What I like most about Agentforce 360 Platform is its flexibility to model complex business processes and data structures in a scalable way. In our day-to-day work, we use custom objects and relationships to build tailored data models for different clients, which allows us to adapt the platform to very different business requirements without relying on external systems.

Another key strength is the automation layer, especially Flow. We regularly use record-triggered flows and approval processes to automate tasks such as case routing, status updates, and multi-step approvals. This has significantly reduced manual work and allows us to deliver solutions faster compared to traditional development approaches.

I also value how everything is centralized within the platform — including data model, automation, and security (profiles, roles, and permission sets). This makes it easier to manage access, maintain consistency across environments, and evolve solutions over time without increasing complexity.

One aspect I find challenging in Agentforce 360 Platform is managing complexity as implementations scale. As the number of custom objects, flows, and automations grows, it becomes harder to maintain a clear structure and ensure consistency across the solution.

In practice, this becomes more evident when dealing with multiple record-triggered flows on the same object or overlapping automation logic, where it’s not always clear which process is executing or causing an issue. I value being able to store and track all of our customer data in one place, and to customize the system to our specific business use case. A business can’t really operate or scale effectively without a CRM, and Salesforce is extremely powerful and flexible, so it can fit the needs of organizations of any size.

Because Salesforce is so dominant in the market, it integrates with essentially our entire tech stack. That means our sales reps can work efficiently inside Salesforce without constantly swiveling their chair to jump into another tool. We’re able to keep everything integrated and accessible from within Salesforce, which is where they live and breathe day to day. As a result, adoption goes up, and the team becomes more efficient and better able to stay focused on producing revenue.

Navigating between support tickets, our Conga integration, and other community portal functions is quick and easy. I can also access our sales opportunities directly within the support view, without having to switch over to the sales view.

I’ve very rarely had any issues accessing reports or ticket data, and I can’t recall many crashes or similar problems. Uptime has seemed close to 100% over the past several years that I’ve been using Salesforce on a daily basis.

Figuring out which report types I need to pull "X" data can be tedious. It isn’t always clear what kind of report I should set up for the specific dataset I’m trying to get.

**What problems is Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce supports all of our end-user ticketing flows and helps our agents stay connected with end users across our 24/7 support business. We can also create client workbooks and agent-facing support documentation that are easily accessible within the main support platform in Salesforce.

The reporting features allow us to track both overall and client-specific support metrics (number of tickets, historical trends, etc.). There’s also flexibility in the ticket categorization options we want to use when agents handle tickets, along with flexibility to integrate with other tools. We use Conga report for our automated monthly reports.

This is core functionality we need to operate our business.

salesforce platform has been extremely valuable for managing customer relationships. tracking marketing campaigns, and analyzing lead performance, it provides a centralized system where marketing sales, and customer support teams can collaborate effectively. one of the biggest advantage of salesforce is its lead and campaign management, i can easily track leads generated from multiple marketing channels such as email campaigns, social media ads and website forms. also automation is very useful , tasks such as lead assignment , follow up reminders and campaign tracking can be automated, it improves marketing efficiency . also its analytics and dashboards are powerful. i use it daily to monitoring, campaign performance, conversion rate, ROI. the integration between salesforce and Jira helps to manage marketing teams and technical teams.

although its a powerful, the initial setup and customization can be complex marketing teams may require technical support to configure workflows, dashboards and integration properly,. overall its very good. and easy to use.

I find a lot of features on the Salesforce Platform really beneficial, especially because it supports clean integration with different tools like HubSpot. I like how customizable and scalable the platform is, which allows us to structure data in a way that suits our processes instead of being locked into a rigid setup. The reporting and automation capabilities are particularly beneficial. Being able to build custom reports, manage campaigns, and integrate with external tools makes it easier to maintain clean data and support both sales and marketing efficiently.

I think if there's something that needs improvement, it's the overall complexity of configuration and maintenance. Improvements in usability and a more intuitive set of certain admin level functions would make it even much more efficient for the day-to-day operations, I believe.

I love that the platform has evolved ahead of where its customers need to go, particularly with Agentforce 360. The Einstein Trust Layer gives me confidence with deploying AI agents because it handles data masking, toxicity filtering, and audit trails natively. The convergence of Data Cloud with Agentforce is also impressive, allowing for more sophisticated actions by AI agents. I appreciate the headless and API-first maturity, which gives flexibility without forcing proprietary UI lock-in. I value that my prior work—Apex code, Lightning components, and flows—still works today, showing the platform's commitment to continuity. Salesforce Flow is a powerful low-code orchestration engine I frequently use for complex business processes, and combining it with MuleSoft Flows provides remarkable system-level connectivity. Apex and the metadata API continue to be critical for clients with complex business logic requirements. Building custom Agentforce agents with Einstein Copilot and Agent Builder has been surprisingly impressive due to its declarative approach. Data Cloud's real-time segmentation is transformative, and the AppExchange ecosystem remains unmatched even after 17 years. The platform's out-of-the-box experience is unmatched, allowing a new org to be production-capable in minutes. Finally, Salesforce's integration maturity is notable; it works seamlessly with my existing tools like MuleSoft, Tableau, Snowflake, Slack, and more.

