Overall, it has been very disappointing, as I have not been able to do what I was told it could do. **What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?** I’ll admit it’s a very capable piece of software, but it can’t even handle what should be a simple task for me: taking a lengthy travel video and using AI to shorten it into a punchy clip with a music track added. I keep being told to use the Smart Short Clips wizard, yet it insists on looking for a voice track. I don’t want any voice track, and no amount of explaining that seems to get through. I’ve gone around in circles with their AI Support Bot, because you simply can’t get to speak with a real person. The bot blocks you at every turn and just repeats the same answer. You simply cannot get to speak with a real person. Support is atrocious.
