## Adobe Fresco Reviews
  ### 1. I have switched between many other applications, but Fresco coming from Adobe made me stay

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aniruddha G. | User Experience Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

Well firstly, I'd like to say I used to be a big fan of painting on Photoshop (yes even over tools like Procreate, PaintTool SAI, Krita, etc). So, when I got to know about Fresco, Adobe already grabbed my attention.

What I really love about Fresco is:
-A familiar interface that is very much similar to other Adobe products.
- It has got the Adobe CC integration and the file can be transferred across other design tools such as Photoshop.
- Wide range of personalised brushes (not as many as Procreate though but compared to Ps) which makes the job easy and looks awesome!
- Works smoothly with my non-digital graphic tablet.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

It isn't very optimized for vector art, making me switch to Adobe Illustrator every time I feel like doing vector.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have explored and done several digital paintings on Fresco and until now I am loving it. It has made my non-graphic pen tablet workflow look so smooth which Photoshop was not able to achieve.

  ### 2. A great substitute for Procreate!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krittika M. | Founder & Chief Creative Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

- Integration with Adobe softwares
- The live paint brushes in Fresco are excellent
- No connection with iPad size or model- in fact you can use it on windows devices too

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

- Worthwile if you have an adobe creative cloud subscription
- It takes a bit of time to get used to the way Fresco is structured
- less intuitive than procreate

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fresco is available on both iPad and Window devices- definitely makes it easier to implement. I use Illustrator a lot and like to combine that with fresco to create vectors and patterns more easily. I also like that I can link it to my creative cloud and sync files across devices.

  ### 3. Great for So Many Image Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse S. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

Very easy to use with intuitive interface. Works fantastically with the Apple Pencil. Tracing photos is easy as can be. Very easy to make patterns quickly. The animation is very easy to do and works great. Easily able to share documents and export different formats for different uses. Many excellent and useful brushes. Working on the iPad is really great. The multiple layers are very easy to use and make for excellent results. the history remembers the work you do and makes it easy to back up if you go down the wrong path. Great access to external sources.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Some tasks are quite complicated. The iPhone version is not that useful. The files can get quite large. It's quite easy to accidently select the wrong brush when drawing quickly. Occasionally it can undo by accident and then not remember what was done.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need a mobile drawing application that works on iPad and iPhone. Fresco works really fantastically. It does require an internet connection. I need something to trace photos for use in various tasks. Fresco layers make this so simple. The vector brushes are great for the purpose. I need a drawing application that is compatible with Apple Pencil. Fresco works excellently with he Pencil. I need something to make simple hand-drawn animations. Fresco does a great job and exports as animated GIFs.

  ### 4. Concept Designer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

It is so good if you want to paint freely, I think it's perfect to simulate the painting irl.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

I don't like that, precisely as it imitates painting irl, it can be complicated for a new user to understand some things about painting. But i think that's it.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I sketch in a more artistic view for my job, it's very helpful.

  ### 5. It was really a good experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthie P. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

great for graphic designers, it's user-friendly

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

could have more trace options would be helpful

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

plugins

  ### 6. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly A. | Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

The vector brush option definitely rates this app higher than similar products like procreate. The ability to seamlessly move our sketches into AI from Fresco without losing details and quality makes this product stand out.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

The brushes are a bit more limited than other program options. I wish there were more controls on specifically the vector brushes for shape and smoothing curves.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In other drawing apps, we would have to save out a high resolution image and then convert to vector in Illustrator, sometimes losing details. Fresco solves this problem with a vector brush option.

  ### 7. Love creating in Fresco!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I love that Adobe Fresco gives pretty realistic brush options - everything from wet mediums on textured canvas to your traditional brush pen for simple lettering. There are tons of options and ways to customize the tools to your liking, which I enjoy because it gives my creations a very recognizable feel.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Some of the tools take a bit to figure out and explore, like any other design software. It's a very simple user interface so you have to know what the symbols on each button are for time efficiency. That said, there's not nearly as many functionalities as Illustrator so it's a pretty quick learning curve in my opinion.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

Make sure you have a stylus pen - a lot of the brushes have pressure sensitivity that you can enable which is well worth the purchase of a pen.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Fresco allows me to create less technical artwork that's still amazing quality and resolution for business or personal use. I originally wanted to try Procreate on ipads, but they don't have a version for Windows at this point. Fresco definitely fills that need so I don't have to spend a bunch on an ipad just for one program haha.

