Finally I feel that it is so complete that Notepad comes installed by default in my operating system. I also use the portable version when I'm not on my computer, I always carry it on a pendrive and it has saved my life on many occasions for important adjustments **What do you dislike about EditPad Lite?** The advanced search functions are paid and somewhat expensive in my opinion I would like to be able to search with regular expressions at a lower cost within the program. Another thing that is missing in EditPad Lite is the highlighting of syntax, I use it basically with HTML and PHP applications so I could use great colors to help in quick edits. It allows me to catch mistakes I might not catch in Word. I had it for about a year and started using about six months ago. Sometimes it won't recognize the program and will open gibberish or say failed. I have a hard time in using some of the features, but still learning.
