggling files. Another big advantage is that they’re constantly improving the application, so it keeps getting better over time.

Monday Work has it all. I have nothing negative to say, it has allowed us to stay on top of all our projects, even those shared with others, and it also keeps us focused on each of our individual tasks.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

I really like the UI/UX of monday Work Management. I love how easy it is to move epics from board to board because we have multiple boards, including personal team boards and an operational board for the whole department. I like how we're able to duplicate items and how we can expand them using the accordion feature, as well as stack them. This setup allows me to go through all the different teams within the departments in an easily digestible way. It helps me stay on top of all the subitems and the many steps needed for bigger projects to be accomplished. I also love the visibility it provides for my other team members when we have to collaborate and split up work. Everyone knows exactly what subitems they're responsible for and what the specific deadlines are, helping us keep the ball moving in the right direction. The accordion and stacking features allow me to visually see, at a higher level, all the work our department is doing, and I can also drill down on each of the epics or projects to see subitems, progress, and who's responsible for what. It’s really valuable for me to check on these throughout the quarter.

The biggest downside for me is the integrations. monday offers a lot of them, but they’re not always as seamless as they look on paper. Many require higher-tier plans, and even the simple ones often need multi-step automations to work the way you expect. When boards change, integrations can break, and keeping everything synced takes more maintenance than I’d like. It’s powerful, but definitely not plug‑and‑play.

This lets me customize my boards and overall look according to my requirements, without clutter from unnecessary tools that make navigation difficult on small screens when multitasking. It makes automations to track my lists, helps me understand what phase of a project I'm in, and sends me reminders to follow up on tasks, keeping me organized overall. I really like how monday Work Management is a very clear, easy-to-use system that allows us to do our workflows and task managment efficiently. I appreciate the way it supports items and sub-items, letting us see both the big picture and the small details. It offers so many different views, providing a visual way to see what you're working on, and these multiple views cater to different people with different ways of thinking, allowing them to see the same thing in multiple ways. This feature really helps us do our work much better.

Occasionally, there are glitches where things aren't saving or various features aren't working, which are annoying because we are so dependent on monday Work Management. These glitches usually only last a few minutes