  ### 8. A new platform for Adobe Sketch

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katelyn M D. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I like that it combines the features I had from both Adobe Sketch and Adobe Draw. I have access to both vector and pixel brushes as well as live brushes which was an interesting new feature.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

It made it difficult when I had to reupload my files from both sketch and draw. A good portion didn't upload at first so I had to go through the websitebin order to upload then from the adobe cloud.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using it to create designs and illustrations as well as to check my drawings against references easier. It is helpful to have it as an app on my phone because I typically have that with me.

  ### 9. A way to paint and draw without the mess.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan G. | Personal Branding Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I don't have to clean paint brushes, workspaces, or anything of the sort. I can paint and doodle ideas before going in and creating them on a natural canvas. I can easily create digital paintings as well. I was looking for something to replace Photoshop as my painting and drawing app, which is not entirely made for drawing. The brushes, the physics of ink and paint, everything are excellent points.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Without a Stylus, this is not an experience to like. I recommend having either a tablet with a stylus or a computer with a drawing tablet. Using your finger or mouse doesn't yield the same result.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fresco to doodle and paint ideas before committing them to canvas. I've also used it for digital painting as well as for prints. It's just made me save a lot of money because canvas and paint are not inexpensive at all.

  ### 10. Adobe Fresco is convenient, portable, and fun to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliza Jane C. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I love being able to create vector illustrations on my iPad! I use Adobe Illustrator for almost all of my design work, so I like to keep everything in vector format. But I also like to relax on the couch and doodle sketches and ideas, or work quickly, on-the-go, in situations where it's not convenient to set up my laptop and spread out with my wacom tablet in order to draw vector illustrations. So, I love working with the apple pencil on my iPad, and Fresco allows me to do that - while creating and editing vector artwork! Hooray. It's awesome. I've enjoyed playing around with ProCreate on the iPad - it's super fun - but it's so much more convenient to use Fresco and work with vectors. When I'm happy with my illustration, I can easily export to Illustrator and it's ready to go. Sometimes I do clean up the points a bit, after I import illustrations from Fresco to Illustrator, but it's SO much simpler than converting pixel images to vector shapes.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Fresco currently doesn't offer a symmetrical drawing mode, which isn't a big deal but that was one of my favorite fun features to play with in ProCreate and Fresco always says they're going to add that function soon, but it's still not there, so I'm eager to get that option. No big deal, this is kind of a "fluff" feature, it's just fun and I will definitely use it when it's added! Fresco also doesn't show Bezier handles or offer the pen tool like Illustrator has, so you can't work with vector shapes the same way you can in Illustrator. I would love to be able to edit bezier curves on the iPad someday - I know that's a lot to ask and maybe it's just too technical to fit in with Fresco's fun and tactile approach to art-making - but it would be useful for me.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

This is a super fun, easy, intuitive drawing/painting app that's rewarding for beginners who just want to play, but also offers powerful, professional-grade features for creative work on the go.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing about Fresco is the ability to create vector images on my iPad, on-the-go, anywhere. I've always wanted to have this ability and I am so excited that Fresco is finally here!

  ### 11. Adobe fresco review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Altai B. | Content Creative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

It allows to use water color for the paintings which other platforms and softwares does not allow

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

You can't edit photos like photoshop, otherwise it's fine

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacing real canvas painting, so that I can use Fresco to make beautiful paintings

  ### 12. Makes creating things fun and much easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

My favorite part about adobe Fresco is the brushes they offer and how realistic they can be, as well as how easy it is to swap back and forth between brushes and styles.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

One downside of Fresco, which is also related to the brushes is that you can't make your brushes or import the ones you made in other software such as illustrator

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Fresco helps users draw and sketch out what they want to do and see how it will look and what adjustments need to be made before committing to painting/drawing on a real canvas.

  ### 13. Beautiful Painting App

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren T. | Legal Transcriptionist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I really thought it was amazing when I first used it. I like the way the "paint" acts like real paint. It is a great way to paint without any mess or cleanup.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Sometimes the app can be slow. It saves everything to the cloud, so there are sometimes lags when using the software. It can get a little distracting and frustrating.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great way to produce digital drawings. I can just use my tablet to produce a sketch instead of scanning in a drawing or schematic. It makes the entire process smoother.

