It exists because collecting files from people outside your organization is harder than it should be. Email attachments bounce on size limits. Shared folders expose everything in them to everyone with the link. Most file transfer tools make the person sending you files create an account before they can help you. With EZ File Drop, people open your link, drop in their files, and they're done. No account, no app, no sign-in. It works from a phone as well as a laptop, and photos and video keep their full resolution. Files are delivered into cloud storage you already use. EZ File Drop is not another place to keep files. It is a front door to the storage you already have, so you are never paying twice for the same files, and everything is where your team already works. Every form field you add can do double duty. Ask for a client name and a project, and EZ File Drop creates the matching folders and delivers each file into the right one. Turn on file renaming and Scan\_039.pdf arrives as Northwind - Q3 Statement.pdf. The sorting and renaming you used to do by hand happen before you ever open the folder. You are notified by email the moment a submission arrives, and every submission, with its form responses and files, is searchable from one inbox. Your brand is what the uploader sees: your logo, your colors, your instructions, your success message. Share the form as a link, print it as a QR code, or embed it on your own website so people never leave your page. Accounting firms use it to collect tax documents. Agencies use it for client onboarding and asset delivery. Law firms, schools, and nonprofits use it wherever files need to come in from people who will never have a login. Every account starts with a 7-day trial of the Business plan. No credit card required. ## EZ File Drop Pros & Cons Pros and Cons are compiled from review feedback and grouped into themes to provide an easy-to-understand summary of user reviews. **What users like:** - Users appreciate the **seamless integration with cloud storage** , making file sharing convenient and organized. Saves us time **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Joshua B. | Treasurer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account **Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2022 **What do you like best about EZ File Drop?** I don't have to share my dropbox credentials. It's easy to use, and since we primarily work with volunteers, we can train them to use the EZFileDrop URL to upload our weekly sermons. **What do you dislike about EZ File Drop?** The URL isn't very memorable. I'm unsure if there is a way to customize the URL so my people can memorize it. However, this isn't a problem since they can bookmark the form URL. **What problems is EZ File Drop solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a church plant, so we don't have a computer that is always on-site. Because we don't have a computer on-site, we can't upload files to YouTube or Vimeo after the sermon or store them directly on a file-sharing service. Instead, we ask our volunteer to take the recording of the sermon and upload it to the EZFileDrop form. We are using Zapier and EZFileDrop to automatically upload to both YouTube and Vimeo after the upload finishes, saving us a bunch of time. ### 2.
