I like monday Work Management’s really nice, simple interface, and it doesn’t require much training. It’s easy to distribute and scales well with the other tools I use. My team tracks all our jobs in it, which makes it a lot more manageable to keep tabs on them, and we can track more data and see real-time dashboards as people update it. It shows me status changes and updates, including whether jobs are pending QA, waiting on a permit or contingency, or ready to bill. I love the automations that make a status change when certain conditions are met and help keep my data clean and accurate. I also love that workflows let us tweak things and set conditions for what happens. I like the visual tools, especially the Gantt chart. It helps me see which items are delayed or running into problems and how things are stacking on top of each other. It also shows ideas for streamlining slow points to meet the deadline. Our associates who don’t speak or understand English very well can still see the story visually. I haven’t had many software issues with monday Work Management. The main challenge is getting associates and management to understand how it can help and to let go of the idea that only they can run their projects. monday Work Management gives my teacher lesson plans and teaches us things we otherwise wouldn’t get to do in class, like 3D printing and creating things. It makes the last periods of class fun, entertaining, and interactive instead of boring classwork. I like the maker thons and big events. The conferences are fun because I get to meet new people and make connections. They give us real competition against other schools and a reason to push ourselves to create things from our classrooms and make them a reality. I love monday Work Management and think it’s the best AI platform these days. I use it to improve processes across my company, including marketing, operations, and finance, and to see what I can improve with AI agents. I like how user-friendly it is and how its capabilities let me bring my ideas together on one platform and improve them. The dashboards are useful because everybody can use them. With the AI, I can create the apps I want, and when I start a new process, I can create a dashboard and use it to create an application. I like that monday Work Management is a prettier platform than most and is easy for the users we work with. I can customize it to the way we work and our processes, and workflows and automation help move tasks forward based on statuses. Change management has been really great in our organization, and there are always new things coming out that can help us improve our processes and make things easier for our marketers. I really like Vibe, though it isn’t public yet, and I’m trying to get my company to purchase the platform for it. I think it would make things simpler for our marketers, look more appealing, and let us create things that basic monday can’t. I’d like better workflow options, more connections to other external sources, and something more like Microsoft Power Automate. I find monday Work Management very user-friendly. The interface is helpful, the help tools are great, and the Academy lets me learn about Monday. I like how easily I can create projects, integrate the organization, and bring people on board quickly. It’s easy for non-users and non-technical users to get oriented and start using the system. I love using Gantt and dashboards to quickly pull information for leadership reviews, and once they’re built, they’re easy to manage. For my monthly updates to executive leadership, I can quickly pull information for each project. Adding similar projects to portfolios helps align them and show where they are, their health, and their status. It’s also easy to send the updates without spending a lot of time. I like having one place to get everything done and organize my work efficiently, using workflows and automations to find the best way to manage it. My favorite part is the agents I’ve set up, which let me focus on optimizing other parts of my workflow instead of day-to-day project management. When I was out of the office for two weeks, one agent took over tasks like writing creative briefs, assigning designers, calculating capacity, updating due dates, and routing reviews and other assets. I think there are opportunities to consolidate the different automation features. Automations in boards, agents, and workflows are separate, so when something goes wrong, it’s really challenging to figure out where it originated and what needs fixing without breaking other things. I use monday Work Management to organize projects and tasks, manage assignments, and keep our partner and carrier enrollments organized. It helps us keep track of who is doing what and close the loop on carrier requests, which matters a lot for our small, fully remote team. I like the easy-to-use automations, the friendly interface, and how easily it integrates with Microsoft products. It’s easy to teach others to use the automations, and my team can manage forms and build their own automations. Some features in monday Work Management, like time tracking, don’t work very well, so I have to use different applications to fill the gaps. I wish there was a way to automatically email multiple contacts with the automation. There is no way to test applications without approving them for the entire enterprise to use.