  ### 14. COMPATIBLE WITH PHOTOSHOP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Genevieve L. | Assistant designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

My favorite feature is that you can open a fresco document in photoshop and it preserves the layers.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

There is not a broad enough selection of brushes. Also you can only use some features with certain types of brushes.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I initially was using adobe sketch to do illustrations and then I would have to edit in photoshop as a flat image. Now I can go in and edit each individual layer in photoshop by using fresco.

  ### 15. Fresco is for artists

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

There is a vast set of tools that are readily at your fingertips. The kind of artwork it is possible to create is pretty amazing. I mostly use it for web thumbnails, storyboards, illustrations and watercolor works.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

I feel like the massive toolset that the application possesses is also its biggest challenge. Finding what you need isn't always easy, but the knowledge of the tools will come in time. Keep at it.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes it is just easier to draw freehand in Fresco than it is to work something out in Illustrator. The pen can be a big advantage over a mouse and can cut down development time on some projects.

  ### 16. User friendly app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma H. | Graphic Designer / Creative Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I like the brush collection. The pencil and watercolor brushes are specifically impressive. You don't need to go in and tweak the curve or tilt in settings. They are very nice comapred to other apps.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

I do not like that this is a subscription based app. I wish it was a one time payment like Procreate rather than monthly, it is honestly not worth more than Procreate. I think it is inclued in the Creative Cloud membership though.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Fresco offers a huge catalog of brushes, offering versatility between vector and raster brushes. This is a huge advantage compared to other apps with limitations.

  ### 17. Adobe Fresco is fantastic for illustration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

The brushes are very easy to use as well as the color mixer. You have a wide variety from pressure sensitive to water color to vector brushes.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

You can't make basic shapes like circles and squares and if you use the marquee tool, there isn't a way to keep them even. I'm also not a fan of the fact that you can't input a hex code into the color picker.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

The Adobe suite is expensive if you're only looking for Fresco. But if you're already a user of Adobe, it's a fantastic program to check out.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fresco is much more simplistic than something like Photoshop when it comes to illustration. It's also nice to do something by hand on the iPad and directly transfer it to illustrator on desktop to edit.

  ### 18. A good sketch tool on the phone or pad

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I was using Sketches and iPhone basic Markup tool to sketch on my portable devices. After switching to Adobe Fresco, I have more availability on it. First, Fresco has more functions than the other 2. Second, like photoshop, Fresco allows me to draw on different layers individually, which is really important when you are doing something more complex.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

I wish I could import my brushes from Photoshop.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned above, I use Fresco to draw some stuff on the phone or pad. It's easier for me while I'm away from my computer and tablet.

  ### 19. very good but not enough

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vladimir G. | Founder / Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

It's a very interesting application, but in my opinion it's still green. There a lot of interesting solution, the aquarelle brushes and oil are very nice - but you'll have to use with them some time to start drawing as you want. The interface is very good and intuitive - at this point they are very OK. interacting with paper texture is also a very good option they add.
Overall it's a very nice app to draw in, I think if they will fix the issues with vector brushes i'll start to use it much more, much more.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Vector brushes have end errors, like little artifact on the end of the line - that a soft issue and i think they will resolve it soon - but for me that's a problem, because brushes are very good, i would ude that app much more if not that.
It not supported Nvidia Quadro video cards - that is on my base laptop (it is touch and pen support - i work in Photoshop on it) - only on my iPad pro ...

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

If you are looking for a realistic looking paint on digital it is definitely the right choose.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it recreate the best realistic brush effects like oil and aquarelle - when i need a realist fast result i prefer to do that in Fresco vs doing that on paper.
IN fresco we start to draw direct in vector (illustrator it is not very advance in drawing) and that give us much better result raver that vectoring the procreate file - it is about small details - but the small details make a very big difference in preparing a landscape for a wine label for example.

  ### 20. Fresco Drawing Experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany S. | Owner, Photographer, Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I love the digital ability to be creative!

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

It is not something my company can afford at the moment. More of something just for fun.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

It's fun to use to create. The color options are phenomenal!

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is included in the Creative cloud package. The files convert and work together on other related software.

