By use of shared folders that only allow access to preset Email Domains, combined with Passwords that expire after a specified period. 
Using the File request feature that ensures Files are only accessible to designated users.

We Educate users on security practices and enable two-factor authentication, strong passwords, and limited access controls aditionally We Regularly monitor activity, integrate with security tools, and keep software updated to ensure secure and efficient file sharing with Dropbox.

I would prefer to use Dropbox’s granular permission settings to control who can view, edit, or share files. Avoid giving edit access when view only is sufficient.
