**What do you like best about Socrates.ai?**

Socrates.ai has been really helpful in gaining quick access to information. I love that it has helped me plan and set goals for big projects and time management. The getting started tour was really easy to use, and I feel like I was able to quickly adjust to the new platform.

**What do you dislike about Socrates.ai?**

I dislike that I didn't find it sooner. It's been a great tool so far. At first I thought I couldn't customize my tasks, but I was able to figure it out later. Maybe making it a little easier to do that up front would be helpful.

**What problems is Socrates.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me with collaboration and processing . Sometimes I get stuck in my thinking processes, and asking the right question to Socrates.ai gives me useful responses to help me get "unstuck" in my thinking. I'm able to make more progress in my tasks because I have a chatbot that's actually helpful.
