"Effortless simplicity in cloud storage"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

The best part about Dropbox, I think, is that it has smart sync. You can just select a folder, and it automatically syncs your files and stores them in the cloud. After that, I can access it from anywhere. The Dropbox dashboard is also very good. It has some AI features inside, which I find quite nice. Another feature that is a big advantage for me is the file rewind system, which allows me to bring back an old version. Additionally, Dropbox has the facility to provide frame-by-frame feedback in video projects, which I find very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

More AI features should be added inside Dropbox. It is also quite expensive, meaning it is much more expensive compared to Google Drive and OneDrive. Google Drive provides up to 15 GB of space for free, but Dropbox only gives 2 GB of space in the free version. I also feel there is some privacy issue compared to others, because it does not have any zero-knowledge encryption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable Sync and Stress-Free Collaboration Across Devices"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I like most about Dropbox is its simplicity and reliability. Files automatically sync across devices, and without extra effort, the latest version is always available. The interface is also quite clean and easy-to-use, even for non-technical users.

Dropbox is especially useful for file sharing and collaboration. Large files are easily shared using links, and the version history feature is quite helpful when you need to recover an older version of a file. The sync speed remains overall consistent and dependable, which adds to the trust factor.

Another big plus is its cross-platform support. Whether I’m using a laptop, mobile, or a web browser, access remains smooth and everything stays in sync. Overall, Dropbox genuinely makes file management and collaboration easy and stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One thing I dislike about Dropbox is its pricing. As storage needs grow, plans can become expensive compared to some other cloud storage options. For individual users or small teams, this can feel a bit restrictive.

Another area is storage space on lower-tier plans, which fills up quickly. If you regularly share large files, space management can be a bit challenging.

Occasionally, sync issues can occur, especially when working with very large folders or unstable internet connections. While it doesn’t happen often, when it does, troubleshooting can take some time.

That said, these are relatively minor drawbacks, and overall Dropbox still provides a very reliable and user-friendly experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless File Sharing and Integration"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I like the request file sharing feature where people can simply upload content using a link. I also like that Dropbox connects to other platforms and gets added into my Mac Finder. I can request content from those with no Dropbox account, allowing me to accumulate content. It's great that it integrates with basic marketing platforms but more importantly, it integrates with a third-party reporting platform that provides a shareable link of Salesforce reports. The setup for my account was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

When it comes to the business account, I still get confused why some folders are under my name and some folders are living outside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High-quality service, limited free storage"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I use Dropbox to store my important files, videos, and photos. Its interface is simple and smooth, and the option of both website and app makes it unique. I like its web version which allows me to use it directly on my laptop and Android device. Its interface is better than other drive apps and it offers good cloud storage. I also like the file encryption security which keeps privacy protected. The initial setup process was very simple, I signed up using email and just started using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

In Dropbox, the free plan offers less storage and the automatic backup for mobile is limited in the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple and Reliable Tool for Everyday File Sharing"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I like most about Dropbox is how easy it makes saving and finding files. I don't have to think too much once I upload something. It's there and ready whenever I need it. The syncing works smoothly, so my files show up on my phone, laptop, and even another system without any extra steps. I also like how simple file sharing is. I can send a link instead of attaching large files, and it works well even for people who don't use Dropbox. It saves time and avoids email size limits. Another thing I appreciate is the clean and simple interface. Nothing feels crowded or consuming. Even if someone is not very technical, they can still understand how to upload, download, or organize files easily. The automatic backup feature gives peace of mind. I don't have to worry about losing important documents because they are already stored safely online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One thing I don't like is that the free storage feels limited. It fills up quickly, especially if you upload photos or work files regularly, which pushes you toward a paid plan. Sometimes syncing can feel a little slow if the internet connection is not strong. When that happens, it's not always clear which files are fully synced and which are still uploading. Another downside is pricing. For individual users or small needs, the paid plans can feel slightly expensive compared to other storage options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Why Dropbox Is Still My Go-To Cloud Storage"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I like its graphics and how easy it is to upload and download files. Most importantly, it’s very user-friendly, and it’s simple to upload anything—any type of file—to the cloud, where your file will stay there forever. You can access it from anywhere; all you have to do is log in with the same account you used to upload your data. You can also use it to provide version control for your code, software, and projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Nothing major, but one thing that can be improved is its uploading speed. Also, it could increase the free storage given to non-pro users. In my experience as a non-pro user, I face a lot of problems while using it, and most importantly, the annoying pop-ups like "your free storage is full ,Upgarde to pro and get bla-bla" become irritating sometimes. I’d advise increasing the free space—not just because I’m a non-pro user, but so users can experience the full features of the cloud storage without constant interruptions. "Reliable, Seamless File Sharing and Syncing with Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Dropbox is reliable and easy to use, and it makes file sharing and collaboration feel seamless. Automatic syncing across devices, a simple folder structure, and a strong version history make it straightforward to manage files without constantly worrying about data loss. Sharing files securely with external stakeholders is also simple and intuitive, and performance stays consistent even when working with large files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Pricing can become expensive as storage needs grow, especially compared to some alternative options in the market, like Box or Egnyte. File organization and permissions can also become harder to manage at scale, and advanced security or admin controls are often tied to higher-tier plans. Occasionally, sync conflicts can happen when multiple users edit files at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Reliable Tool for File Management: Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I use Dropbox regularly to upload documents, screenshots, and work files. I can easily access them anytime, from any device. The best part is files sync automatically. It is instantly available on my laptop once its sync's. It is available on laptop or phone when required. Sharing files is simple. Sending links for large attachments are also possible. DropBox is organized and easy to access.

One best thing about Drop Box is it helps me to keep all my files in one place. Features like version history and file recovery are useful if something gets changed by mistake. I use Drop Box very frequently and implementation is simple. It can be integrated with tools like email. Dropbox saves time, keeps files organized and makes day-to-day work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I dislike about Dropbox is that free storage is limited. If we use Drop Box regularly then it will ask for subscription. While uploading large files, it might take some extra time, and this can be a bit frustrating. Sometimes, customer support is not always easy unless we are on a paid plan. Subscription is expensive compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I wish Dropbox offered a bit more free storage and simpler pricing -sometimes it feels like I’m paying for space I don’t fully use. So every time I have to be careful to use space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