  ### 21. Awesome mobile drawing app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

Fresco is very versatile and user friendly. It's the perfect mobile drawing app with a ton of great brushes that really free you to be creative. I like it's simplicity — you can just dive right in and work. And it's part of the Adobe system, so I can use my Photoshop brushes, and work on the same file in other apps.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Fresco is missing some key Photoshop features. I use it mostly for sketch work. I always find there is some tool that Fresco doesn't have - like distort or coloror correction, etc - so I finish my pieces in Photoshop.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fresco is great for mobile sketching and creating preliminary art and comps. Sometimes it's nice to just jump on the iPad and sketch some ideas, without having to start up my desktop to see Photoshop.

  ### 22. Excellent for multi use work.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua G. | Manager: Crisis Intervention, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I love the ease of access that I can utilize with Adobe Fresco. I enjoy that it is a cross-platform program and that I can not only use it for work but also my kids love being able to have something to do in regards to drawing and coloring while on road trips. Fresco is intuitive and easy to use and quick to learn.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

While my kids don't mind the errors and the technical issues of some of the brushes I have noticed that with some of the brush tools there are artifacts that occur towards the ends of a line when lifting the tool from the screen. Other than this, there is not much to dislike about the program.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

Give the program a trial run and see if it works for you. One thing that people find is that transitioning from a non-digital design platform such as hand drawing and design to a digital design platform takes some getting used to as the tactile functions feel different.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is three-fold. My wife loves to use digital technology in her design work and sketches. My kids love to use the platform for coloring and drawing while on road trips. And I utilize the tool for marketing and web design.

  ### 23. Adobe has a winner! Great drawing/painting app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh B. | UX Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

Easy to get started with, powerful tools, and great layer management. Acceptable amount of export options. Can backup automatically to Creative Cloud account. It also comes with a large number of brush types, and a great color picker tool.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

As with everything Adobe, to get the most out of it, you need to log in to Creative Cloud. Also, it doesn't have a whole lot of file export options, but that seems to be a theme with iOS apps. Not sure if that is a OS limitation or software limitation.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

If you’re already part of the Adobe ecosystem, and you need a drawing app for your tablet, I highly recommend it, even if you have no experience with a drawing app. Also, an Apple Pencil is key if you want the best results

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hadn't done much drawing on an iPad before, and I needed an app that would allow me to do some quick paint-overs/mockups of a product. Made it easy to share a quick visual study with stakeholders.

  ### 24. Fun and convenient to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine P. | Freelance Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I like how the mediums mix together like they would when you actually paint. I like having the different layers too in case you don’t want them to mix. It’s a convenient tool to have when you don’t want to get out all your art supplies.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

There’s not much to dislike. There is a lot you can do with the program so I think that’s he only downside is that you may need to watch some YouTube videos to figure out the full extent of what you can do or how to get a certain look

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

It’s a fun tool to have when you need to do a quick sketch or even do a full blown illustration. I use it on my iPad with my Apple Pencil.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve really gotten out of the habit of drawing and painting regularly mostly because of the setup. This allows me to do quick sketches or painting while sitting on my couch

  ### 25. Adobe Fresco is a fun way to delve into digital art.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mona R. | Owner, Legal Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I love how my Apple Pencil works with Fresco. It is so much like creating real art, but I have access to so many different digital media options that budget isn't a constraint like physically doing art with paints, pens, etc. I love that I can work on it in my bed or at my desk and that there is no mess, but I still end up with amazing artwork. I like to be able to quickly digitally share my work for critique and even for sale.

The app is easy to use and figure out overall. I enjoy the way Adobe products provide users with an intuitive platform.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

I think that there are some options from Photoshop that would be helpful that I miss, but it has almost everything that I love about Adobe Creative Suite products like Photoshop and Illustrator overall. Some of the tools/interface irritate me but that seems overall like user error. I'm not the most coordinated and I'm still getting used to my Apple Pencil.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have solved the problem of motivation. I don't like to paint right now because of time - prep and clean up takes up a lot of my time, and I don't feel like it is worth it with my schedule. Fresco lets me continue to be creative in smaller chunks. I can stop at whatever point I want and be good to pick it back up without having to worry something dried, or I forgot to clean a brush.

