Customer service was awful. When the product did not perform as advertised (ie did not find the important file that I accidentally deleted), I asked for my money back as per their policy.

They refused, claiming I needed to submit a 'technical problem' ticket. I did so, but their responses were useless. I spent many hours documenting the problem for them, but they never considered it adequate. I finally decided to take the ~$100 hit and give up. Along the way, their helplines were worthless - the phone was answered exclusively by AI (absolutely no humans in the loop) and we all know how helpful that is. The text link prominently displayed on their help page just plain didn't work. After my submitting an extensive technical ticket including more than everything they demanded, they gave me a stock, irrelevant answer. The software may work for some, but it did not work for me and I've used computers for 60 years. They stonewalled me on a refund until I gave up. As far as I'm concerned, this software is a rip-off. Super easy to use, just deep scan and recover! Have used it a few times already to recover files on corrupted CFExpress cards without any file loss. Recovers all the folders and files perfectly. I had an SD Card corrupt in my DJI Drone. I needed the footage for a client's job, so I tried every FREE recovery software available. None of the free versions allowed me to recover the files, however ONLY Recoverit was able to locate and preview the lost footage. I bit the bullet and bought the 1-week version and it recovered every shot perfectly. Literally saved my life!!! This is the best product on the market, however it IS prohibitively expensive. If it wasn't for the fact that I am getting paid for this work I would not have spent the money they're asking for. The thing i dislike most about wondershare recoverit is its pricing. It is too expensive than other data recovery softwares present in the market. Additionally, the free version of recoverit has limitations in terms of the amount of data that can be recovered, which is very less .
