**What do you like best about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

ease in informing deal value and information, integration with slack is very easy to setup, with very few steps information or deal details passes to the concerned group in just one click.

there is nothing as of now to dislike about pipedrive dealbot

one click update to important groups, made easy the complex system of passing deal details.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

It helps us in avoiding deal clashes among different sales teams. It also takes away the effort of updating the teams on multiple platforms. And, also it gives that extra layer of interaction.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

It sometimes takes time to update the deal on slack. Another helpful thing would be that if it could automatially detect the similar companies from the existing deals.

**What problems is Pipedrive Dealbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

We integrated Dealbot with Slack which meant my sales team could get automated Slack messages about moreorless anything. They could be notified if a deal has moved through a stage in the pipeline, or if a contact has replied to an email etc.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

Tou set up the automation can be quite tricky but once you get to grips with it, it's pretty easy.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive Dealbot:**

If Pipedrive is your CRM, Dealbot is an absolute no brainer.

**What problems is Pipedrive Dealbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation is key in our business, as it saves so much valuable time and resource.

it makes the working atmosphere and workflow in the company have a drive and enhousiasm

sometimes it needs tweaking because contract comments trigger a reaction

**Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive Dealbot:**

setting up the notifications to "deal closing" only and not deal editing - a lot of unnecessary notifications

the problem of real time tracking of contract closing.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

I converted over from Salesforce and at first use really appreciated the tight integration with G-Suite. It tracks emails, calendar, contacts and google drive files. Gone are the days of logging events to saleforce opps. Now we can just click a button and assign emails to deals if Pipedrive didn't already do it for us.

Also appreciate the deal attachments feature so our quotes stay with deals and are always accessible. This was present in Salesforce but was quite cumbersome.

The integration with Zapier are also much more intuitive and trustful.

Dealbot overall is a great feature when you have a team running your CRM. I can track all important activity from slack updates so my team doesn't have to send emails or texts anytime somethging important has happened. Dealbot pops up when we enter new deals and WIN deals. Keeps me up to date.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

There is nothing I dislike about it. The only way I could think of them making it better was if they included action links in the dealbot update so you wouldn't have to open the deal in Pipedrive. Also when clicking the link from mobile, it opens the Slack browser, it would be better if it opened the Pipedrive mobile app.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive Dealbot:**

Definitely consider using Pipedrive, it is low risk and low commitment, tools like Dealbot are just one of the features that will help you org wide.

**What problems is Pipedrive Dealbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This makes keeping in touch and on the pulse of your deal flow much easier. We have it turned on for when deals are added and WON. This way I can best understand what my team is working on and requires much less check-ins.

I love having my teams deal notifications all going to a combined place so too performers feel noticed and lower performers are inspired to step up. Having it all in slack is super convenient since my team is in the app anyway. 

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

I would like to be able to customize the content/aspects of the deals that are shared and the format they’re shared in.

Use it if you want to increase awareness on deal progression to the whole team. This helps keep members accountable.

Awareness to people who may not be actively in pipedrive helps keep the entire company in the loop on what’s going on.

This was a game changer for our company when we first used it. Leads were inputted and easily tracked by sales team.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

We couldn’t find an application to link to have the leads inputted automatically. We had to manually input them. That was yet another task in this busy world we live in

**What problems is Pipedrive Dealbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When used it was a real game changer. It tracked leads and kept up on managing hot leads to cold leads as time progressed.

I love that it doesn't crash. I've never had to fix the integration and it was super simple to set up. We have it set up to update Slack when any new deal is created and it does just that! No issues at all

I haven't had any issues with it so I can't dislike it :)

Dealbot is used to send updates to Slack for our company. It shows our entire team any time a new deal comes in and who it assigned to so anyone can go to that slack channel and see what's going on. We use it to notice if traffic is slow or very busy. It helps up keep track of everything and give everyone more visibility.

Very easy to set up (as almost every slack integration I`ve seen) and helpful to make sure everybody in the team gets informed about what`s happening in the company and with the deals.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

Limited functionalities as you can`t configure a lot of options (i.e. show specific deals in one channel, customize deal details and more).

**Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive Dealbot:**

I don`t see this as a product but as a feature of Pipedrive CRM - which I recommend for anybody.

**What problems is Pipedrive Dealbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping everybody informed about deals updates. Better communication is the main benefit and motivation is a 2nd.

I like how easy it is for new users to pick up. There is a low learning curve which allows our users to pick up the tool and use it effectively.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

Could use some more integration options overall. I think the possibility for formulas and more controls are important to think about also.

We've been able to achieve more accurate forecasting. Also, as a team we are able to celebrate wins and discuss areas of opportunity as they arise together.

Great way to keep everyone in the team notified of sales progress. 

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive Dealbot?**

Not much to actively dislike about what is there but more ability to personalise the types of deals that are notified would be useful.

**What problems is Pipedrive Dealbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary benefit is that our dispersed sales team automatically notify each other of progress on accounts as soon as it happens.