I am using Fresco to create posters for my science class currently and it is saving me time and money trying to find what I am looking for to purchase when I have the tools and skills to create them myself.

  ### 26. The best program for drawing and painting, I highly recommend it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leandro A. | Auxiliar administrativo, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

The app has a vast collection of digital brushes, has a very simple and easy-to-use interface, and many work tools.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

There is still no app for the Android system, which somewhat limits its use, but I hope there will be one someday. Despite this, the program is very comprehensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

It is the best program for creating, drawing, painting. It has a vast collection of brushes and tools that help the artist to be creative and innovate in the arts, the use is very easy and intuitive.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only when I went to create my account, my email was not being recognized. I noticed that there are many places teaching the step-by-step on how to use the program, it's great for new users.

  ### 27. Made digital illustration easy for a beginner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** D. D. | Editor , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I liked how Adobe Fresco was very streamlined. It worked perfectly across my devices.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

I think it could pair with other Adobe apps like PSC or Illustrator more easily. It takes a little finagling to toggle between these apps.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

I recommend coming into Fresco with an open mind. If you are looking for a fairly easy tool for basic illustration, this can help. But you may also be surprised by the artistic fun you can have on the app!

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to teach myself basic digital illustration, especially to highlight data and info graphics. Fresco made this possible but also got me interested in more artistic projects too.

  ### 28. Simple easy to use Masterpiece creator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** david L. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Adobe Fresco is nice in the sense that everything is straight forward. Everything is within range and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Currently it’d be nice if they offered a dark mode within the app but it’s not a huge deal breaker.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helped with my illustrations and efficiency of my work. The fact that I can draw it on my tablet and then open it in my adobe program is nice and very helpful.

  ### 31. Software for the mobile artist

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

Adobe Fresco is a new app for the artist on the go. I use it on a third-generation iPad Air, which supports the Apple Pencil. This app replaces one or more of the mobile Photoshop and Illustrator apps, which you can continue to use, but Adobe will stop supporting. Fresco has an easy-to-use interface, if you are familiar with other Adobe apps like Illustrator and Photoshop. The app provides lots of different brushes, and you can import additional Adobe brush files. You can save your documents to Adobe Creative Cloud and use the “premium” features if you have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

The app is geared towards people who like to sketch and paint freehand. This app is new, and does not have several basic features I would expect, like the pen tool and the ability to draw geometric shapes like circles, rectangles and triangles. You need to use workarounds. Adobe plans to develop the app further and has published a list of future features.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

Take the quick tutorials to get familiar with the software. You can find plenty of free resources online at adobe.com. If you are an Adobe Creative Cloud (all apps) subscriber, you get access to the premium features of Fresco. Save your files to the Creative Cloud site so you can use them in other Adobe applications.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple graphic designs that do not require full-featured software like Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.

  ### 32. Very nice photo and painting software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sid V. | Senior Research Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

The good part about it is that it has variety of brushes, so we can easily use this software or application for painting.
Integration between this application is really great, for personal as well as professional users.
This is the best digital canvas for professional sketches and for painters.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

Only thing which I noticed is frequency of software update.
Also sometimes it get crashed on MS Windows.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

Most easiest Application you will find in the marketing to paint.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of this software I can easily paint any thing which comes in my mind, without having any issue. Also this is a digital painting tool so that's why I can save my money as well.

  ### 33. Professional Drawing software that ties well into the other Adobe suite programs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I like the simplicity of the interface, as well as the ability to quickly export and use with the other programs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

It lacks a lot of features that would be helpful, especially since using their other programs include them. For example, command shortcut like undo (ctrl+z) doesn't work and that gets frustrating.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Fresco:**

Great simple software that is great paired with other programs, not sure how it would be stand-alone.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I have to make a sketch without being bothered by the complexity of a program like Photoshop and Illustrator, Fresco is the easy way to create something quickly and nicely.

  ### 34. Adobe Fresco makes painting AMAZING

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Fresco?**

I love digital painting with adobe fresco, choosing watercolors or oil brushes but being able to undo is so useful.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Fresco?**

I don't like that it was not included with the creative cloud membership, if you want all the brushes you have to pay extra.

**What problems is Adobe Fresco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital painting is so much easier for me than using real oils and watercolors, less mess and I can do it anywhere.
