The modules defined by SAP are very much evident and focused on the solutions that are needed for individual organizations. The documentation is well versed, and the support provided by SAP is seamless. **What do you dislike about SAP ECC?** The time taken to implement the application is vast. The cost of the subscription is also high. Connectivity and implementation to locations apart from local are poor. Also, the solution provided to complex systems that involve deployment on the cloud is challenging, and the answer provided is not straight. **Recommendations to others considering SAP ECC:** People or industries who are looking to solve complex solutions for their business needs can make use of SAP and its modules that provide ample amount of resources and solutions. It supports a variety of workflows, such as financial management, order management, human resources, and production management. centralized in one location, making it easier to glean statistical insights and to share information across departments without miscommunication. **What do you dislike about SAP ECC?** In case of some bugs or data inconsistency SAP is unable to fix the problem instead it is being suppressed. They still need to work on eliminating the duplicate entries creation. You just have to remember the T codes, and you can access any data you want to. The T codes are also very easy to remember and can be used easily. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about SAP ECC?** Highly flexible and configurable system (the flip side of this is you need to set up A LOT of parameters). **What do you dislike about SAP ECC?** Lots of parameters to set up; some advanced functionality (e.g. multicurrency stock accounting in Retail without CO-ML materials ledger module) requires either customized software development (ABAP), which is expensive, or some workarounds (like posting month-end adjustment transactions to special revaluation account). But flexibility of reporting and availability of data in the system compensate for these shortcomings. **Recommendations to others considering SAP ECC:** You should (ideally) be a large organization with a lot of resources (to field the implementation and "additional development" costs) - but the benefits will include a sophisticated reporting system and better quality of data **What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accounting (both book-keeping and management, financial and tax reporting functions). We can easily fetch reports for purchasing documents and all the business reports through the created transaction codes. We can manage payrolls through SAP ERP. **What do you dislike about SAP ECC?** Processing speed for large data when fetching in loop can be improved. It adapts to technology changes gradually. The implementation costs are huge and it takes more time to implement SAP. **What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can manage finance, materials, warehouse, and human capital through SAP ERP.
