What I like most about Nitro PDF is how simple and familiar it feels to use. The layout is very close to Microsoft Office, so even the first time I opened it, I didn't feel lost. Editing PDFs, adding text, highlighting content, or merging files feels very smooth and straightforward. I don't need to spend time learning where things are because everything is placed logically. Another thing I really like is the speed. Files open quickly, even large PDFs, and basic tasks like editing, saving, or converting files don't take much time. It helps a lot when I'm working on documents daily and don't want to deal with slow software. I also like that it works well offline, so I can continue my work without depending on the internet. One thing I don't like is that some advanced features feel limited compared to very high-end PDF tools. For normal editing it works well, but when documents become very complex, sometimes formatting can shift slightly. This doesn't happen often, but when it does, it requires extra checking. Another downside is the pricing. For individual users or small teams, the cost can feel a bit high, especially if they need basic features. Also, updates sometimes take time to install, and during that period, work can get interrupted. These are small issues, but they can be noticeable during busy work hours.