I'll be honest because this platform deserves honest feedback. Three things I'd genuinely like to see improve: First, governor limits. They're a necessary architectural constraint, but as the platform takes on more complex agentic workloads — where an agent might trigger multiple flows, callouts, and data operations in a single turn — the limits can become a ceiling. I'd like to see smarter, context-aware limit management as the agentic use cases mature. Second, the learning curve for Agentforce has compressed significantly, which is good, but documentation for complex, production-grade agent implementations is still catching up. Developers building multi-agent architectures with custom topics and chained actions sometimes have to piece together knowledge from community forums and early adopter conversations rather than comprehensive docs. Third, licensing complexity across the multi-cloud portfolio. As a client's footprint grows across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Agentforce, understanding the licensing model becomes a project in itself. More transparent, consumption-based pricing options would reduce the friction of expanding the platform's footprint.

I appreciate using Agentforce 360 Platform for effectively interacting with customers through our website. The platform helps with driving conversations towards lead processes and improves our website lead capture. I see potential in exploring more agent processes like SDR Agent, Employee Agent, and more, which makes this platform valuable as it opens doors to various Agentic business processes. The setup was very easy, and the support and training from Salesforce Trailhead Academy was excellent. I also find the new AgentForce Studio to be amazing, a significant improvement over their previous builder.

Sometimes systems or portions of Agentforce 360 go offline or experience outages. I know these things happen but that can be disruptive during development and potentially could erode trust. Updates are frequent so I hope these types of issues will happen less often.

It’s refreshing to have a system that can actually “think” through a process and take a few things off my plate, so I can stay focused on the bigger stuff.

There’s a lot to take in at first. Salesforce is already a pretty huge platform, and adding autonomous agents into the mix makes the learning curve even steeper. If you don’t set the “guardrails” correctly, the agent can end up trying to do something you didn’t intend, so you may need to spend a fair amount of time babysitting it early on. It also depends heavily on having clean data—if your records are a mess, the agent is likely to make mistakes based on that bad information.

I don’t like that they keep rebranding and changing the names of their products. I’ve been using Salesforce for a long time, and a product we use, and are used to calling by a specific name, can change names multiple times. That creates confusion, especially when people are talking about products; for example, Pardot is now Account Engagement.

I like that the Agentforce 360 Platform innovates every month and every year, and that it is now AI-based. This has added new features to each cloud, including chatbots, which allow agents to perform tasks more efficiently. Additionally, I think it's great that it completes tasks that an agent might normally forget and allows them to focus more on people. Finally, the initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and the sambots with data already allow for very quick examples.

I think the documentation could be better, speaking as a developer, and I feel that there are some features that are hidden. For example, to build an agent, the button is not easy to identify. Another thing is that the translation into Spanish is not very good or accurate.

The Ecosystem (AppExchange): It’s like the App Store for business. If Salesforce doesn't do something out of the box, there is 100% an app already built that does. You can plug in tools for DocuSign, accounting, or even specialized logistics without writing a single line of code.

Scalability: It’s a platform you never outgrow. You can start as a team of two and stay on the same platform when you’re a global company with 50,000 employees. It grows with you.

I love that it’s the "Gold Standard." When you use Salesforce, you’re using the same sophisticated "brain" that the biggest, most successful companies in the world use to stay organized.

It is not just a tool it is a good Platform to build our own Custom application without using any external systems and the app can be fully managed inside Salesforce with Salesforce infrastructure 

This platform is very easy to integrate with any external systems we can easily connect it through Salesforce Connect,HTTP callout and another easy and no code approach is AppExchange which can help to connect with some prebuits app avalaibale in Salesforce which can be used for various purposes 

There are standard Api and Event Driven Architecture which helps to customize and integrate  with pro code approach as well.

One good this about Salesforce platform is it is easy to maintain and scale integration like it provides Versioned Apis ,Sandbox enviornment which are really good for development and testing ,Logging and monitoring features which helps to develop and test accurately

Salesforce helps to automate the repetaive tasks to simple automations. In the automation Case the frequency of using saleforce is high .

Devops and CI/CD workflows are somewhat better in some other cloud+native PAAS platform

I like how the Salesforce Platform is easy to use whether you're an admin or a developer. Creating new lightweight apps using pre-existing components is incredibly simple. I appreciate the excellent security it provides to the organization through the privileges concept. It's the best CRM for getting leads and converting them into opportunities. The simple UI with great objects like accounts, contacts, and leads etc., really stands out. The roles assignment feature makes it easy to assign proper privileges to employees or users. I find the permission sets and groups feature very helpful for giving only the required permissions to specific users. The automatic approval process is handy for smoothly sending mail to contacts after converting them into opportunities. Setting up the entire Salesforce Platform for my application was very easy with just a few clicks.

It's pretty fast when searching for cases and such, also like the fact that the results come back fast.

I like the maps feature the best. Being able to highlight a service area and create a list of customers in that area based on certain parameters is very helpful. A sales rep can highlight an area and get a list of all their customers and leads and create a daily schedule for site visits. I also appreciate the ability to get a dashboard snapshot of the sales team on a daily basis. Additionally, the support I receive is very good and quick to respond.

I just don't find the platform very intuitive. I know there are so many features and customizations we have to learn. I just find it confusing sometimes to see certain views. For instance, getting a view of my opportunities has to be searched in the bar when I feel there should be an individual dashboard with all current progress.

There are many things that Salesforce Platform has made easier for me as a developer. I love that I don't need to write long and lengthy codes because I can just use the built-in drag and drop or point and click solutions. These tools are especially helpful for creating simple solutions for sales and service operations. For instance, when creating a web application where a customer needs to fill out a form, I can directly use the simple validation rules with existing functions instead of writing custom code. The platform's ability to handle this kind of task automatically is a big plus for me.
